Gregory punches the fungus a few more times, just to be on the safe side, then turns his attention to the rest of the room.

He then continues on through the doors on the other side of the room, continuing to follow the blood trail.
...but before doing that, he will top-up his shields.

Beyond the double doors is a 40' long corridor, terminating in another set of double doors (south). About 20' down the corridor, another corridor peels off to the right(east), continuing for 20' before terminating in a pair of double doors. However, two single doors exit the corridor 10' down it, one on either side.
Meanwhile, the blood trail goes through a different set of double doors on the left (west) of the original corridor.

Metal desks sit to the north and south of this long room, yet the most distinctive features a re a pair of odd, bed-like tables flanked by curving panels of blinking, pulsing lights. Moving armatures of metal extend out over the beds, each outfitted with glowing panes of glass and strangely glowing tools. The chamber reeks of blood, with great crimson stains splashed across the device, beds, and floor.
Of more immediate concern, however, is the white-painted Hexapodal robot which turns to greet Gregory as he enters the room; it stands on four powerful legs, and its two arms end in five-fingered each, each main digit of which terminates in a sharp, needle-like proboscis which weeps blue fluid.
It speaks in a calming tone in a complete alien tongue, then moves forward menacingly.

Four narrow stalls (each containing a strange chair-like object, with an opening in the middle of the seat down into a bowl of water) take up the south portion of this room, their doors and partitions not quite reaching the tiled floor or ceiling above. A fifth door stands to the west, while a strange metal basin protrudes from the wall immediately to the east of the entrance.

Two circular metal tables and several chairs fill the bulk of this room. Metal cabinets sit against the walls, while to the north stands a large machine with glowing panels on its surface. The air in this room feels unusually warm.

This sprawling chamber contains many desks, tables, and chairs arrayed before a number of broken pieces of equipment and machinery. The dried residue of liquids spilled from smashed containers creates a heavy stench in the air, and pieces of glass litter the floor.
Of more immediate concern, however, are two roiling balls of protoplasm the size of cats, which slide across the floor on sticky cilia towards Gregory!

Dripping with acid, Gregory nevertheless manages to deliver two quite slashes to the ooze, which are not quite enough to burst it.
The Boilborn responds by, once again, trying to slam Gregory...

Gregory's jubilation turns to a grown of frustration when his search of the room does not turn up anything useful.
Shaking his head in disgust, he goes back out into the corridor, and through the double doors to the south.
After healing, of course!

This unlit circular room (with double doors at each of the compass points) is empty save for a panel of controls on the wall to the northwest. A coil of tubes dangling from the left side of the panel periodically flashes with sparks, while a single square window on the panel blinks with several lines of strange writing.
In total, there are five lines of text - from the top, the 1st, 3rd, and 4th lines glow a light blue; the 2nd line glows a dark blue; and the 5th (bottom) line flashes red.
Gregory is easily able to determine that whilst the floor is solid, the roof of this chamber appears to be hollow.
Moreover, an examination of the sparking tube reveals that a coupling link that once attached the device to the panel has torn free-even a cursory examination of the sparking tip of the broken cord reveals that such a repair could easily be made at a forge.
However, whilst the cord is still electrified, removing the coupling link runs the risk of electrifying the removalist.
Basically, it is a disable device check to remove it, coupled with a reflex save to avoid being fried.

The air in this room is unusually warm and moist, with a thin, pale vapor of mist clinging to the ceiling, causing the lighted panels to diffuse and become muted. Condensation runs down the walls along with a riot of unusual brown and dull green vegetation. The moist, thick-stemmed plants and vines grow out of long earth-filled troughs along the wall, while a tall column of plant matter extends like a tree trunk from a circular planter in the middle of the room to spread a network of vines across the
mist-shrouded ceiling. A low humming sound fills the air.
Of more immediate concern, however, are the five short, thin, and green spear-wielding humanoids, tendrils of fungus dangling from their arms, midsections, and legs. who turn in indignant rage at Gregory's intrusion, and silently scream at him!

The stench of mold and decay fills this open, dark chamber, no doubt created by the thick blanket of fungal matter coating the floor. Several chairs sit before work tables containing unusual tools and equipment, while a row of doors line the curved southern wall, opening into small chambers that each contain a corpse, that appears to have had its chest and abdomen explode.

Gregory is able to identify the plant as a Weedwhip a (barely) mobile carnivorous plant, which attacks with poisoned tendrils that nauseate its prey, and secretes a poisonous resin when damaged (basically, avoid slashing and piercing).

Suddenly, the plant lashes out at Gregory with three extremely long tendrils!

These doors lead to a curving corridor that extends for 15', before ending in double doors (which open out onto the main hallway from before).
A single door to the east of the doors Gregory just entered by leads back into the oddly-shaped hallway, where a single door to the northeast, and the double doors to the south remain to be explored beyond.
