as the fire erupts a little girl with a teddy bear starts to play near the flame happily enjoying the fire ....ooops wrong character

Fulito despite the fact that his spell only took down one goblin still feels might proud of himself.

as the others head off to fight more goblins it suddenly dawns on Fulito,

Hey don't goblins hate horses? Flim! He rushes off to see to the safety of his pony.

Eldon nods, ceasing his casting as the Father comes over to heal them with his Divine blessings. Eldon bows his head a moment to thank the gods for their intercession, before the explosion nearby causes him to look up.

"Thank you, Father, I believe we shall. That explosion will likely attract more of the creatures. They seem to have a love of Fire."

Eldon then watches the halfling who had met him this morning run off towards the stables. "Then again, there are others who need help and protection. Cale, can you make sure the Ordered Warrior doesn't get himself killed, please?" Eldon suggests, pointing out Flint, seeing that Reda was taking care of practical matters.

In short order, Eldon is off after Fulito, jogging after the happy-go-lucky halfling while keeping a watchful eye for goblins.

Perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (9) + 8 = 17

oh goodness, the party split

Flint (Cale if he follows): while marching south, farther into town, you see a few goblins fighting with some of the town guard, the town guard are holding their own, with only minor wounds.

Reda: most of the goblins have moved from the festival grounds and into the town

Eldon & Fulito: you find that the tree your horse was tied to, is on fire but your pony is unharmed

reda will follow flint after she kills the goblin.


Male Catfolk Ninja 1 (HP: 7/7)

Seeing men in uniform with weapons fighting goblins, he decides to continue running to find less equipped people to help defend.
His armour clinks and bounces, casting flares every which way as he pounds down streets, leaning into his run, sword held out at his side, shield held close.

seeing the tree on fire Fulito quickly un-tethers Flim from the tree and guides him to safety.

he then scans around to survey the battle situation looking for the best spot that would result in the least injury.

not finding a big rock Fulito decides that a human paladin is about as dense as a big rock, he will do.

Fulito follows after the paladin.

The shrill catchy song is like ice slivers in your heart

Fulito covers his ears. at first hearing the goblin song. then decides he best remember it to write it down for future posterity.

Fulito follows along with Eldon keeping better pace with a fellow hobbit, even though he seems to deny being a hobbit, perhaps it is a local term that he has not been acquainted with. or perhaps he was living under a rock. and if he was living under a rock, was it a big rock. I know it wasn't "the" big rock.

Fulito shakes his head trying to focus on the crisis at hand.

when near the fighting fultio suddenly has a brilliant idea. If the goblins can sing songs than I can do the same. maybe play louder.

he pulls out his trusty magical harmonica and plays a merry melody raising the spirits of the fellow Sanpointians and town defenders.

round 1 inspire courage: +1 Morale bonus on some saving throws, attack and damage rolls.

Reda charges forward into the center of the group of goblins, dropping to one knee to skewer the green skinned fiend, then rising and realizing the attack cost her dearly, standing near two more goblins with torches and rusty blades, and a very loud shrieking poet... The goblins torch lands in a pool of goblin blood, hissing as it extinguishes

The whip wielding goblin makes a gesture at your ribs with a Very dead, blackened lizard...

Reda collapses to the ground, unable to focus, the enchantment causing her to laugh uncontrollably.

The two remaining goblins shriek in rage and fright, one thinking the Halfling druid an easier target the other falling upon Reda

Reda rolls onto her side, the surprised goblin manages to miss the easy target

Seeing Reda affected by some wicked magic, the grim-faced Halfling rushes to the aid of his enchanted ally if possible, though he knew that he might not be able to. He knew his arm was bleeding badly and would need to be tended shortly, but the hunt had to be finished first.

Swinging at closest goblin threatening Reda (if Eldon can move), or the one nearby, which.

Scythe attack: 1d20 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 3 + 1 = 11

The chanter sprints north and the other continues fighting..

But its handful of dirt misses the halfling and Eldon continues unblinded

who's turn is it? is it my turn? if it is my turn and the one I shot last time is still concious I shoot that one, otherwise whichever goblin is closest to me, if any are within 30ft of me I will then move away from them, if any are within 5 ft I take a 5 ft step instead

Eldon's quick reflexes ensure that the somewhat wild blow of his ally does not interfere with him, and he will attempt to step around to flank the last remaining goblin. Eldon winces as pain shoots through his wounded arm, he once again pulls the scythe to bear and swings at the goblin.

5ft step to flank if possible, otherwise will simply attack. +2 bonus from flank included in the attack roll (-2 on total if not able to flank)

the goblin had turned to face the tall human, inadvertedly allowing you to slip behind it... three inches of sharpened steel gives it a very unpleasant reminder as its lung is pierced, it goes down burbling something in goblin

the running goblin looks back towards you and unexpectedly Sherriff Balor Hemlock runs it through, "Quick, I'm needed near the south end of town and something is happening up at the north gate! Help me out and investigate it... I'll pay you if necissary... He starts toward the south after shouting at you, his armor jingling

"Not neccesary. Helping the innocent and fellow followers of Lady Desna is enough!"
He shouts to the sherriff, already running towards the gate with a quick glance at the sun to determine the general direction of North.
He seems to be a ball of Altruistic energy as he's bouncing from crisis to crisis as quick as he can, helping the good people of Sandpoint.
"I was a stranger and you took me in. I was hungry and you gave me food. I was tired and you gave me a place to rest. I was searching and you brought me here. Now it's time for me to repay you, people of Sandpoint! I will end this threat to you if it takes my final breath!"
The rhythmic cant of his voice overpowers the small chanting of the goblins. He takes long strides through the streets, lead by his faith in Her guidance and a general direction from the sun.

"Of course Sheriff Hemlock. You have my blade at your beck and call." Eldon replies crisply to the Sheriff in charge of the community's safety, and takes a step towards the north gate of the town, before wincing. Glancing about and not seeing the good Father coming to his aid, Eldon enacts his own divine blessings, calling forth Erastil's guidance and protection on this Hunt.

NOW casting CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

Eldon sighs slightly with relief after his wound closes up, taking a moment to silently offer a prayer to Erastil, thanking him for his blessings, and promising in return a successful Hunt. He then hurries after this allies towards the North Gate.

Fulito stops playing to allow the Sheriff to talk, would be rude to interupt official tyoe people.

Fulito then hurries along bringing Flim along for his own safety (or detriment, depending on who is asking)

this is really exciting, I never expected to be going on an adventure, or at least se the beginings of one

Fulito hurries to keep up with the larger folks I'm going on an adventure!

reda staggers up after her laughing problem, rather upset. She sighs, and takes off after the paladin.

The party rushes north, past the White Deer inn, and hears the screams of a man, and the yelp of a dog...

rounding the corner, you all see a goblin mounted on a giant ratlike creature, it is very thin and sickly looking, but with its slavering jaws buried in the throat of a hunting hound, it looks anything except helpless...

cowering behind the gates and an overturned cart are three goblins, obviously they had been hiding from something until very recently...

the mounted goblin has an exceptionally well made (For a goblin weapon) halberd, constructed of a butchery cleaver attached to a stout pole...

a well dressed man is cowering behind some barrels and crates that possibly spilled out of the cart... his cries for help are quite panicked

The armor and pack he carries is rather heavy. His movement is restricted and really was only as coordinated as anyone else. It doesn't stop him from sprinting in quick as he can.

As Eldon takes in the sight of the man cowering behind the barrel, he makes a snap judgment to discard any notion of surprise they might have over to the goblins and instead attempts to draw their attention away from him as a potential target and towards the armed group.

"Cowardly beasts! Old Deadeye will see you ended, you stupid curs!" he cries striking a pose in an attempt to make himself appear larger.

if he can this round Fulito plays a nice lullaby on his harmonica. thus causing the goblin and the rat thingy to make a DC 14 Will save or go to sleep

Your flourish drew too much attention, the horsechopper blocks your scythe, haft cracking against haft... then brings the weapon down, biting deep into your shoulder...
