Kel tries to cast acid splash at green.
cast defensively, dc 15: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (14) + 6 = 20
ranged touch attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
dmg if hits: 1d3 ⇒ 2
Unfortunately, the acid goes flying off into the night and lands elsewhere, hurting no one.
He draws his dagger so he at least threatens the green bandit, even though not very effectively.
6 rounds of infernal healing left
DM Feral |
gm when the green attacked felicitas moved away, so the dwarf women shouldn't be able to flank and as such not sneak?
Because of dodging panache? If you're planning on using an ability like that out of turn, please mention it in your post ahead of time.
Dodging Panache provokes an AoO from yellow. Also, the dwarf will acrobatics into the flank instead of 5-foot stepping.
AoO vs Felicitas: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8
Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (13) + 15 = 28
The sneak attack still goes off.
Bulgo is up.

damage: 1d3 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10
extra sneak attack damage: 2d6 ⇒ (5, 2) = 7
+2 bleed. Disoriented. -2 to attack, -4 vs Bulgo
Blood continues to run down his shirt, but it is slowing.
Finally some good rolls. Probably not enough to take either of them out, mores the pity. Disoriented only lasts one round,, bleed until they heal or die
Bulgo Bluefoot |
Bulgo had moved into a flanking position before green moved. Green left the square and in leaving generates the AOO. AOO is taken from the move out not the square he moved into. Same way when someone stands, you get a +4 on your AOO as they are 'prone' as it is the standing that gives you the AOO.
Of course that assumes Bulgo was in a flanking position, I was pretty sure I'd got him into one, which was presumably why he decided to move out from there. Apologies if I got that wrong.
DM Feral |
I went through the revision history and I think I see it. You were trying to flank with Ottalia. Unfortunately that wasn't quite a flank. I added a screencap of what that looked like on the second page of the google slides. The AoO will hit but there's no sneak attack.
You're not flanking yellow either because Ottalia has a reach weapon. I'm going to assume you're readying and waiting for the flank.
The archers fire another volley.

Ramenhotep Flaxseed |
Finding himself now bleeding from a deep wound after being stabbed from behind, Ramenhotep steps to the side and grunts, "What's yer deal anyways? Bandits! Ha! Come on, what do we really have worth stealing? You're wasting your time."
5' step and standard defense at 0 hp.
Bulgo Bluefoot |
Well, Bulgo was initially thinking he would, but your assumption above was a good one, and I'd have been happy to take it if he didn't get arrowed, so it is probably fair to assume he had at least delayed until Ottilia. Bulgo knows he is an order of magnitude more effective with a flank. So I think in fairness he would go down with the arrows, and an attack not made. Sad.

Damn. My characters usually carry cure potions for just this situation but I've never played Ramenhotep before and it seems I forgot to pick some up for him.
Ramenhotep steps to the side and keeps his defensive stance. "Enough of this! Someone is going to die and for what? A potion? You fools! I'll give you a potion if that's all you want. My walking stick here would be worthless in your hands, don't you know?"

We cannot complete our mission if we are dead."
