Looks like it.
While traveling, Lady Jenise will make quite abit of conversation over nothing, mostly complaining about the dragons not leaving us a carriage, or horses at least. As we get close though. "I don't suppose anyone has a clue who might be living this far out, would any of you? It would be just dreadful to end up in a cooking pot for a bunch of cannibals and all. Perhaps one of our group could take a look, see what kind of savages we are dealing with? I could of course take a look myself I suppose. "
Flametouched
I'll burn one more charge on Ormak: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5.
Satisfied that the group is in sufficient health to travel safely (if somewhat dismayed by the depletion of its healing wand so swiftly, and still at the beginning of its journey), Flametouched shoulders its pack and readies itself to move. In answer to Lady Jenise's question, the warforged shrugs its adamantine-bound shoulders and replies, "I know nothing of this land, truth be told. I can see reason for caution when dealing with those who choose to live in a place called 'the Demon Wastes,' but we should not judge the shadows of their hearts until we have first shown a light upon them."
Nark Snarky
Walking in front with Lony, Nark was curious about environment and played around while traveling forward. Soon would be dark but that did not really bother him. He could see as well in darkness as in daylight.

I'll get to the results of the Perception checks in a bit, but in the meantime...
Ormak, it occurs to you that the Dragonhawk's mission entailed a lot more than a simple delivery of supplies to the Frostfell assignment. It also occurs to you that the only still-living traveler who might still know the truth about the Dragonhawk's mission, and the reason for your being stranded in this awful place, is... Lady Jenise.
Flametouched
Flametouched looks between Lady Jenise and her interlocutors with a slight frown on its face, but does not yet enter the conversation.
Flametouched is of two minds about this direction of inquiry, so I'm following but not speaking up yet.
Nark Snarky
Nark does not care as he happily bounces and jumps around. This new place was fascinating, the creatures... well, would they taste yammy? Ooh so many possibilites was there.
Lony moving at the front while Nark was skirmishing around and did not look at its master. Someday that strange master of his would surely change and grow...at least that happened with the pubs of wolves so why not with him too.
Interested at the stone nearby Lady Jenise, Nark picked it up and played with it but could not stop himself from hearing what the strange man said - he smelled strange, like mixing of something - and just blurted out the thing he had heard earlier
Nark zay that the dragonz com and took the another dragon wit tem. Something about Drago... Drago Prophe or zomething. Nark did not care zinc the big ship was burning. It was beautiful. Never has Nark seen zomething so big burn or fall from zky. Nark woul lik to raid a dragon

Believing that this conversation is yet another social situation that life in the monastery did not prepare him for, Lothar mostly stopped listening, because he already did not understand. He focused most of his attention on keeping watch and listening for any threats.

Morning, folks. Remember those Perception checks you made earlier?
The party is about two miles into it's trek, in mid-conversation, when everyone spots movement on a not-too-distant plateau. Settled on a rocky outcropping, about a hundred and fifty feet off, is a large dragon-like creature, rising up from behind a shallow ledge of stone: a winged reptile, with a distinctly oversized stinger at the tip of it's tail. Though the creature has no arms - only wings - it appears lithe and dextrous, and is quite obviously observing your party, tail swishing.
It's unclear whether or not the creature has any intention of attacking, but you can't help but wonder at the proximity this shanty-town seems to have with such terrible dangers. The existence of a populated settlement in these wastes seems increasingly unlikely.
I'll wait to get a description of any actions you'd like to take or dialogue you'd like to have in response to the creature's presence from everyone before proceeding.
Xzot aka Lady Jenise
"My word, that is a frightening looking creature! What do you suppose it could be? I'm not quite certain I've ever seen anything like it. I'm sure a zoo would be quite handsomely for it." Lady Jenise begins to scan the area. "It might be best if we can find someplace to travel to where it would have a tough time flying. A creature like that, quite possibly a preadator of some kind."
Looking for places we could run to that would provide cover against a flying assault.
Flametouched
Flametouched narrows its eyes at the thing. "Indeed not," the warforged replies to Lothar as it keeps walking. "I recommend against provocation, but we should prepare ourselves should it decide to attack us. I know little of dragons - can anyone say what it is?" Flametouched has not sheathed its sword, and certainly has no plans to do so now.

Lady Jenise, you find no real shelter amid the surrounding wastes. An active Perception check might turn something up, but this landscape is largely flat and barren.
Outcroppings of stone ten-to-fifteen feet high are common, and dot the landscape, but covered shelter appears nonexistant outside of the Labyrinth.
The creature merely eyes your party, watching your every move carefully. Would care to attempt a Knowledge check? Arcana and nature are most likely to turn up results.
Nark Snarky
The so, oh, young goblin was fascinated by this creature. Literally shaking from excitment Nark walks slowly towards the creature and releases small voices from his throat as his eyes wander on the creatures body but keeping a good clear distance from it if it might try something... world was indeed dangerous and Nark had already seen fair of it.
Lony watches nearby his master attempt clearly intriqued by his master new habit

Oh mighty Scaly one, this small green one adores your beauty. Mind you telling me what you are looking or searching for? May I ask if Green One green one=Nark can help you?
KN:Nature 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (11) + 9 = 20
Wild Empathy 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 2 = 16 [or Diplomacy? that brought to my mind to apply -4 to WE for talking with intelligent creatures so result would be 12]
Flametouched
"Small one!" Flametouched calls toward the goblin. "What are you doing? Did you not hear me? We should not provoke it!"
I think you can only use wild empathy on magical beasts, even with a penalty, and odds seem to favor this being a dragon. Diplomacy's more likely to work, actually...

@ Nark (and Everyone): If you're speaking to it, that's a Diplomacy check to improve it's attitude. I'll treat your roll as such, which amounts to a 10 (14 - 2). Assuming the creature was indifferent to begin with (probably the best you could hope for), the DC for such a check would be 15 + the creature's Cha modifier. A failure of 5 or more will worsen the creature's attitude by one step. I'll let everyone else chime in with actions and give you a chance to decide if you'd like to use an Action Point on your Diplomacy roll. An "unfriendly" dragon of any size or kind would be unpleasant, given your current state.
If anyone else speaks Draconic (or a language you expect this creature to understand), you might try using Aid Another to help Nark's attempt. The DC is 10.
Xzot aka Lady Jenise
If being immune to poison is helping, then I ain't helpin'.
While Nark attempts to 'make friends' with the possibly poisonous winged reptile, Lady Jenise attempts to subtly search the surrounding landscape, hoping to find a place where they would have an advantage if things turn hostile.
Looking for any outcropping, cave, or just an area where the creature would have a difficult time flying. Also can we tell if it's Large or not?
Not look like searching: 1d20 ⇒ 16 Wasn't sure if Stealth (add 7)or Bluff (add 10).
Perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (10) + 8 = 18

@ Xzot: It's a bluff, so that's a 26. And yes, the creature is Large.
@ Nark: You didn't roll your Action Point, I noticed, so I will.
Action Point: 1d6 ⇒ 4
So that's a total of 14.
@ Lothar: Your keen eyes confirm that cover is quite nonexistent.
The creature roars, but does not move to attack. Snarling fiercely, it spreads it's wings in an impressive display, but does not take flight.
It is clearly agitated, but has not yet made a move to attack. What will you do?

It's careful, now-suspicious gaze roaming from Nark's face to Flametouched and his naked sword, the stinging dragon simply glares, wings spread in a defensive display. After perhaps half a minute of nervous backpedaling, the party witnesses the large, draconic creature take flight, seeming to tail the group at a distance of a few hundred feet... lazily circling in the sky, observing and gliding along behind them at a considerable distance.
It does not roar (or speak), that you can tell.
One last bout of dialogue and behaviour from everyone, please, before I advance the scene.
