Erashava turns to regard the newly revealed chamber.
She enters, and looks around carefully, wary of traps, enemies, and signs of recent use...

And then moves over to the desk, where she begins to shuffles through papers and notes.

GM Nowruz |

Kencathedrus and Erashava look at the desk and see that it contains various notes and leads. A first glimpse shows that these were obviously penned by Selmius Foster with later annotations by a certain Adolphus.
Selmius Foster was a Pathfinder who was published in many of the early Pathfinder Chronicles.
Adolphus was a Pathfinder who began his career as the assistant of the Pathfinder Selmius Foster.
He published the account of his master's death in Volume 3 of the Pathfinder Chronicles. He went on to found the Pathfinder lodge in Quantium.

Erashava picks up the interesting papers.
Knowledge History: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11
"These papers were written by Selmius Foster. He published many of the early Pathfinder Chronicles. And all these annotations are by his assistant, Adolphus. Foster's death is Chronicled by Adolphus in Volume Three of the Pathfinder Chronicles--a valuable edition. Adolphus later went on to found the Pathfinder Lodge in Quantium."
She reads the papers. "These could be of great importance to your Society."

![]() |

At first Fuzzzy does not notice the secret door. But he does smile and take the proper bottle from Erashava.
"We found it!" He puts it in his backpack.
Then he turns to see the tunnel and the room. "Oh, look! A hallway! Halls are meant to be walked down, you know!"
He walks into the little room. Then he sees MORE little side tunnels!
"Oh, look! A tunnel! Tunnels are meant to be peeked down, you know!"
He scratches his beard.
"What was that spell again?"

![]() |

"Ah, yes! DANCING LIGHTS!"
Four glowing little orbs spring to life in front of Fuzzzy. He nods his head at the tunnel. "Go on, now. Get."
The little orbs slowly move through the tunnel, and Fuzzzy looks down it.
Perception: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 1 = 14
Then he moves on and does the same with the other tunnels.
Perception 2: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 1 = 17
Perception 3: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Perception 4: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 1 = 11
Then he moves back to the first one and checks down it again, because he has forgotten he has already looked. He does this over and over again.

GM Nowruz |

You enter the secret cavern and start to look at the documents in more detail.
The papers chronicle the personal exploits of Selmius Foster, a famous Pathfinder whose name some of you recognize from their training as Pathfinder agents.
Most of Foster’s more infamous adventures appear here in varying amounts of detail, but it is evident there is another investigation he had been pursuing before he died: the lost records of a Society agent named Eylysia.
You Give find two very interesting documents, which detail Selmius’s thoughts on the matter, and an appended note from Adolphus.
See Handout #1 and #2 in the slides.
Together, these reference three major leads Foster had found. But it seems as if they never had time to investigate properly as the thoroughly compiled notes just stop at some point.

![]() |

"Yes. Much more so if we can find the Eylysia's notes themselves." She collects the paperwork and places it into her backpack. "Let us deliver the wine to Drang, perhaps he will give us leave to follow up on these clues."

Rosie finds some good cooking wine. She picks it off the shelf and puts in her backpack very sneakily.
Stealth: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7
She is not as quiet as she thinks, and it makes a clanking sound. She quickly puts her bag back on and looks for some more good cooking ingredients.

“Huh. Important and valuable hey Erashava? Like worth decent coin important?” Ruslo picks up a paper and inspects it. Ruslo hands the paper to Erashava when Fuzzzy starts heading off on his own.
“Hey old man! Wait up for the rest of us. Let me go first. Nice work with these lights.”
Ruslo activates his wayfinder to produce light and inspects the passage.

Rosie, You can only move half speed if you want to move through an enemy’s square with acrobatics vs. CMD+5. Otherwise the DC increases to CMD+5+10 at full speed. Do you still want to do this action?

My round 1 action doesn't need adapting. I still use studied target as a move action, which is a mental action and allowed while pinned, and then I still attempt to escape as a standard action. My CMB to escape is already rolled above. It's a 12.

Rosie goes to see what all the yelling is about.
"Hey what's going on?"
Oh, there was a mistake! I already took my round one action when I posted that. It was a double move. I moved myself into the room when you first posted the initiative block because it was very confusing looking and I thought it was my turn. My turn is already done when I get where I am on the map now. Sorry!
