I'd like to do some more 'getting-to-know-you' RP with other people... is that something that can be done by 'ret-con' or 'flex time' as I saw it called earlier in this campaign thread, or would it be better to do by PM to avoid disrupting the flow of the campaign?

In case anyone is interested I calculate that Segang has about 1800 gold worth of gear and money. Most of that is in his three MW weapons, and 18+1 arrows. He purchased his MW earthbreaker and has found the MW long spear and MW composite longbow (no strength bonus). We also found the 18+1 arrows. Not sure how that compares to everyone else.

That's about equivalent to Seren. Have about 750gp in cash currently, 400+ in scrolls, 50 in gear plus he had to purchase his first spellbook and all the spells in it.

I think we still need to research Golems a little more. Flesh golems or bone golems seem like the most likely type given that we're talking about body peddling. Perhaps another more focused knowledge check on the part of Melianthe or Seren? I mean, OOC I know that golems tend to have DR/Adamantine, but there's no IC reason to get adamantine weapon blanch without blatant metagaming.

Ill roll the Knowledge check for you but philosophically I'm gonna disagree with your assertion of blatant metagaming. As a DM, I'd never require a Knowledge roll for folks that assume lycanthropes are vulnerable to silver, skellies to blunt weapons, constructs to adamantine, etc. I'm jot talking strange one off creatures or a remembering a specific AC or knowing a target skill DC and using that to my advantage. Those latter fall into meta gaming, but the former can be considered common knowledge or legend lore.
Using the flip side, the question then comes up if we fail knowledge checks. Do we specifically not use adamantine weapons because we wouldn't know it? That doesn't pass my logic test.
The idea behind metagaming is using the game mechanics to make decisions. Action economy, saving throws, skill DCs, AC, fall survival etc.

I'd agree, based on *having* some ranks in Know (arcana) a PC would know some general construct weaknesses offhand... more specific info might depend on the rarity of the construct type in question.
And based on your skill check results, I think saying "I don't know exactly what Rolth was up to, but adamantine is effective against most golems..." makes sense.

OK then we can retcon the purchase of a unit of Adamantine weapon blanch? Or maybe two? Cherias would want maybe two adamantine bolts just in case, although he probably won't be firing much.

I think the AoO/no AoO issue is simplest to resolve by saying that the Otyugh was using the option in the Grab ability where you can simply hold the target, and still take Attacks of Opportunity, but get a penalty to checks to continue the grapple. That way we don't need to go back and redo any actions.

We don't need to back up anything. GM made a ruling on free actions.

No big deal getting hit, and I am fine if the DM wants to say free actions can be done outside of the player's/creature's turn. It opens up some options. Normally the only free action allowed outside of your turn is speaking a few words.
Other free actions that might happen include dropping prone or dropping an item.
