Trusting that Arqueros will protect Ty from evil (because he cast that spell), Ty moves adjacent to both Sir Rollynd (to continue granting him his Saving Shield feat's bonus) and Alexis. He'll reach out and touch her short sword, causing it to glow golden with Arqueros' blessing.

Blessing details:
Good Blessing -- Holy Strike (minor): At 1st level, you can touch one weapon and bless it with the power of purity and goodness. For 1 minute, this weapon glows green, white, or yellow-gold and deals an additional 1d6 points of damage against evil creatures. During this time, it's treated as good for the purposes of overcoming damage reduction. This additional damage doesn't stack with the additional damage from the holy weapon special ability.

"Try again," he tells her.

Map 3

The imp screeches as the magic missiles impact him. The devil leaves Sir Rollynd and focuses its attentions on the nuisance bard that hurt it. (Thanephos can take an AoO if he has a melee weapon readied. Ty and Alexis also each get one)

Sir Rollynd AoO: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (13) + 8 = 21
Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7

Stinger: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (9) + 8 = 17
Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 4
Fort save DC 13 or lose 1d2 ⇒ 2 Dex

Sir Rollynd takes a swipe at the creature now attacking Thanephos.

Sword: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10
Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4

Imp HP: 5/16

The still invisible creature finishes its chanting. The air around Alexis, Ty, and Sir Rollynd warps, and spiders start to pour out of a tiny hole in reality. Hundreds of them. Thousands of them.

Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 4
Fort save DC 11 or suffer 1d2 ⇒ 2 Strength damage.
A second Fort save DC 11 is needed or you are also nauseated.

The invisible voice casts another spell, and a greasy area appears in the same location as the swarm. Reflex save DC 12 or fall prone.

Spear in hand and steel in his eyes, Ty rolls a bunch of dice.

AoO: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25
crit confirm: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10 (Nope.)

Fort vs. nausea: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8; mythic surge: 1d6 ⇒ 1 (Failed. Ty is nauseated.)
Ref vs. grease: 1d20 ⇒ 16 (Success.)

Overcome by the sensation of being covered in spiders, Ty weakly tries to move out of the grease area.

Acrobatics vs. DC 10 to move at half speed: 1d20 ⇒ 18 (Success.)

Map 5

Ear-piercing scream should be 1d6 damage at your level, and you realize your friends are in that area of effect too?

Also, it's a single target spell so no good against the swarm. I suggest trying something else.

F

AoO: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19

Acrobatics vs. DC 10 to move at half speed: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7I guess I am staying there. Not because the map hates me but because the dice do.

No, no, no, no! Moving back as quickly as she can Alexis flees from the hoard of spiders.

Alexis and Ty combine to slice the imp open, and it drops to the floor, it's laughter falling silent.

Will update further later on.

Whoops, no idea what I was thinking haha. Could I just step back and not cast a spell this round? Thanephos doesn't have much that deals with swarms, particularly with allies in the middle.

Isn't Thanephos a bard? Sing! (Or in your case, orate!) We still have that invisible, spell-casting imp to worry about.

Thanephos backs away, and Ty and Sir Rollynd escape the swarm, which is happy to stay put and crawl into all sorts of uncomfortable places on Alexis' body.

Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 6 and two more Fort saves.

Ty hears rustling behind the Asmodeus shrine.

Sir Rollynd drops his sword and takes a torch and tinderbox from his pack.

PCs are up.

Okay, Alexis goes first in the initiative, so the following should be legit:

If Alexis is unable to get out of the grease on her own, Ty will hold out the butt of his spear so that she can hold on to it and Ty can drag her out.

If Alexis is able to move out of the grease on her own, Ty will move to behind the altar to investigate the rustling. (That would be Ty's move action; his standard action depends on what he sees.)

F

Acrobatics vs. DC 10 to move at half speed: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17Yay! Also I cannot seem to move me on the map. Can someone do so?

Fort vs. Nausea: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13Yay!

Any action from Alexis besides moving?

Ty moves around the altar and sees various bits of a nest moving on their own accord, as if someone invisible was looking for something. Ty can figure out which square to target.

"It's back here."

Ty attempts to forcibly move the invisible target away from the nest.

Bull Rush: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21

Map 6

Miss chance (<50 is hit): 1d100 ⇒ 21

Ty feels his hands contact...something...and he shoves the creature aside. You hear something small and squishy fall to the floor. It hisses at Ty.

F

Sorry. Move to Thanephos to hit the imp next turn

F

Would I have been able to attack this round?

Ty waits to see if Alexis needs help vacating the greased area. When she does so, he moves around behind the altar and gives something small and invisible a good shove. Alexis follows him and can see that something has clearly landed at her feet. Also, there's a metallic clink, as a large key bounces off the floor nearby.

Suddenly, the key rises into the air, and you hear the sound of flapping wings, as the key is carried towards one of the doors.

Let's ignore the map for the time being, since there's only one adversary, and you can all easily reach it.

PCs are up. You can easily target the right square, since the key is visible. Two of you can easily get a flank, though remember to roll the 50% concealment chance when you attack.

Thanephos uses his wand to send another set of green missiles at the space where the key is hovering.
Damage: 2d4 + 2 ⇒ (1, 3) + 2 = 6

You can't use magic missile on a creature with total concealment, which this one has by being invisible, even though it's carrying a visible object.

Oh, and the swarm vanished this round also.
