I feel like it should be an obligation for DMs to inform their players what's up so they aren't left hanging. I wouldn't want a DM doing that to me. It sucks just getting faded on.
I'll start up another campaign soon, don't you worry. I've already got the beginnings of the next plot cooking.
Good job closing this down when it needed it. It had a good run and I really enjoyed the war the DW rules work.

Thanks for ending this with integrity, Frogfoot. I had an absolute blast in our first "session." It seems like our characters had agency, which we've lost in this new setting, for reasons that you've enumerated. Keep me in mind when you start something else up. I'll play anybody but Aifric. :)
Nohwear, I'm not familiar with Inverse World.
Basically, Inverse World is magic and steampunk in a world of floating islands inside the planet.
I don't think I'm up for making an expenditure for a new setting at the moment. Do any of you know of openings in any non-proprietary Dungeon World games that you'd recommend?
I believe there is still room here. It is a classic dungeon crawl.
And I've already apped and frogfoot will join it soon.
I also have a Zelda one running... kind of. It's on pause since I had one person get too busy... and one person just stop posting. Plus one person who is doing a baby thing just now, and me not wanting to steal what few people are apping to gobbo-friend's campaign. :)

Also, @Frogfoot: I just realized I'm being stupid. Once we get a chance to rest, I'd planned to take teleport anyway, down the line... so we could do the whole 'Nightcrawler' thing. *shrugs* It's an option if you want to keep this. But I still feel we lost a lot of steam. :(
