Carefully approaching the door, Rennyn leans his elven ears to the door, listening for any noise. Slowing his breath, the sound of his own respiration fades and the sounds emanating from within the hut come into focus...a sniff, followed by a hard swallow. Someone is home.

Overwhelmed by the paladin's speed, the goblin before him did not know what hit it. As its blood splatters across the room, its companion attempts to get out of the way and cowers against the wall T17, making itself as small a target as possible while squealing, BONEZZEZZ!!
The third goblin doesn't hang around. Running from the door the minute it burst open, it too squeals, Tha Bonezzezz is backz! RUNNZ! HIDEZ!. Heading to the opposite side of the room, this one dives under one of the rickety old beds Y18.

Fenra, not filled with the killing zeal of her companions, waits by the door as previously indicated. She will enter if called for help and prevent the egress of any goblins.

Fenra, while holding no love for evil creatures, has no desire to start slaughtering unarmed, frightened beings offering no direct threat. As her companions are morally fine with it/obligated too, she will let them get to it.

While the warriors get to work, and not being in any immediate danger herself, the fair oracle stays ready as she watches the remaining huts carefully. From her vantage, she can see two other huts directly south and one at the far end of the walkway. The doors remain closed, however the cries from the long hut have stirred the attention of other goblins in the surrounding huts. Although she has not seen them, she can hear them; moving about, muffled chatter, excitement building.

Good point made Fenra. To be clear, and while my description of the goblins in this long hut did not include what they are wearing, these goblins all carry dog slicers. | Fenra delays then....Jeryn is up!

Draeven does not hesitate, moving quickly to the southern most door and yanks it open. He moves across the short walkway and boots open the next door.

Combat in this hut is over. After dispatching the goblins, Rennyn and Draeven get to and open the door to next hut, starting the next combat and resetting initiatives.

The scene of carnage within the hut grows with each careful stroke of the warrior's weapons. Their victim's screams fill the chamber, echoing throughout the village. From across the walkway, Fenra sees a pair of eyes stare at her from a cracked door - the hut to the west is occupied. The chatter throughout the village intensifies. Goblin voices fill the air making it difficult to pin-point locations, Not bonezzezz! Fleshiezz! Bloodzz! Gettz'em! Heeheehee!

Kicking open the next door, Rennyn and Draeven enter the hut to the south east. Inside are three more goblins. Wearing handmade leathers and welding rusty blades, these ones do not turn away in panic from a foe they'd expected and feared. These ones are prepared. With a demented smile, one of the goblin's (U26) raises an odd looking torch and beckons to you like puppies. Here fleshiezz!

Skyrocket: When lit, this foot-long wooden tube begins to shake and emit a handful of white sparks, shedding light as a torch. One round later it takes flight, moving in a straight line with a f ly speed of 90 for 1d6 rounds before loudly exploding in an burst of light and sound, and dealing 2d6 points of fire damage in a 10-foot burst (DC 15 Ref lex save for half ). If a skyrocket impacts a solid surface or a creature before reaching its maximum range, it detonates prematurely at the point of impact. Anyone who takes damage from the explosion is either blinded or deafened (a 50% chance of either) for 1 round. A skyrocket costs 50 gp and weighs 1 pound.

Wow that's embarassing, I definitely thought I'd posted but I guess I must have just thought about what I was going to post. Anyways, Jeryn was of the same mind as Fenra: The other two had things under control so he was going to keep watch for other enemies.

Hearing the commotion in the second hut, Jeryn repositions himself and evokes the tremendous powers of his craft to send death streaking toward a goblin.

Advance to Q28 and force bolt goblin at U 26

I'm having some trouble keeping track of how many force bolts I've used. I know it's 7 per day but have we rested at all ever?

A couple things Jeryn, first this is the same day and there has been no resting long enough to regain any spells. Second, the door at T27 is shut and you need a clear line of sight to unleash your bolt. Firing through bushes is one thing, firing through walls is different :) Go ahead and retcon your action.
I'm waiting on Fenra to react to the appearance of the goblins to the west.

Fenra notices the goblin coming along the gangway and switching hands pulls a javelin out of her pack. Delay until it is within 20',
I understand that is splitting doing a MA now and an action later but pulling the javelin out now is just talk. It can all happen after the delay.

Taking the goblin up on its offer, the paladin rushes in. Reacting to the elf's movement, one of the goblin's readies his sword, but it is distracted by the elf's shiny blade. Rennyn's curved blade is nothing like the goblin's own dull, rusty dog slicer. Filled with holes, it was once its prized possession. Now the goblin watches with envy as the elven steal flashes past it only to disappear briefly into its comrades flesh, Hey! Whyzzitz blade still so shiny?

Blood soon splatters the wall and floor of the hut and the strange torch drops to the ground. Moved by the elf's display of obedience, the other goblin cheers, Whoah! Nupow commandzz it, annitcomzz!!

Oh, rightz! Dropping the rusty curved blade, the goblin picks up the torch. As it lights it, the other steps back, holding its own pitiful, rusty blade in a rather shaky offensive pose.

The noise in the village reaches its apex. The screams and shouts of goblins combine with numerous footfalls on the wooden network of planks. Thaiz at Nupow'z! Out tha way numbskull! With his back to the door, Draeven's keen ears detect more goblins running across the wooden planks towards the hut he and Rennyn currently occupy...
On the other side, the oracle's eyes watch as the goblin at the far end of the boardwalk steps out. Lookzzieezz! Thaiz bringzz us a female!
Lemmeseezz! Mmmm, breaztzmeatz! Two more goblins appear on the boardwalk. One carries a strange torch-like object (Red Dot). With a depraved smile it hisses, I callz dibbzz... and lights the torch.
Weee! sparklizz!

Uh uh uh! The goblin doesn't get a AoO because it was flat-footed. But Rennyn does for it picking up the item. :)

As the goblin drops its slicer and goes to pick up the dropped "torch", Rennyn admonishes it, Tsk, tsk, tsk. Not very smart, before his blade flashes out once again...

Actually, since the first hut, it is more like round 4...
Round 4: Readied Action Triggered

Being the last man standing is never an easy position to be in. Surrounded by the blood of its comrades and a hulking half orc barreling down on it, the remaining goblin's resolve begins to falter. Nevertheless, as the hulk steps in it unleashes a whirlwind. It is a well choreographed sequence, just like it had practiced a dozen times before. The rusty blade parries an attack to the left, it drops down to deflect its lower flank, it side steps, ducks then weaves. The goblin's confidence returns, Yezz! I'zz do'nnit! Stepping right, it gets ready to deliver the killing blow. In all the times it had executed this maneuver, every time, it had seen its victim fall. Sure, the others had laughed at it. They thought it dumb. Not! This! Time! Spinning it got ready for the up swing. Itz too tall. It never protectzz itzzelf here! The blade in its hand changes. It feels as light as a feather now. As though it had become apart of it; merged into one awesome fighting machine. The goblin smiles with excitement, Here it comezz! All or nothingz. One step in, arm comez down and lunge! Perfect.
Yezz! It can't believe it. Just as it had imagined it, there it is, the hilt of its blade pointed directly between the legs of its victim. Wait. Zomething wrongz. Why it not fallz?
Somewhere, during one of its last spins, the rusted blade of its dog slicer had decided it had had enough. Releasing itself from its hilt, the blade sailed through the air, impaling itself harmlessly into the wall. The now unarmed goblin stands in a vulnerable position before a wall of green muscle, with nothing more than a wooden hilt in its hand, Ahh FU-!! Unmoved by the goblin's dance, Draeven's axe blade censors the rest of its performance.

Att: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2 Hmmm, these aren't the commandos I'd asked for. I'm going to have to bring in more reinforcements...

End of combat in this hut. Goblin initiatives for the next group will be reset and combat continued after Jeryn's adjusted action...or 5pm whichever comes first :) | Map updated

Seeing that none of the goblins are approaching but instead waiting for the one with the firework she smiles instead and thinks to herself, Perfect

If the goblins wonder at her smile when they appear they soon realize their peril. With a few authoritative words she points at the most heavily armed and armoured goblin. Can't understand anything but Celestial during combat.
Assuming it is a new round as more goblins appeared? Now that there are more than one she will try murderous command. Now my reading of bouncing command is that you can chose to redirect after it has failed not before. I have magical lineage which allows it to not use a higher spell slot but it is a lower DC, I would think the lower DC would only be on the second save because bouncing command only comes into play if it fails to affect the first target but I would appreciate a definitive ruling. DC normally is will 14, would be 13 if bounced.

Oblivious to the danger Fenra and Jeryn are in, Rennyn slides in behind the last goblin in the room just to see Draeven cleave it with his ax. Reversing course, he takes up a position beside Draeven and between the doors (MA to X,26) holding his sword aloft, ready to strike the first goblin that comes within reach of his blade. (readied attack)

Since the group has split up, I will reset initiatives for the goblins and separate them into their groupings...

Just want to make sure I have this right:
Jeryn delays his action for Round 4 and casts Mage armor to start round 5. Still waiting to confirm Jeryn's position though. Fenra casts Murderous Command to end Round 4.

Start of Round 5

Standing on the walkway and grinning excitedly, the three goblins watch Fenra make her approach. As the oracle's words ring out across the walkway, the first goblin licks its lips in anticipation while another begins to look confused. Lifting the sparkling torch, the creepier of the three aims for the oracle. Strangely, the goblin beside it raises a rusty blade. Youz can't call dibbzz, I wantz juicy breaztzmeatz!! Swinging its blade, the goblin attacks its comrade thus interfering with its carefully aimed shot. Caught off guard, the creepy one protests,Whatz you doing?! As the two begin to tussle, the sparkles from the torch intensify and the torch crackles to life. Tearing out of the wooden tube, an explosive charge rapidly heads straight up towards the middle of the palisade.
Barely understanding what's wrong with its comrades, the third goblin takes a second to watch with delight as the torch soars into the air, Eewhh! Aaahh! Disappearing into the sky, this goblin giggles then starts to make its move. Thrilled to be the only one advancing on the female, its eyes linger hungrily at the mounds of fresh meat before it. Still giggling, it lazily swings its sword, but comes up short. With a bashful smile, it shrugs its shoulders and winks at the beautiful half-elf.

Readying himself for another wave of goblins, Rennyn raises his blood stained sword with intent. Outside, the footfalls stop. Waitz!

Dummy, whatz you think?! Through the cracks of the flimsy wooden door, the two warriors can see three goblins pause on the walkway.
Ok, goezz now! The footfalls resume and two of the goblins approach the door. The first to enter holds the door (2MA) and lets the other pass through (MA). Its rusty blade held high, the goblin makes for the first creature it sees, the wall of green muscle (SA).

Adding to the carnage, Rennyn cuts down yet another of the goblins. As this latest body falls to the floor, he sees his next victim standing in the doorway. Grinning maliciously from pointed ear to pointed ear, the creature holds the door with one hand and its dog slicer in the other. With the initial distraction of these goblins out of the way, Rennyn's elven eyes take in the scene behind it. Sparkles first catch the elf's attention. Pure white streams of light pour forth from the torch in a third goblin's hands.

Fenra's morning star connects with a satisfying crunch on the goblin's skull. Its bashful smile now permanently etched upon its face, the goblin falls onto the wooden walkway to slowly spill what little brains it had left. With this goblin's love crushed, Fenra's eyes spot another group of goblins emerging from the watch tower to the south of her position. Armed with bows, this group spies Fenra at the other end of the walkway...

We're entering into a little bit of the unknown here as the weapon Draeven is attempting to disarm is explosive and about to go off...
From the Goblin's perspective...
Watching its comrades being ripped apart by the two warriors inside, Garut chuckles to himself, Woah! Seb lies! Seb does eatzz Garut'z sockzezz! Feeling the torch begin to vibrate, Garut focuses on the open door, Hehehe, thayzz gonna goez booom soon! Hey, whyz door green?Rushing out of the hut, the half-orc creature heads straight for Garut. Cringing in preparation for the blow it is about to receive, Garut's eyes widen and a little pee stains the rag wrapped about its waist. Amazingly, the hulk's axe misses it! Garut breathes a sigh of relief, Garut still here! But, the sound of a wooden tube falling on the walkway ends the celebration, Oppz! Realizing it is now unarmed, Garut reaches for its trusty blade (MA). Grinning, the goblin slashes its rusty blade from left to right, right to left. Garut excitedly watches as its blade blurs in the air with each successive pass in front of the green creature. Soon itz bloodz spillz, tehehe!! (SA)
Predictably, the torch on the ground crackles to life. Tearing out of the wooden tube, the explosive charge rushes down the walkway, straight between Garut's feet and into the wooden palisade beyond. The resulting explosion of light and fire echoes through out the village. Not wanting to miss the display, Garut turns its head at a crucial moment and its blade narrowly misses the half-orc's chest.

Stepping out onto the walkway across from Garut (AB16), three more goblins appear. Armed with bows, the three stop in their tracks at the sound of the explosion. Realizing Garut is about to be slain by a green monster, the trio pull back their sinew bow strings and loose a volley...Three roughly made arrows soar through the air. Being hand made, their shafts are not exactly elven straight and true. Sometimes this works. But most of the time, these homemade arrows veer off their intended paths, as is the case here...

Stepping out onto the platform, Jeryn points a finger at the goblins at the other end. A small wave of force erupts and the air ripples as the invisible bolt hurtles towards its target. The impact is noticeable. Turning its head to see what had just hit it, the goblin's eyes narrow at Jeryn...With the affects of Fenra's spell now over, the two goblins advance on the oracle. Forgetting the hit it took from the wizard, the two begin to drool as they approach the female's impressive figure. Raising their weapons ominously, the sound of the explosion at the other end of the village draws their attention away from the half-elf's chest. Celebrating another beautiful explosion, which is certain to mean a beloved fire of some kind, the goblins clink swords, Yeah!

Skyrocket: When lit, this foot-long wooden tube begins to shake and emit a handful of white sparks, shedding light as a torch. One round later it takes flight, moving in a straight line with a f ly speed of 90 for 1d6 rounds before loudly exploding in an burst of light and sound, and dealing 2d6 points of fire damage in a 10-foot burst (DC 15 Reflex save for half ). If a skyrocket impacts a solid surface or a creature before reaching its maximum range, it detonates prematurely at the point of impact. Anyone who takes damage from the explosion is either blinded or deafened (a 50% chance of either) for 1 round. A skyrocket costs 50 gp and weighs 1 pound.
