Got a little surprise for you: thanks top a bit of friendly advice I've finally been able to procure the Chronicle Sheets for this Adventure Path. As soon as I have the time each one of you will receive the PFS chronicles for "In Hell's Bright Shadow". I don't know if you play or have PFS characters (well, in Valrani's case I know) but getting a free CS for a lvl 2-4 character cannot hurt.
We'll keep doing this as long as this game will continue.

@Rocco: Yes you can assign the Chronicle Sheets (there's 2 of them, 1 for book one and 1 that works in conjunction with the various CS you can collect, basically giving you bonuses for building your rebellion) to a lvl 2-4 existing character. You can also assign the CS to a lvl 1 character but you'll have to wait until it reaches lvl 2 to be considered a valid scenario for that character to have.
By the way... the adventure was worth 3xp, 4PP and more than 3.000gp, which makes it ideal to assign to a lvl 2 character.
I'm waiting for everyone else to give me the relevant information required. Remember you can just create a new PFS character and assign the CS to it after it reaches lvl 2.

@Lirotha: PFS is not really that different than normal pathfinder stuff besides having some limitations here and there (basically how you level up and the Additional resources). If you wish to create a character for PFS I'd gladly assign a CS to it and you'll be able to add the chronicle to his/her sheet as soon as it reaches level 2.

@Talon: you must wait until you reach lvl 2 but I will assign the chronicle sheet (CS) to that character so it will be his as soon as it will be legal for that PC to have the CS.

Once I finished the CS I found out I should have crossed away the Bloodsoriette's entry and the Nox entry (as you killed Bloodsoriette while Nox ran away and remained alive during our game). Please do it yourselves on your CS, you can do it since it's not a GM signed part of the CS.

Woot! I'm so excited to be here! Thank-you for picking Elurius, DM, and thanks for the welcome Oren!
She's going to be fun, though expressing her constant singing in a written format is going to be an interesting challenge! I might be rushing things a bit, but how should she jump into the Gameplay thread? Do you have a specific plan or should she just pop in randomly?
Next for everyone else, are there any specific (divine) buffs that you would like having cast on you? I'm hoping Elurius will prove handy with a scroll, but she also has a favored class bonus that allows her to vastly expand her spell list. Also, she picked up a wand of magic weapon, but she could trade it our for a wand of cure light wounds if everyone thinks that'd be better.
Emulate an Ability Score: To cast a spell from a scroll, you need a high score in the appropriate ability (Intelligence for wizard spells, Wisdom for divine spells, or Charisma for sorcerer or bard spells). Your effective ability score (appropriate to the class you’re emulating when you try to cast the spell from the scroll) is your Use Magic Device check result minus 15. If you already have a high enough score in the appropriate ability, you don’t need to make this check.
However, it would be easy to rule that she could use Charisma instead, as she's a divine caster with a charisma base. The only problem would be if she could use a cleric-made scroll or if she'd have to buy scrolls specifically made by oracles. The prices are minimally different (50 at lever 2, 75 at level, 100 at level 4, etc.) and the oracle scrolls would always be at a higher caster level so it doesn't make much difference except for right now as she's loaded up on cleric scrolls.
Generally oracles use CHA rather than WIS. For PFS they have clarified this in an FAQ - even for things like spiritual weapon.

Divine Favor in particular is very annoyingly personal and sadly not one of the schools that the spell Imbue with Spell Ability would work on (though Elurius is taking that asap! I didn't realize that this even existed!)
If you wanted, though, a cracked vibrant purple prism ioun stone could allow Oren to get it on herself.

Kurglunn, who is Rocco's phantom, is a pure melee beat-stick, so anything to boost his to-hit or damage would be beneficial for him. Probably things like Enlarge Person or Bull's Strength would be most useful. Rocco will pretty consistently be using his spells or scrolls to put Magic Fang on Kurglunn for a bit of a boost, but the strength boost could be very helpful as well.
Kurglunn could also benefit from more defensive boosts like Shield of Faith.
Rocco should be alright most of the time without too much extra attention. He'll mostly be using his own spells to buff Kurglunn or hinder enemies.
Anything that pumps up AC and Save bonuses for everyone would be great. We sort-of have a dearth of magical armor-like stuff or other AC buffs. We've been getting Valrani to make us Amulet's of Natural armor so far, but soon I fear that won't help much. Protection from Evil and the version you can spread around would be great too. Since we are dealing with devils...protections from fire will definitely come in handy.
Also...we are about to delve into a cult/city dungeon area we suspect has a lot of poison based effect/attacks. So protections/defenses against poison would be great too.

Ok people. First things first: I'd like to welcome Elurius on board, I'm sure he'll be a fantastic addition to our group.
As we all know, the game has slowed down considerably in the last couple of weeks and we need to bring it back on track.
At this point you need to (1) start a rebellion management round. For that you need to assign Elurius a role and then someone has to make the rolls. I'd like this someone not to be Lirotha (unless she wants to, of course).
(2) Tell me what you want to buy. (3) Start the Lucky Bones exploration mission.
As always I'm here for you. Just tell me what you need and we'll try to find an accomodation for that.
What did Valrani craft during the down time? I guess that would let us know what we need.
If Lirotha wants to handle the rolls, I am good with that. Her player is much better at those rules than the rest of us, I think! But I’m happy to help with that as well.

Ah, one thing I forgot to mention. I did GM this for a group of people over a year ago, but everyone's schedules got so hectic that the group fell apart before we even finished book one. So I know some of the basics of what's happened before, but I never even downloaded the PDF for book 2 so I don't know what's happening right now outside of what I gleaned from the two pages of the gameplay thread I've read.

Short summary of past events: The Silver Ravens foiled several low profile Thrune-loyalist led operations and formed a rebel movement meant to dethrone the town's mayor. Recently they raided a secret base of the now defunct order of Sacred Order of Archivists, finding it under enemy control. They managed to defeat the asmodean monks and the Thrune lackeys holding the place while recovering a few invaluable tomes the asmodeans intended to redact. Unfortunately the chief of the Thrune servants, a woman named Nox, avoided capture and escaped into the night.
More recently the Silver Ravens made contact with the Lictor Octavio Sabinus, whose Order of the Torrent Barzillai Thrune disbanded and replaced with the order of the Rack, loyal to him. They won his loyalty by saving his surviving men and also helped a chelish naval captain called Cassius Sargaeta save his friend and lover Marquel Aulorian from imprisonment inside his family's villa.
Now the Silver Ravens have discovered a place called "Lucky Bones", the former secret base of the thieves guild known as the Grey Spiders. They want to explore the place because they suspect it to be linked with the disappearances of a couple of twins they are trying to save.
BEFORE that can happen this game's DM would love for some of his players to set the rebellion in motion for the current week. The mechanics are the same as they always were btw...

Basically: My wife is suddenly pushing for divorce and I'm caught between work (crazy hours) and keeping up with my 4 year old while my wife goes out dating other guy(s) during the week while she stays with a co-worker until she can find her own apartment or something.

Rebellion check: I need to know if the 12 new recruits you got from your previous rolls were included in the current amount of 49 people. If so you need 5 people more to increase the rebellion's rank to 7, if not you might be at tier 7 already.
Btw I do not remember if you were awarded the 750 gp gift each one of you should get for reaching rebellion tier 6. Can anyone help refreshing my memory on this particular issue?
I can answer part one of that. Yes they are. The group was at 41 people when the week started. Also the money has been updated.
We talked about it, but the 750 gold was never actually given as far as I know.
I am waiting to see exactly what Valrani crafted as far as magic items. Other than that, I’m basically ready.

Also Oren has a +1 amulet of natural armor that someone can have. With her AoMF, she doesn’t need the other nay more. Whoever wants the NA amulet can have it.
Could we put that amulet of natural armor on Kurglunn? He'll be a frontliner right alongside Oren, so pumping up his AC could be helpful.
Also, does anyone want Rocco to put a +1 on your weapon or armor? I poked around a bit and noticed Elurius is decked out with masterwork gear, and I know she's not the only one.
Since Rocco is staying toward the back, I'm not prioritizing him getting magical gear, especially not weapons, so just let me know if someone wants the enhancement.
