Gyle throws his dagger, but the summoner squeels and dodges it.
Dougal comes in and surrounds the witch.
Puck fires at the hag and misses.
Braiden fires the ray and the summoner doubles over, throwing up into the river. 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14
Hmph misses the summoner with the bomb, but the splash deals five damage.

"This is the hag of which all were so afraid? Why she doesn't look like she could sour a saucer of milk. Perhaps these two were just engaging in a romantic tryst under the bridge - rutting like swollen hogs in the stagnant water"

Tobar mocks the pair and both of them feel rather humiliated
The Frenchie responds by summoning 1d3 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3 skeletons.
Gyle raises his sword and strikes, but it glances off the hag's very thick armor.
Dougal comes in for a grapple, but the witch has enormous strength and fends him off. Rashun sitrkes at this moment, but his sword doesn't even come close to the witch at all. Then out come her claws. She strikes at Dougal.

Puck comes in and attempts and point-blank shot, hitting the witch square on the side.

Continuing his verbal assault "Hah - from the looks the man is womanly and the woman manly. Pray tell does it démangeaison to lay with a bête?" Tobar moves to assist Puck against the skeletal foes.

Maybe we are better off just pounding her face in.
If he goes for another grapple and it is successful I will go for the disarm again.
If Dougal opts for damage or fails the grapple check then I will attack.
Since my attack roll and CMB are both +3 I will just roll once and see where it gets me.

Dougal lets out a cry of pain as the claws rake him, and for the first time something like actual fear shows on his face. "She's more than powerfully ugly! Nothing human's that fast or strong!" Backpeddling quickly he ducks away from her deadly grasp.
Full withdraw action, moving away from the hag.

Retconning action based on what Dougal did. With this set of actions, I assume the Frenchie and the hag are close enough that I can see both of them. If the hag is not positioned so I am within 30' of her, go with my original action.
Seeing the hag as the group's toughest target, Braiden instead focuses on her. He tries to cow her into fleeing with a spell.
Braiden casts Cause Fear.
DC 15 Will save or frightened for 1d4 rounds. If save is successful, instead shaken for 1 round.
Duration if she fails save: 1d4 ⇒ 1
Frightened is like shaken, except that the creature must flee if possible. Panicked is a more extreme state of fear.

Gyle can post an action for the end of this round, and one for the next
The Verderer lets out a cry from the other side of the river and attempts to jump over. 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20
He barely makes it over, but a wrinkled arm, even uglier than the hags, reaches around his ankle and pulls him down into the river.
Rashun raises to strike at the hag, but misses wildly again.
Tobar maintains his satire and manages to down one of the skeletons as well.
The Frenchie summons another 1d3 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Dougal flees after being almost downed by a single Hag strike.
The hag strikes at Rashun next

Assuming the (suddenly appeared) Verderer's wife is referring to the Frenchie, Braiden moves to pick him up and haul him away. He's surprised at her spellcasting abilities, though it does explain a lot. He also heard the Verderer himself, though he cannot see the man. However, right now his only concern is getting the Frenchie and getting out.

Seeing the complete lack of effect his actions had on either of his targets, Gyle attempts a different approach.
"Behold Hag! I am the prince of the Emerald Isle. Your weak bog magic is nothing compared to the power of my blood!"

Looking at Gyle's profile, and observing his damage die, we may deduce, very Holmes-like, that he is using a short sword. Thus, d6, with 19-20/x2 critical. :P
Also, as his opponent is helpless, he gets 1d4 sneak damage as well (d4 because he's a knife-master using a short sword).

Gyle comes in quickly and slips his sword under her ribs. The hag gasps for air and slumps down onto the ground, dead. The summoner is currently unconscious.
Whoa, that was the toughest witch we've ever faced. It's Puck, clearly shaken like the rest of you. Good thing that tough wife came along. Where is she? The Verderer's wife left in the hubbub following the hag's death.
Well, now that you've gone through your first battle with a witch, you have the same amount of expertise as we do. Let's head back.
At the castle, Puck and Hmph take their leave to deal with the necessary paperwork, while the rest of you are left with the unconscious summoner at the castle gates, having been left with no instructions.
You recall that the King is fascinated by the supernatural.

Braiden proceeds into the castle, looking for whomever he has to talk to in order to meet with the King. He's a rather menacing figure among all the proper folk, and stands out from his peasant's garb and uncleanliness, not to mention the muttering and seemingly blind eyes.
