I think I'll order a harem of succubus/incubus to take humanoid forms and spread out throughout the good cities to gather info. They'll have very specific instructions on how to behave to avoid detection. People tend to say a lot more than they intend when they're pants are around their ankles. Plus that gives a lot if leeway for suggestive humor.

Can you actually summon those? They are out of the HD range of lesser planer binding/ally and you haven't brought anything new to the table of that devil lord.
I'm not binding. I have a business relationship with various devils. There's a portal to hell in my parlor for crying out loud. Lol.
Old Smoky Bill
Old smoky was created in part by everyone. Everyone contributed to how he works in some way or other, each time he is slightly different due to the players I get but his powers amount to the same. He is a pencil pusher that is immortal and has high regeneration so you can beat him up all you like and he'll just come back.
Vaklam
This never got answered Smokey:
My current plan is to basically distract the knight while Malakai goes around the town and kills/raises as many of the villagers as possible. I next plan on casting Spiritual Weapon, after that, not sure.
Do you want to play out each round, or can we just resolve it more cinematicaly so we can forward the scene and get me back to the Capital?
Its why I have yet to post in the gameplay thread.

As promised I did a little research into making an undead city. Brachiosaurus Seems to be your best bet with a carrying capacity of 134400 Ant haul can raise that to 403200. Even though even that is not enough to lift a city. However if we could slaughter a whole heard of them. You could use their rib cages as houses. Or build the city on top of them. Would that work for you? Of course then the question becomes where to find a heard of Brachiosaurus.
Little Aurelie
I don't even need it to be mobile, although that'd be sweet. I love the idea of Aurelie's city being built into a humongous corpse. Definitely will be working with a sorcerer/wizard to have that happen :)
Now to decide what corpse to use. Something appropriately eerie.

Unfortunately both wizards in the party don't know Sculpt Corpse and we both have neco as a prohibited school and spell don't refresh very fast in this game. You might want to hire a few independent contractors. It's a first level spell so they might actually be kind of cheap.
Dragon is always a nice bet. I wonder who is going to be living in the crack.

?????
How does a Sorcerer learn new spells? You don't seem to be a half-elf. So no paragon surge. Here is a funny idea. You are undead does that mean you can cast Sculpt Corpse on yourself to change your appearance? I doubt it and I bet I could find a few rules against it, but the idea is funny.

I work with Human Resource Information System consultants. It's a bit complicated, but basically i'm a Subject Matter Expert (in training) on a specific HR computer program called Workday for a large consulting company. I have a masters degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Basically it's strategic HR.

Finishing up my Masters degree in Ecology and Biodiversity. Need to find myself a job soon.
Then you might know the answer to my question. You see inorder to make the forrest grow (after this conquering mission) I am thinking of raising the water table. Can you give me any idea how much water that would take?
Using create water I produce a lot of water the limitation is that I need it to be drunk in order of it not to disappear. I might have to install indoor pluming in order to get it all drunk. If I have not installed it already.

Then you might know the answer to my question. You see inorder to make the forrest grow (after this conquering mission) I am thinking of raising the water table. Can you give me any idea how much water that would take?
It depends on what you want there to grow, a lower water table is good for a forest, as the trees can dig deeper than other plants for their water. However in a real dense forest the water table should be a bit higher to accomodate the need of water of so many trees.
If the water table is too high, almost at ground level, you would get a totally different dynamic and system. Decomposition of the trees and other plants would be low, probably causing less growth in the trees. As with many things there would probably be an optimum somewhere in the middle.
In the case of how much water it would take to raise it, I'd need more information for that to make a prediction. Safest bet is A LOT, we are talking about an entire forest, I'd think you need a more powerful spell for it than just Create Water.
Sorry for the long explanation ;)

Well in a 12 hour day using create water I can generate 57600 gallons of water and I'm not the only person in this group that can cast create water.
With I quick look up I see that the average tree can drink 50 gallons a day. So I can water 1152 trees (this ignoring that the water does not just disappear after ward so there is more water in the system). I am going to have to get a census on this forest and see how many trees there are.
Also when looking that the plants in the bestiary. I found that must of the more interesting ones are of a jungle type or moss or mold. That's has to do with my terraforming aspirations.
Thanks for the long explanation.
The Shard
So you could accomodate the daily needs of 1152 trees, depending how fast trees grow, you should be busy for a while, a few years most likely, this still doesn't account for the other factors trees need to grow.
Unless us Druids help you along with the growing part, you are in for a long time.
You're welcome

Well once the trees have drunk the water is in the system so that same water could water other trees later so hopefully it becomes in general 1152 more trees every day. However yes I am going to have to see about introducing some fast growing organisms. Unless the time scale for this game changes for some reason.

What you really need is a Druid casting Plant Growth, using the Enrichment option and Control Weather, since they double the duration and affect a 3 mile radius.
Since CW is a 7th level spell, you will either need to wait till our Druids are high enough level to cast it, find an NPC who can, or get a scroll and attempt via UMD.
Vaklam
To quote my favorite comedian George Carlin, "You're doin it all wrong!"
If a non Druid casts Control Weather, it lasts for 4d12 hours and affects a two mile radius.
If a Druid casts it, it lasts for 8d24 hours, and affects a three mile radius.
And that's without Extend or Widen metamagic, though I am unsure if they can be applied to the spell. I think so, but even if not, you are trying to affect a massive forest, so you definitely want Druids casting it.

@Vaklam if you are here you might want to send out your wraiths to make a paramater. We can cover a lot more ground that way and it's a early warning system. They have a fly speed of 60.
Edit: how many units to we have that are weakened by day or strengthened by night (dark-vision)? If there is alot of them we might want to take a leaf out of Sauron's book and use Mount Diabolicus to black out the sky.
Leonard the Black
FYI: I was correcting a small error on my character sheet and just screwed it up. I have to re-add the wizard gestalt stuff. Shouldn't be a big issue, but I'm kicking myself.
Edit: I found the word doc I made! WOOT! Sheet fixed. Podo had a redundant alternate form.

So they don't have lifesense opps. Ah well now that you are here you can have them all attack this unicorn. And maybe do an attack yourself. If I had know the composition of the party beforehand I would have made a melee DPS machine.
Leonard the Black
Thinking about it I doubt this is an ordinary unicorn. I came as soon as we came to the boarder. I can turn invisible I wonder if it's some kind of sorcerer unicorn.
You're probably right. However, the plan of beating the crap out of it is still a good one.
Leonard the Black
It's possible that it had to greater teleport in order to get here so quickly. In which case it can't teleport away. Or at least not that way.
Once we add up the damage I'm guessing we killed it.

Fine if you get the soul I get the horn.
In fact we should make sure to use every part of the unicorn they are an endangered species endangered by us.
The unpoisonable meat.
The blood with if you believe harry poter can keep anyone alive.
The silver mane.
The bones not sure what to make out of them, but sure I'll think of something.
The pure and noble heart.
Make some robes out of it's hide, bet it acts something like angle skin.
Too bad the brain is already going gamey.
edit:By the way where are all the shadows I thought Vaklam brought a bunch. I hasted two of them.
