Edwin makes a motion with his hands to go on "therefore...."

Gwendolyn McBride |

I'll eat it. Who's munching some with me?

![]() |

Edwin blinks in surprise and then looks up, and then looks down "yeaaah that would be.. Bad" before taking those cookies and running a short distance and eating them.

Gwendolyn McBride |

Gwen takes a piece of the stuff, looks up, steps away so she's clear of the table. That this will make me big again is a HUGE guess... The she takes a bite. I must be going crazy. If this were really happening I would be way more freaked out. I must be going crazy *munch*

Union Jack |

I am good with thinking that Edwin did something heroic . . . and cut off Tristan from trying to be act gallant with his sister. It fits with him suggesting I was a peeping tom earlier.
Union Jack looks a little surprised when Edwin grabs the jar even a little disappointed.

Gwendolyn McBride |

Gwen smiles as she picks up the key and looks down at her tiny friends. Remember the time when Edwin and I first arrived at school, before we were friends, and you guy played that prank on me in the cafeteria???

Edwin begins to audibly gather snot and saliva in his throat with a grin.

Ama Freewater |
Ama did her best to keep the disgust off of her face, not that she was certain that at their size, that much detail could be discerned. Her posture shifted slightly to significantly more defiant, her attention on Edwin with a grin that promised trouble if he went through with his threat and ruined her clothes. "Y'do tha' an' oi'll give y'worse when th'tables turn.", she challenged.

Gwendolyn McBride |

They are so small, they have to crane their necks to see me. Sure glad I'm wearing pantaloons...

![]() |

Edwin laughs and ceases the spit gathering saying "I'm just joking... It would be pretty funny though" once this was said and the key was grabbed, he moves some of the shrinking substance to down where they could reach it on the ground and consumes a very small portion of it himself

Gwendolyn McBride |

Gwen follows her brothers lead in mercy. She drinks a swig of tea more shocked that she is not shocked at the fact she is now small again. Then she hands to key to Charlotte. Don't suppose you would do the honors, luv? Then Gwen stands close to Edwin, where she always feels safest.

Luthian |

Hands in his pockets, Luthian waits. This was all very strange. So might as well wait and see what strange things happen next

Gwendolyn McBride |

If poor Charlotte freezes up and doesn't take the key Gwen rolls her eyes and opens the door. There better be something bloody worthwhile on the other side of this bloomin' door!

Charlotte Greystone |

Charlotte had been too shocked to act for what may have been only a few minutes but felt like hours. They had shrank together. And then, Gwendolyn had grown back to being gigantic. Her eyes remained widened. It isn't until Gwendolyn hands her the key that she snaps out of it. "Of- of course." She mutters. Taking the key, she moves to the door and places the key inside the lock, turning it to open, terrified of what might be behind it.

♣♠Magic♦♥ |

People eventually work out how to get the door open, unlock it while big, everyone gets small and goes through.
What the door opens to is a grand forest, large green trunks vault into the sky, and colorful tops dot most of the oddly green tree trunks. Or are these just what flowers look like from your height.
Despite everything being green and tropical, there is an odd silence, and the usual chatter of birds and insects seems to be missing. No living thing, save for plants if you're picky, seems to be within eye or ear shot.

Luthian |

"Best be on our guard, this is a strange place, who knows what can be waiting for us further" he warns his friends as they seem to be going deeper into the unknown

Gwendolyn McBride |

Filthy witchcraft at work here. Come on, let's explore abit.

![]() |

seems a tad odd that she goes on about witchcraft given how her brother is basically half witchedwin rolls his eyes at her antics but bounds after her, "keep your eyes out for nibbers!"

Ama Freewater |
Ama was strolling casually along with her hands in her pockets, inordinately pleased by her new clothing, and thinking about what they were going to see next. Were they inside the earth? Were they somewhere else? She was rather excited to see where they were, or if there was some sort of city nearby. Curiously, she raised an eyebrow at Gwendolyn, tilting her head. "What's 'witchcraft'?" She was really curious about to what Gwendolyn was referring to. Their shrinking, or something in specific?

![]() |

"I'm pretty surer he first one has nothing to do with the last two... Not sure what the second one is..."

Ama Freewater |
Ama had been looking at the "trees" that they had passed by, reaching out to touch them carefully, cautious, but quickly losing some of that caution as nothing had jumped out at them yet. Is this what ants saw? What would ants and insects look like to them? She really hoped that they would not have to fight any ants or grasshoppers.
"Masonry is witchcraft?" Ama had never thought of the people who worked on walls as having anything to do with witchcraft, but then again, maybe it was just because they were so overlooked, that they could manage witchcraft. "Just what are they doing with stones that is so magical?" She might never look at a stone the same way again.

Gwendolyn McBride |

Well my brother here and I have differing opinions on it. But basically it's calling on unnatural forces to do your bidding. Which is evil, right Edwin? Gwen smiles, knowing that will rile him up!

Luthian |

"Are we going to start this now? We are in a strange place. With who knows what. And you are bantering over something as trivial as what siblings each believe? We need to focus" he hisses a bit frustrated now with all that has been going on. If this was a dream he would have woken up ages ago

Union Jack |

Tristan removes his hat his eyes appear startled as he double takes the hat clearly enamored with how nice the hat is. This starts him examining the rest of his clothes. "Wow. Notice anything different." His mask is well made and the same shade of blue as the rest of the blues of his outfit. Unlike the dark wool skull cap that he normally wears as a mask.

Ama Freewater |
Playing along with Jack, Ama doffed her own bowler hat and acted like a nobleman. "I say, your attire is quite dashing, sir." Her attire, being the tweed of a scholar was certainly not as... "dashing", instead looking like she was set for a stroll down the street to the local library. She would have claimed to be a bit out-of-place, but they just had tea and scones in the middle of a forest.

♣♠Magic♦♥ |

As you walk for a while, discussing the state of your clothing and how things may or may not be witchcraft, the flowers slowly begin to seem smaller and smaller. Now they're either reeeeeaaaaaally small now, or the odd tea you had has worn off and you're now back to size.
As you grow or flowers shrink, the ground you trek through becomes rather more orderly, tilled and smoothed dirt makes up a neat path, leading to a garden gate, closing a waist height fence, more something to seperate wild and cultivated plants than to keep people out, with its small height, gaps between the slats, and pleasant off-white painted finish.
A wonderful garden spans the lawn between the fence and an adorable little cottage, complete with puffs of fluffy white smoke drifting out of the chimney in individual clouds.
By the way, now that flowers are no longer your trees, and trees are no longer your sky, you can see that you really don't have much of a sky. The land you are in is enclosed in a massive cavern closing in above you, a very long way in the air. However, it's currently all lit by a glowing mass in the center of the cavern, much like a sun, and similar in apparent size. But, it must be much smaller if current astronomy is correct about how big your sun is.

Gwendolyn McBride |

Do you think we are still in our world, just under ground? Or have we been transported to limbo, or purgatory, or some other strange plane? I always hear the priests warn us "purgatory will be sooo terrible!" but all we've found here is cakes and tea and cozy cottages...Shall we see who lives here?
dude, cool descriptions of the environ.. I love it.

Ama Freewater |
Ama showed her skepticism of the views of the others with a slight sniff and walked up to the fence to peer at the cottage with a look of bemusement. The cavern was something that she was looking up at occasionally, wondering just how far they had fallen. A bit of a humorous smile was tossed back at Jack, leaning lightly on the wood. "Not to mention that a burning lake would make walking pretty difficult."
A little bit of pressure would have the front gate swinging open, if it was not latched, and Ama gestured at Gwendolyn, as if being gracious. "After you.."

![]() |

"While I'm definitely glad to not be on fire, I'm pretty sure this isn't purgatory, the priest dudes described it differently"

Luthian |

sorry guys. Router was busted. Had to replace it... uhg

Luthian |

"Still. We best be careful. Just because we havent seen anything. Doesnt mean we are the only ones. But it sure does look majestic. Strange and beautiful at the same time" he says. His eyes taking in his surroundings
