So, if I go inside the mist I will have to roll a Wis check and I won't be able to find Saya in all the mist, or the enemy? That's what I get from the spell description anyway. Of course, in order for Sladan to know this he will have to roll for general Knowledge or Wis, right?
As far as I can understand it, Saya wont be affected .... all other creatures will be. Sladan knows Saya is a powerful spellcaster but you cannot tell it was her with 100% certainty.
Rangers can cast spells from lvl 4 ;P
There is small chance Sladan will succeed as the mist is designed to make people loose their sence of orientation. Its full of shadows. But there is good news .... Saya can see perfectly. :)

BTW i completely forgot but you are getting 1200 xp each for the ambush.
Saya normally I would require a 'Sleight of hand' check but because you dont have it and it's not possible to do it untrained I would require a simple dex ceck. Because he is too drunk to notice you don't need to roll it. However in the case that you dont want the Inn owner to see what you are attempting I will need the dex check.
As long as you don't post anything else by 8pm today, I will presume you are sitting down next to Gnaus
The more I am thinking about it the more im unsure if calling Sladan 'an animal' qualifies as an insult or a compliment...

Just that I cannot imagine the elven community pictured in there gently mentoring a small hamster colony and not a catfolk tribe... At least that was the impression it left with me. :)
