You find that the area has a nice cafe' nearby where you may take in morning brew and have a lean breakfast of fresh fruits. You are well familiar with the area having had a number of patients here while you still practiced.
The apartments are owned (or in some cases rented) by well to do members of merchants and nobles. Generally you are able to walk right up to a door and knock so it would appear that the guards in front of the door must have been taking extra precautions with the Querini Patriarch if indeed that is who was visiting Michele.
When you return the streets have begun to become crowded with people milling about on their way to whatever activities will fill their day. The landing to Michele Querini's apartment is devoid or guards armed or otherwise. You begin to head up the landing and knock on the door.

Flatfooted you leap over the couch throwing an amazing spinning roundhouse kick towards the man. He brings up his forearm to block the strike clearly underestimating how dangerous you are. A solid thud can be heard as your foot makes contact with his arm.

Confessional
I will continue to get ready for the day ahead. Have some breakfast and take a few moments afterwards to relax. Then I will get ready to leave for my cousin Gino's place. I want to understand what happened in regards to the fight. Even if I listen to my father I don't want to be caught off guard alone as retribution for what Gino did.

Michele, as you walk out of the front door of your apartment standing in front of the door with a hand up ready to knock is Dr. Cappelli. You are somewhat taken aback at his appearance as you have not seen him in nearly half a decade since he retired. Though he does not look to have aged much his face is a bit sunken and he is somewhat pale in complexion.
Lorenzo, the very man you are looking for has walked right into you!

Your kick seems to faze the man very little as whatever made the loud banging sound is likely a grieve and not a broken bone. The man expertyly takes a handful of steps back and draws a dagger.
"So that is the way you wish it to be then? Very well".
He moves towards you quickly but then stutter steps and instead opts to leap out the window! Crashing through the stained glass you lose sight of the man. At this height unless he lands awkwardly he should not take more than minor bruises. Gino is so stunned he does not react.
"No fares you say, well lets hope that today will make up for that. I wasnt able to make it in last night I trust everything went well. Tell me what went down last night."
Xing Shi jumps out the window after him not wanting him to get away.

Lorenzo is a bit surprised by the door opening before he could knock, but continues on with his business anyway. "Good morning, Signore Querini. I know that you are a busy man, so I will not take much of your time. I am here to request a meeting this evening with an associate of a colleague of mine. This man represents Lord Cappadocius. Would you happen to have time this evening to speak with him?"

"As I said Signore, no passengers. I went home early and felt quite well rested this morning. Happy was I to see the fog lifted. I will be launching soon to make up for last night. Will you be out on the waters today as well?"
"Dr. Capelli. Good morning, what a pleasure to see you." I will extend my hand to shake his.
"I have a prior appointment this evening but since you have been so helpful to me and my family in the past I will be happy to meet with him. It will probably not be until much later in the evening if that is ok? Do you know the reason for the meeting?"
Confessional
With that Andrew leaves the confessional.....
"Who's next?"

Lorenzo shakes Michele's hand, "Much later in the evening you say? I do not believe that will be too much of a problem. Do you have a particular time in mind?" he asks, trying to nail down the specifics of the proposed meeting.
"I am afraid I do not know the details of why the meeting was requested, just that I was asked to make the arrangements."

Your allies take their turns in the confessional. With their souls unburdened they decide to take an early morning trip to a local wine shop to drink away the guilt from the things they did not confess!

Unfortunately the chance to ambush him does not present itself. You have to work hard to simply follow him, this man is a skilled opponent!
After nearly twenty minutes of a cat and mouse game the man turns onto one of the walkways of a large canal and then quickly turns into a house closing the door behind himself. You are impressed at how quickly the man was able to twist and turn through the city without the need for a gondola.
Sergei Perception + Awareness leter in the day to realize something is amiss.
Xing Shi will slowly make her way up to the house and try to look inside to see what is going on without anyone seeing her.
Andrew believes it is a good day to finalize the land deal for Fedirico at the Bank.

The windows are covered there is no way to look inside you do though hear heated voices. If you want to find out what is going on you will have to head inside.

I think it does. I think that Andrew would take Fediricos interest in mind (get him away from the soon to be troubling scene), and to conclude the deal before any accusations are made regarding the spirit.

This is an apartment building so there are several doors to the place. It is likely that each is its own separate living unit though you cannot be sure until you do further investigation. That being said there are people walking to and fro in this neighborhood. There are cafes and other shops open in the area as well.
I will be sharing dinner with my father so perhaps at 11 to ensure I do not have to rush. Where would you like to meet?
Xing Shi looks around and is discouraged based on her surroundings and time of day is against her. She does not want to take on multiple enemies right now without a weapon and the unknown of what's inside also is not good so she leaves and heads back to Gino's place.
"Here would be fine, if that is amenable to you."

Dandolo family head - You head into the lunch crowd attempting to determine how you can get an audience with the Patriarch of the Dandolo House. It is not very easy to do at all it seems. The older Venetian families are very close knit and not fond of strangers among them especially non-Venetians unless of course they are allies.
Idendity of Female - The female is rumored to be a daughter of a lowborn merchant. The news is actually quite easy to come by as the events on the Grand Canal brought this relationship to the attention of the more affluent of the city. The merchant in question is a foreigner who opened a business in the city some years ago, the name of the business - Greetings.

You head over to Marco's apartment, walking in through the common halls you head up to the second floor where he lives. His home is in a moderately weel to do area in the city where many merchants live but as he is a cousin and not of direct lineage he does not have access to the funds that you have to purchase a place in a more affluent area. The thirty minute walk reminds you of how tired you truly are from the rigors of the past few days.
After you knock on the door he answers quickly and smiles as he recognizes you, "Cousin, back so soon?!"

"Yes back to soon for Gino I think. Can I come in?" after I get inside and have a seat etc. "Were you aware that Gino leased my apartment while I was away to a group of men? This caused me much trouble and I mean to have some answers from him."

Therefore you can look for suitable land but will need to wait to hear from Giovanni before getting the financing to purchase said land. Federico also has requested help in uprooting and relocating his current crop. Again though that will require having land to replant on.

"Fixes your window? It was already broken cousin, he mentioned that to me straight off. Anyway you can discuss that with him. Your father has berated me for dueling that damnable Dandolo! That family will ruin our fair city, someone must be made an example of why not him, he who carouses night after night as the city plunges into chaos!"
You smile inwardly as you realize that Marco could easily be describing himself though unlike Christopher he us unable to sit on the Council.
