It's a pity there is no realtor around when you need one. But in this county it might have to do with the fact, that houses are not for sale just because someone dies. The house only becomes haunted. And there are no lakes in any direction that can be reached within a day.

So, up the mountain and into some cave it is. The bear that lives there is hibernating and snoring really loud, but otherwise it isn't bothering the party.

After a lengthy walk back to the cathedral Abomentolor magics the group back to the last massacre they created.

With the smoke gone, the area looks bland. The corpses are gone. So on, to the next chamber. (F7) Several large stone slabs crowd the floor of this rough-hewn chamber, its walls perforated with a honeycomb of burial alcoves. Nearby stand several small marble pedestals, three of which hold intricate metal boxes glowing with a dull green hue. Two of the boxes sits open and pulsating with dark energy, orbited by small strips of aged and scribbled parchments weaving and braiding in intricate patterns among dark energies emanating from the receptacle.

Four undead clerics tend to the procedure that is ongoing. Looks like the regrowth of a lich or two. And the monks from yesterday are hanging around here too. Their motivation still as low as yesterday. But they also look beaten up and dead, but upright. They attack as soon as their murderers come in sight.
