The boy who just moments before had been giggling at their predicament begins to panic slightly as they drift ever further shouted out "Gwen! Gwen!" He just barely managed to grab his pet ferret before it too drifted away when the mirror rushes at him he turns to impact it with his back and clutches his furry friend in a fruitless attempt to shield it with his body
When he awoke to the animal nuzzling his face he groaned, but wasn't hurting nearly as much as he expected to.
He got up streetched and observed his surroundings and noticed he wasn't bleeding, and that perhaps even more surprising, was that he was wearing a new outfit, on top was a red long coat with some kind of strange black leather armor underneath.
The coat had crosses for clasps at the top and some kind large perlessent cufflinks "what the heck is going on!" He shouts at nothing.

Yes you all have the clothes and tattoo, but no armor, no equipment, no weapons, no magic related items including but not limited to: divine foci, spell books, material component pouches, bonded items, or familiars or other companions.

Unless Gwen is well trained in Xenobotany, these glowing plants are really just glowing plants to her. The fireflies, however, seem to be respecting her personal space, as a nice surprise.

Edwin will actually wake to find that his ferret will be missing as well. You're pretty sure he was with you when you smashed the mirror. Maybe he wandered off?

Any attempts to call upon anyone (be they a young person, saint, savior, or otherwise) is left unfulfilled, in the physical sense at least.

Anyone heading down a corridor will see the tunnel stretch into a pinhole of light far away. Walking it will take a while.

While they trek, they may notice that tiles begin to dot the stone floor, wood panels begin to overtake the hanging plants, and luminous flora and fauna go from such to insect themed chandeliers and sconces with some things still growing or buzzing around them to normal decor as the tiles become a full surfaced floor and the walls are now completely and nicely paneled. The previous arching cave tunnel is now an English hallway with proper right angles where ceiling meets wall and a clean look to it with gentle lighting.

You arrive through the hallway to a room with five hallways identical to yours leading in and a simple porcelain tea pot and tea cups with saucers for six sitting atop a simple glass table. A tag hangs from the steeping bag out of the pot printed with large, friendly letters reading "Share Me."

Anyone and everyone that completes their trip down the tunnel turned hall without having an existential crisis and subsequent mental self-paralyzation will meet in this room.

Boy Human Child Swashbuckler 1

Tristan steps from his tunnel happy to see others doing the same. The wonder of the situation stifles his desire to celebrate and speak about the experience. The tea pot seems to be the goal here and he makes his way to it and investigates. "It says to share . . . tea anyone." He half chuckles and reaches for the pot to pour everyone a cup.

LG Paladin 1; hp 16/16; Fort +4, Ref +0, Will +3; AC16 Map!

Gwen sees everyone emerge from the tunnels, and also the tea pot. No WAY am I drinking that. she says flatly.

haha! I know how much time goes in to GMing this kind of stuff and it's annoying to get only a 2 line response from a player, but 2 line response doesn't mean that player is not super intrigued!

He slowly enters the cavern, he hides his sigh of relief as the others enter too.
Tea sounded like a good idea.
"Ill have a cup. After that ordeal suger will do me good. 4 please" he waves as he goes to take a seat

He also hides his surprise at the appearance. He expected as much. His own has changed. Long white hair. His clothing. Even the new tattoo... wont their parents be angry. He chuckled at the thought

Jack looks up at the others, "You guys have marks on your face."

Jack's is a Lion rampant being a super patriot.

"This place is strange but . . . I mean if we were gonna die in this cave wouldn't it have been from the fall."

It was always the "waking up" part that Ama hated.

Sleep was good. Sleep meant an escape from the boring confinement of the school, the pressures of having to put up with a society of kids her age that had no idea about what the other side was like. They were taken care of far beyond what she had ever expected of anyone. The food was good, there was enough to go around, and it was warm here. She had been exposed to the weather, been in orphanages that cared little for the children in their care. She had thought the street would be better than what she had to endure, and for the most part, she was right. The hunger was something she never got used to, though.

Stretching, she tried to steal a few more minutes of sleep before she came to the realization that what was under her was not the cushion of her bed, neither was there the weight of covers over her. The memory of the fall hit her and she jolted upright, spurred by adrenaline and yet more panic. The grass that she lay on was soft, and everything seemed calm, but she was-- dressed?

Jacket, vest, and pants, all of which seemed to be like the suits she had seen on the businessman, down to the shirt and tie. Her shoes were polished and shining, and she even had cuff-links. A small bowler hat lay near her hand as if placed there, and she stood, picking up her hat and setting it on her head. It was too surreal to believe, and on that thought, she began to follow the cave until she saw the others.

Approaching with a smirk, she took in their new looks with a bit of disbelief. "What, no place for me?", she quipped, sauntering up to take a seat, with about as much manners as one might expect from a street urchin.

Charlotte finally enters the room, her curiosity having gotten the better of her along the way, as Jack is pointing out the marks on their faces. "Like in the mirror?" she asks, her hands going to her face. Looking at her arms as they move upwards, she notices that her clothing has changed to match the mirror as well. "Strange." she says quietly. She joins the others at the table, looking over their appearances and how they have changed, before her eyes turn to the teapot and note. "Someone has been expecting us."

LG Paladin 1; hp 16/16; Fort +4, Ref +0, Will +3; AC16 Map!

Gwen points at her tatoo. Someone? Expecting us? I was knocked out back there, woke up on some green green grass. Do you think they did this to me while I was asleep? She stops and gasps as she glances around at the tatoos on her friends. Blymie, they did it to you too?!

Union Jack looks around, "I that what ever is going on it feels . . . magical. I mean we fell impossibly far, through a mirror. Woke on soft grass in a glowing plant and firefly lit cave. I mean that's what I saw. What happened to you all?"

Union Jack drinks the tea.

Can I get one post for everyone, saying if you take tea or not? Also, no chairs. That's important.

LG Paladin 1; hp 16/16; Fort +4, Ref +0, Will +3; AC16 Map!

Well lets get this over with then! Gwen does not WANT to drink tea, but she also does not want to be the only one left alive here alone when the poison kills everyone that does. So she pinches her nose, winks at her friends, and downs a cup...

Perched on the table, Ama took a cup, but dropped two dollops of sugar into it before she took a sip. Grinning, she laughed aloud. It was a fatalistic sound, resigned as someone who knows they are way out of their league, but charging ahead seemed like the most fun. "You think it's poisoned?" The rest of the cup followed in a mighty gulp, and she gently set the cup back on the table. After all, it would not do to break anything, and whoever set this seemed like a kind host.

Boy Human Child Swashbuckler 1

Tristan speaks in the over the top manner that is usually reserved for when he is at the height of playing at his hero Union Jack, "I say we jabbed apparently magic keys into an old tree and fell half a league into the earth at least and still stand. A cup of tea seems the wrong hazard to begin to balk."

Just then another male voice can be heard calling out "Nibbersl Gwen! Nibbers! Is anybody there!" The source of the voice reveals itself to be a white haired young man with a fancy red coat with black clothing underneath a pointed shape glowing red on his left cheek "Oh! Hey Gwen! So glad to see you! And the others are here too! Have you seen Nibbers?" Upon closer inspection the boy is revealed to appear very similar to how Edwin looked before they landed here... Wherever "here" was

After he saw his own clothes, his long white hair. He had no doubt the rest of him looked like the reflection he saw in the mirror. His hand went up to his eye again

"If you saw yourself in a mirror, like i believe the rest of us did, you have to realise it is not just your clothes that changed? "

"Oh that thing I crashed into? I didn't get a good look at it, I hit it with my back, or at least I think I did..."

Not wanting to be rude, Charlotte graciously accepts one of the cups of tea, glad to have something warm and comforting, especially with what Gwendolyn said rattling around in her mind. She tries to keep the question in, but can't help but ask, "If we're not ourselves, then who are we?"

She stares into the cup of tea, worry all over her face, and takes a sip.

LG Paladin 1; hp 16/16; Fort +4, Ref +0, Will +3; AC16 Map!

Gwen swirls the last drops of tea in her cup and looks intently at the grains of leaves. The celts say one can see one's future in the bottom of a tea cup like this. Though, they also say you can see it in bones dropped the ground, or the entrails of sheep spread across a table.

Realizing she's babbled unintelligable Gwen looks up. But I guess that doesn't answer your question bout who we are, Charlotte.

Yeah! Moving on tomorrow:)

As everyone stands around the glass table you suddenly feel a sinking feeling in your gut like the floor had just dropped out from under you. But, you aren't falling again. At this point you're quite familiar with the falling feeling. But wait, you are falling. Or the table is flying. And getting bigger. Or you're getting smaller. Perhaps the entire world has decided to get much bigger around all of you.

Irregardless, the table is now the size of a building and you all stand around the circular base with a tower growing out of the middle, holding up the table you just took tea from.

You are all evenly spaced about the length of a football pitch away in your perspective from the tower of the table base. To the table you're about the size of little army men toys.

On the wall, there's a door about the size of a playing card, but right for your current size.

At the base of the table there's a pot sized jar. Making the trek to it will reveal the familiar phrase "Share Me."

Can I get some Perception checks? You can't take ten or twenty, unless you first do a certain something to aquire a reason to be searching the area.

Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23

Boy Human Child Swashbuckler 1

Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8

Union Jack lets out a string of surprised unintelligible sounds. Once beneath the table he looks about. "There is a door. We never would have looked down here . . . or fit I guess." He looks around awed and curious. "Another pot." He looks up and then at the door. "Call me crazy but we should take the pot with us. . . If it makes ah . . .shrink again we won't be able to get through the door. If it makes big we will be stuck where we were not able to fit through the door. . . If it kills us . . . who says we're not dead now."

The tea pot didn't seem to get any lighter when your poured it before, by the way.

Luthian held his head a bit. Spinning. It was an understatement. But here he was. Pint sizes boy in a very bizarre world. Even his own appearance was a strange sight. Well. Best make the best of this. As he continues to the now functional door
"You guys coming? I dont think we will grow back to the size we were by just waiting here? "
Looking at Jack
"And how will that work? I do not think the pot will grow or shrink with us? Maybe if we put it in some kind of bag... which we dont have. But just holding on to it? Im not so sure. What if we shrink and it doesnt? We get crushed?"

Devilry. Witchcraft. I knew it. Mother always said never drink tea sitting out in the open on glass tables in rooms at the bottom of shafts underneath willow trees. We should have listened.

Anyone who beats a 16 Perception will notice a key of the size to fit the very small door way up on the table underneath the mat the tea pot was on.

Of course Gwen tries to open it. Finding it locked she scowls. We'll be needing that key, lads. Less we can bust this door down? She gives it a swift kick, not expecting it to open at all.

Falling through mirrors, shrinking tea, tiny doors. What the heck is going on...and where the hell did that rabbit go??

Boy Human Child Swashbuckler 1

"So do we try this tea and see if makes us big grab the key, drink the tea up on the table and then go through the door or climb up and get the key?"

This is more of what we refer to as a cookie jar, but a large one.

I am lost. What cookie jar?

LG Paladin 1; hp 16/16; Fort +4, Ref +0, Will +3; AC16 Map!

When you shrank, you found a cookie jar at the base of the table. This cookie jar had a tag upon it which read "share me" in contrast to the tea pot up on the table, which had a tag that said "drink me". Haha, pbp is easy to get confused in...

It was a quick decision to hop off of the table when things started to get weird, and that was a good thing that she did, since she would have been stuck on that table without much of a way to get down without vetting very creative. Ama was looking up at the table still when the questions about the jar and tea were asked. "We are missing a key?" Clearly she had been distracted.

Some people talk about plans and keys and cookies, which if examined look like chocolate ship biscotti.

Gwen tries the door, which is in fact locked. Taking her anger out on it gets the door no less locked and her foot rather more sore.

Dressed as she was with the bowler hat and tweed suit (complete with vest), her sardonic eyebrow had that much more weight behind it when she looked over at Edwin with a touch of humor and mockery. "I'm not certain any of us have any, Edwin..."
