It's actually not strength damage. It's a strength penalty. So if you were hoping to heal it, I don't think you can. Also, given that he had Bull's Strength cast on him earlier, it's probably not going to be outwardly obvious that he's weaker since he'll either be slightly stronger than normal or only slightly weaker than normal. Though if you make the spellcraft check, you'll know what spell got cast and the effects of it.
Marzela runs across the room to finish off the last cultist with a mighty blow. About to fire her bow at the downed man, Lily last minute pivots to fire at the naga. However, she pivots slightly too much and the arrow bounces harmlessly off the wall.

Carrakas |

Fort save, DC 14: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (6) + 10 = 16
Carrakas snarls in annoyance when the spell hits him, feeling the drain as the extra strength Finnrick gave him almost entirely fades away. "Spell-slinging coward" he grumbles, as he gathers up his energy again and sends another whip shot through the doorway.
Attack, PA: 1d20 + 13 - 2 ⇒ (2) + 13 - 2 = 13
His body seems to overcompensate from his strength changes, though, and the shot falls short, causing another grunt of annoyance, this time at himself.

DM Puppet Master |

The naga gives a hissing laugh. Though if that's in response to Carrakas' insult or simply the whip strike that bounced harmlessly off of its thick hide is unclear.
The naga is large/10x10, so it could get through the door. Relevant rules under the "Squeezing" section of Terrain and Obstacles

DM Puppet Master |

Finnrick the cat edges slightly closer to the wizard and headbutts her leg, trying to nudge her aim closer to the naga. Having Finnrick cast guidance on Lily. Since I don't know what he's summoning (or even if he is for sure summoning something) or if he wants to keep Millsy out of melee/also wait to see if the naga enters the room, that's about the best I can do for botting him.
Seeing Carrakas as still the most obvious threat in the room, the naga points at him. However, it's too focused on watching his whip and messes up a few of the gestures, causing the spell to fizzle out.
Cast defensively, DC 19: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (4) + 14 = 18
Party up

Carrakas |

Carrakas pauses for a moment, taking in the whole situation, and takes a different strategy - he takes a small step forward (5-foot-step) and closes the door (move action). He then prepares to close it again if needed (ready an action to close the door as soon as it opens).
To the others, he says "We should get into a better position to swamp him if he comes in"

Carrakas |

Carrakas shrugs. "Either we all get out of the line of sight of the door and wait for him to come into the room, or we get into a place where we can all hit him through the door. Or we just keep the door closed long enough that his cowardly nature kicks in and he slinks off to hide." This last part he intentionally says slightly louder than the rest, and is said with a grin.

Marzela |

I don't think it is even possible to all be in a position to hit him through the door, is it? Making him come to us sounds good to me though. ... On the other hand, isn't some cultist supposed to be doing something really bad that we are trying to stop? I don't remember how bad though, so not sure if we have to rush.

DM Puppet Master |

The ceiling of the room you're all currently in is 20ft up. The room with the naga has ceilings 20 feet above the level of the platforms. The naga is about 10 feet tall.
I don't think you have exact details on what the cultist are trying to do. You either know or can probably infer that the cultists want to claim the vast wealth of the city for their god. The only specifically mentioned item of treasure you've heard of is the Jewel of Everlasting Gold, but that was scribbled on the wall and not mentioned by any of the cultists. And you also have no idea what it does.

Jaed Zandorias |

"We'll have to fight that thing on our way out so just let it in and let's have some fun."
Jaed moves next to the door and prepares to attack if the Naga gets in the room this round.
Sword: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (9) + 11 = 20
damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11

Finnrick |

An air elemental appears 15 feet in the air above Carraks and the air begins to swirl the whirlwind picks up speed and moves over the Naga before touching down behind it.
AC 17 Does Not Provoke AOO in whirlwind form
Meanwhile Finnrick brushes Lily's leg and casts guidance again

Finnrick |

Yeah, that sounds about right... So the elemental chills harmlessly above Carrakas and thanks to the guidance that Finnrick casts, Lily is able to persuade him that the door is indeed closed.

Marzela |

Oh, okay... just stopping them from getting rich, not saving the world from a portal into a demon realm or something... that's a relief. So we only have to really be worried about being killed by molten gold, time-wise. :) ... Sorry. I know I should remember the plot. I appreciate the refresher. I must have gotten mixed up with that whole negative energy storm thing, and thought we were preventing it from being unleashed on the whole world or something.
Marzela continues to listen through the North door while waiting to see if the Naga will enter.

DM Puppet Master |

Yeah, everything you've seen about the cult thus far suggests evil members are evil on the scale of extortion, thuggery, and blackmail. The negative energy storm and general corruption of the island is from the Whispering Tyrant, who is much more of a "Destroy the world with my army of undead" level evil. The city you're in is basically his treasure stash.
Carrakas steps forward and closes the door. As the rest of the group chats, the door opens, only for Carrakas to immediately close it again. There's a brief pause and the naga opens the door once again, looking slightly confused.
Party is up again.

Jaed Zandorias |

Bored of waiting for the Naga to get into the room Jaed tries to hit it even if his positioning is not the best.
Right sword: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21
damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10
Left sword: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21

Carrakas |

Carrakas gathers energy and blade rushes to the other side of the Naga.
Attack, blade rush, flanking, PA: 1d20 + 13 + 2 + 2 - 2 ⇒ (15) + 13 + 2 + 2 - 2 = 30
Damage, PA, bludgeoning: 3d6 + 7 + 4 ⇒ (2, 5, 4) + 7 + 4 = 22
I moved the elemental to be in my old spot, per Finnrick's updated description, and blade rushed to the opposite side. I should be flanking it now I believe.

Jaed swings his swords, but both blows bounce harmlessly off of the creature's thick hide. Lily's arrow doesn't even manage to get that far, bouncing harmlessly off the wall in her attempt not to hit her allies.
Based on the AC given, I'm guessing it's a small sized elemental.
Millsy rushes around and attempts to bite the creature as the elemental attempts to slam in to it, but like their two bipedal companions, they make no headway. Frustrated, Finnrick head butts against Lily's leg again in an attempt to adjust it. Casting guidance on Lily again
Bite, Millsy: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21
Slam, elemental, flanking: 1d20 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 6 + 2 = 18
As Marzela waits towards the back of the room, Carrakas dashes to the other side of the creature, managing to break the group's bad luck and landing a strong blow. Blinking, the naga turns to where Carrakas has no positioned himself, smiling as it closes the door behind him.
Cast defensively, DC 19: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (9) + 14 = 23

Jaed Zandorias |

"This is getting ridiculous," the rogue says as he opens the door again.
"Hold on, big guy, the cavalry's here." He then tries to move to the other room while avoiding the Naga.

Carrakas jumps at the Naga's distraction as it aims, and tries to ram it with his shield.

The rays of fire scorch him, though not as bad as they might have otherwise (5 fire resistance leaves me just taking 10 damage total, I believe). The tiefling just smiles.
"Welcome back to the party" he says with a nod at Jaed's entrance. Then he gathers in his power and sends his whip toward the beast.

As Marzela continues to wait, Jaed opens the door and just barely manages to squeeze past the large creature to wind up on the other side. The sudden influx of color is just enough to distract Carrakas from both of his blows, as they beat harmlessly off of the naga's hide.
Still in the room, the rest of the group tries to hit the naga through the small doorway, but to no avail.

The naga for its part, once again closes the door.

Rolling damage together for Jaed since I don't think it matters for him and separately for Carrakas.

Much to the naga's displeasure, it seems this was even less effective against the tiefling than the first spell.
Party is up. Door is once again closed.

Finnrick |

Finnrick has no idea what is going on and just wants his air elemental to whilwind through the naga and begin attacking it from the other side, but the door keeps closing and the elemental hasn't gone out.

Jaed Zandorias |

"Would you stop playing with the door, please?"
The rogue takes a step South to make room in case someone else wants to join the party and then attacks.
Right Sword: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (6) + 9 = 15
damage: 1d5 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10
Left Sword: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (1) + 9 = 10

Carrakas |

Was the last spell he used fire damage? From description, it sounds like Magic Missile, but I don't believe any of my various damage resistances do a thing to MM damage, so it wouldn't matter if you rolled my damage together also. Assuming I take full damage from both bolts unless told otherwise...
Grunting in annoyance as the magical bolts slam home, Carrakas gets a determined look on his face. He gathers in his energy, and sends his whip in toward the sorcerer.

@Carrakas: Ahh, yes, you are correct that it was magic missile. I forgot that it was force damage, which would bypass DR.
The naga grunts as Carrakas lands yet another solid blow. It completely ignores Jaed's futile swinging. Meanwhile Lily shoots again at the snake creature, continuing to miss horribly. The air elemental turns in to a whirlwind and flies to the other side of the naga. Seeing an opening, Millsy moves in to a less awkward position and continues to attack the creature, finally managing to land a claw attack.

Jaed Zandorias |

Jaed seizes the opportunity when the air elemental moves to the opposite side of the Naga and attacks again.

damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
Sneak attack: 3d6 ⇒ (3, 2, 1) = 6 If this hits the Naga becomes bewildered: -2 penalty to AC. The target takes an additional -2 penalty to AC against all attacks made by the rogue.

damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
Sneak attack: 3d6 ⇒ (1, 6, 5) = 12

Carrakas |

Yay, I get to try out my new utility talent! Didn't know if this would actually get used or not.
Frowning as the Naga seems to shift, instead of immediately beginning another attack, Carrakas pauses for a few seconds, closing his eyes ever so briefly. The ground underneath him shakes ever so slightly.
Move action to activate Tremorsense wild talent. For just the next round, while using earth blasts, I get to ignore miss chances against creatures within my tremorsense range (30ft)
Smiling slightly, Carrakas forms his older trusty earthen blade and takes a swing at the Naga.

Luck does not seem to be with the group as everybody strikes out. Lily's shot once again goes wide. Jaed's first strike looks like it should hit, but bounces off of an invisible barrier (just to be clear, that's unrelated to miss chance). This confuses him for his second blow, which the naga easily dodges. Carrakas correctly discerns the snake-creature's position, but isn't able to get through its thick hide. Determinedly, Millsy steps up managing to sink her teeth in to the creature. With a smirk, she continues to claw at it but gets over cocky and misses twice.

Reflex save: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (11) + 10 = 21
Even the Naga is really close to Jaed, the rogue was already expecting something kind of attack when the creature started gesturing so he can easily dodge the lightning.
"You'll need better tricks than that," he says just before counterattacking.

Carrakas |

Carrakas again sends his mental energies down into the earth, trusting it to guide his strikes. (Move action to do tremorsense again)
He then forms his blade again and takes another swing.

Jaed continues to swing uselessly at the naga. The creature begins to cast again, but as the rest of the group waits with baited breath, Carrakas swings once again, his blow striking true. The naga's head is sliced off and the body slumps lifelessly to the ground.
End combat. There is one unopened door in the room with the 4 statues.

Marzela |

Seeing that Jaed looks a lot better than expected, Marzela waits until her allies are all in sight again, and uses her last channel of the day to heal everyone up, excluding the bad guys that they fought.
Channel: 3d6 ⇒ (3, 4, 2) = 9
Then she assists Lily in looting the bodies of their enemies before they move on.

Marzela |

Marzela chuckles and smiles.
That's kind of you to say. I am trying to be that, but I always worry that I am one step away from being a bad person. I was a pathological liar when I was a kid, and I sometimes think that my ring is all that is keeping me honest, even now. I think it is the whole being born Aasimar thing... people want to believe you, and they almost always will, even if you spout nonsense.

Finnrick |

"Good girl Millsy" Finnrick says now sitting crossed legged where moments ago was a cat. "Even without my direction you seemed formidable, shame about that air elemental, how drastically ineffective." Rising to his feet Finnrick stretches in a most feline way and makes his way over to the door.
Sorry about my posting rate and thanks DM for picking up the slack for me. Grad school has been overwhelming lately and something about the opening and closing of the door just went over my head

Jaed Zandorias |

"You don't look like a pathological liar, Marzela. Trust me, I've met a bunch of those."
While the others are busy looting the cultists Jaed checks the door for traps.
