So, I need a specific decision here. It is round 8 since the color spray, so the guards are awake (and have been since the girl spoke, who was also hit by the color spray. My understanding is that you are all currently in the smaller room, staring at a trapdoor and discussing your next action.

Also, Oggil (and anyone else looking down the trapdoor) should make a perception roll.

Below the ladder are some jagged rocks, and then some planks. It appears that there are docks underneath the docks, and this appears to lead right to those.

With the rope and a little bit of care, you are easily able to get down without injury (1 round move).

So - this is getting a little hard to keep track of, so we are going to move back into rounds.

    Round 8 recap:
Thanalas - delaying to be 3rd down the hole
    Colleen - looking down hole
Oggil - Exiting room back to room with girl and tied up thugs
Tanna - rigged rope to help make decent easier

The girl says "They ran through there," pointing to the room with the trap door, "just before you came in, I guess. Maybe a minute?"

    Knowledge | GSC | Mummy's Mask | WftC | RotR$ | Carrion Crown

It is daylight, so you can see ok.

    Colleen:

You enter into a gloomy, greenish twilight where scattered beams of light filter down between weathered dock planks, bouncing off seaweed covered stones that jut from the dark harbor waters. A forest of pylons suspends the docks above where the scurrying feet of merchants, sailors, and longshoremen hammer like a muffled thunderstorm. Between the pylons, you spot small stone bunkers, ruins of older siege forts now crumbling and weathered from centuries of angry waves. A narrow set of docks traverses the rocks, connecting various locations. Eventually, all lead out to the shallow bay at the mouth of the maze. Nearby, you notice a fresh trail of muck-limned, wet footprints.

    Oggil:

As you escort the girl outside, she wanders away from you a bit (5 ft) and then turns on you with hatred in her eyes.

She quickly mutters an incantation and hurls a glob of acid at you.

The tracks lead to a small bunker with its own short dock. You see a nearby dock with two rowboats. You also see two men guarding the boats and/or bunker.

    Map of the Underdocks

    Oggil and Thran:

Thran - you need to make a DC 15 Perception check to see if you can hear Oggil's cry for help, as everyone else was intent on headed down the hole.

If the check is successful, then your missile is enough to drop her to 0, at which point she surrenders.

If not, then she withdraws and runs away, so Oggil will need to decide whether or not to give chase.

    Oggil & Thran:
What do you do with the girl? If nothing, it will take you 2 rounds to rejoin the others. If something, well I guess 2 rounds + whatever you do.

    Stealth: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20 vs Perception: 1d20 ⇒ 9

Colleen initiates combat, getting a surprise action only. Since feint is a standard action, you couldn't do it and rush the guard, but as a successful feint only lets you ignore the opponent's Dex, which happens when they are flatfooted anyway, I will assume you wanted to do a partial charge bull rush (which you can do as a suprise round action). In that, you barely succeed, but it does put the guard in the drink. The other guard whistles as he turns toward you, and you see a flurry of action in the water.

He taps his foot on the ground.
