Greater Restoration would remove both negative levels, but it would cost 5,910 gp by my math (5,000 gp component plus 910 gp for someone casting the actual spell). Restoration would remove one negative level and only cost 1,160 gp (1,000 gp component plus 160 gp for someone casting the actual spell), but you can only remove one negative level per week via Restoration.
But, priest of Abadar and I don't believe you've cashed in that particular chip in some time.
Speak with the Vault of Abadar in Absalom, and in return for describing your prior deeds exulting the Master of the First Vault and promising to later guide a few merchants and give a lecture or two, and the Vault will cleanse you of your negative levels for no charge.
Ganorok will be very honored, and will promise to fulfill his end of the bargain (and a sizable contribution to the church) if he "survives the madness he is going into".

To all my games:
My wife had an emergency c-section at 6 am EST this morning at 35 weeks and 45 years old. Robbie is 3 lb 11 oz and in the NICU. Both are ok.
I don't know what kind of access to here I will have for the next while. I don't have a smart phone or laptop currently. Please bot me as needed and if you feel the need to remove me, I won't be offended. Things are going to be hectic the next few weeks but I do intend to return to my games.
