Ok, discussion thread open and map put up. Hopefully you all can edit, we shall see.

I'll also by a wand of infernal healing for 2 PP, if I still can.

GM Ietsuna |

You sure can. There is still time to buy things before we set out.

Drallin Battlehungry |

"Ok, it's my turn to play that song, HA!" - with this words he moves forward pulling out his gratesword. "Come at me, pathetic creature!". You see some kind of a barely noticeable dark aura around him. His face distorted with anger.
Ah, I see you use a traditional gnomish weapon! Most other races treat the gratesword as an exotic weapon. But gnomes know how to drag the flat of the blade along an opponent to inflict dozens of small wounds.
;)

Cult's Herald |

Exactly :) Plus, Binkilink is the most brutal gnome of the Inner Sea. At least, in his own eyes. Plus, he is a dread gnome. It's a serious buisness, you know.

Thanks for letting me know Auraea. All the best. I will look into the logistics of replacements and partial credits.

@Rose: I'm not as sure of the details with Unchained Summoners, but Asael should have far more than just 6 hit points.

Player Name: I'm Hiding In Your Closet
Character Name: Zahira Nefritovvy
PFS Number: #40025-21
Faction: Sovereign Court
Day Job: Perform (Dance): 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (9) + 9 = 18
Starting PP: 3
Starting GP: 247.5 (220 spent during adventure)
Starting XP: 2

GM Ietsuna |

I had a quick look in Unchained. Eidelons are d10 HD, so at minimum Reaper should have 11 HP (10 + 1Con). I think.

![]() |

Eh, yeah, very few HP at low levels. On the other hand, I can just summon something when they do go down, so not a huge deal. This is actually my first Summoner character, so I'm not sure how it'll go from here. All the crazy builds I've seen are natural weapon builds, and Asael is supposed to be a Vanth psychopomp, so crow wings and a scythe.
Manufactured weapons kind of got shafted with the Unchained stuff.

Unfortunately no. Eidolons get the same treatment as animal companions, no full HP at level 1. Just average, so 5.5+1 fromCon, rounded down.
As far as I know, that simply isn't true. Is that new (and even if so, it would mean Asael had 7, not 6)?

![]() |

As I know it's a common rule for an animal companions, phantoms, eildolons etc. I have a spiritualist character and as I learned we must use the formula above in PFS.
P.S. Zahira, I think you missed "rounded down", so it's 6 hp.

I learned it was exactly the same as for PCs.
P.S. Zahira, I think you missed "rounded down", so it's 6 hp.
I didn't miss that, but that's not how it works for PCs, why should it work that way for companions? Past level 1, it's half the Hit Die +1. It always has been.

![]() |

Eidolons (and phantoms) in PFS use the same rules as animal companions, but with their own HD.
Animal companions receive average hit points per hit die. For d8, the average is 4.5. Multiply 4.5 times the number of hit dice your animal companion has and round down. Recalculate hit points for your companion each time it gains additional hit dice. After its hit points are calculated, add in appropriate bonuses from its Constitution modifier, feats, and so on.
(5.5*1)+1 con = 6.5, and rounded down it's 6.

Yes, I just checked with the Flaxseed thread. This is VERY new.
I can put up with not getting full hit points for the first HD, but not doing the HD otherwise like they're done for PCs seems like an unnecessary pain in the ass.

I believe that it is in Season 8 guide. And out of travel troubles, so I moved my pog.

![]() |

I've already used this rule about a year before. Don't know, was it new at that moment, but I did the same mistake as Zahira did ;)

I made no mistake at the time. I was told, and may have even seen in print, years ago that it worked just like PC Hit Dice.

I don't doubt your words! Are you playing longer than I know about the Pathfinder :)

I started playing in November 2011, for what it's worth, with a couple episodes of 'off again, on again' along the way as opportunities died and resurfaced.

Player: Blake's Tiger

PFS#: 230524-21

GM Ietsuna |

I am playing in one of your games Rose. It is a really small world on here.

![]() |

It's the Phantom Phenomena one isn't it? Although from the discussion in the Flaxseed Lodge, seems there's about a hundred or so regular PbP players, so I guess that's expected.

GM Ietsuna |

Ok, First I would like to thank all of you for playing at my "table". This was my first time GMing outside of GM Hmm's classes and I have learned a lot. If you have any feedback please let me know. I really want to get better at this. I plan on being around and GMing a bit more, so please help me get better, and even play at my tables again if you had fun.

Many thanks to you GM Ietsuna! It went really smoothly, I think.
