DM Carbide |

There is a tight clump of people at the bottom of the hole, with Jacyn, Bea, Adam, and Branko in the tunnel going east.
Jacyn Linguistics check (untrained): 1d20 ⇒ 19

DM Carbide |

Centipedes: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19
Quoggy: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 1 = 16
Bandits: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8
Jacyn: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
Bea: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10
Adam: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19
Retsiji: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 = 17
Simn: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 1 = 15
Havrin: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22
Initiative order:
Havrin
Centipedes/Adam
Retsiji
Mite
Simn
Bea
Jacyn
Branko/Terrill

DM Carbide |

Round 1:
Since Havrin can't do anything to affect the immediate melee, I'll skip his action for now. Jacyn, the centipedes will reach you before you're able to act. Three are able to attack you:
C3 attack roll: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11
C4 attack roll: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 = 17
All three miss, though the last one would have gotten Jacyn if not for a timely shield block.
Retsiji likewise can't do anything to affect the melee, but he casts resistance on Havrin. At its action the mite runs out of the back of the room, calling loudly (and sounding a bit like a panicked Beaker). Simn, Bea, Jacyn, and the ex-bandits are up.

DM Carbide |

No problem re delays; I had some time Friday and yesterday morning, but the rest of this weekend has been packed.
Bea, you and Adam have no targets at the moment. Here's the MAP; although you can't really see most of it you have some idea from the way Jacyn is acting where things are in front of him.
Branko and Terrill will hold actions.

Jacyn Frestarn |

Sorry, long weekend. What is the * behind us on the map? C's are big centipedes?
Jacyn swings his longsword out at the creature in front of him, and calls back to his allies, "Back up!
Attack 1d20 + 4 - 2 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 4 - 2 + 1 = 21
Damage 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
Delay my movement action to take a 5ft step backwards after the rest of the party gives me room to do so, so I can draw them into the tunnel.

Bea |

Revised actions since can't attack
Pushing past Jacyn, Bea throws her weight against the middle centipede, trying to force an opening to allow the rest of the party through.
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23 - Bull Rush against C3(will provoke AOO). Against CMD 11, should push it back 15 feet, making an opening that the party can all use since they've all used their AOO on me ;). I just hope I don't die.

Jacyn Frestarn |

If Bea is able to bullrush the one 15ft in, Id like to use my delayed movement for moving into the room after Bea, moving in directly behind her.
If she didnt succeeed at the bullrush, then stick to my original post, please. I was gonna try to bottleneck them, but if we can all push into the room, thatll work too, lol.

Havrin Stahl |

"What's going on up there?" Havrin asks aloud.
Since the way forward is blocked, Havrin holds his action until those in the passageway before him move forward. Meanwhile, Havrin keeps an eye out on the passagesway behind him in case any tricky mites attempt to sneack up behind the group.
Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (20) + 7 = 27

DM Carbide |

I need to resolve Jacyn's attack (spoiler: you drop one of them), but Monday I had a bunch of people over, I was out of town all day yesterday, and today I had very little free time at work and a three-hour music practice in the evening. I haven't forgotten you folks!

DM Carbide |

Round 1:
Jacyn is lining up his shot when Bea pushes past him and punts C3 further into the chamber, where it lands with a splash in one of the shallow trenches. I am presuming that Bea elects to follow it in to the end of your movement, so all five will get AoOs on her.
C2 attack roll: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
C3 attack roll: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11
C4 attack roll: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10
C5 attack roll: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
Branko attack roll: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
And every one of them misses.
Jacyn moves up to just behind Bea and swings at C1, dropping it exactly.
Adam moves up behind Jacyn, and can attack either C2, C4, or C5.
Branko moves up behind Adam and attacks C2 with his shortsword, missing cleanly. "Hold still, idiot creature!"
Terrill moves up behind Branko, but can't reach any of the centipedes.
ETA: Revised map, pending Adam's attack.

DM Carbide |

Don't forget the +1 from Simn's bless spell. Not that it would help Adam or Branko.
Round 2:
Havrin is keeping an eye out behind.
Adam and the centipedes go simultaneously. C2 and C4 attack him, C3 attacks Bea, and C5 attacks Jacyn.
C2 crit confirm roll: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18
C3 attack roll: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11
C4 attack roll: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 9
C5 attack roll: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10
Damage on Adam: 2d6 - 2 ⇒ (1, 6) - 2 = 5
Adam, C2 bites you solidly. Take 5 points and make a Fort save vs. DC 13.
The other three centipedes miss.

DM Carbide |

Adam, the pain from the bite abates far more quickly than it should, as you feel a disquieting numbness spread through your body. Take 1 point of DEX damage. Also, don't forget your attack happens before the poison takes effect.

Bea |

Round 2 action
"Hold on, Adam - we'll help!"
Bea moves ten feet north to move into position to flank the centipede (provoking AOO - I'm pushing my luck), thrusting her sword in in the tight quarters.
1d20 + 5 - 2 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 5 - 2 + 2 + 1 = 25 Attack vs C5
1d20 + 5 - 2 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 5 - 2 + 2 + 1 = 17 Confirm crit
2d6 + 4 ⇒ (2, 2) + 4 = 8 Damage
2d6 + 4 ⇒ (5, 6) + 4 = 15 Crit Dmg

DM Carbide |

Round 2:
At its action the mite continues to flee. C3 and C5 get attacks of opportunity against Bea.
C5 attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19
C3 damage: 1d6 - 1 ⇒ (4) - 1 = 3
C5 damage: 1d6 - 1 ⇒ (2) - 1 = 1
Branko attack on C2: 1d20 + 2 - 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 - 2 = 5
Bea, both of them manage to hit you. Take 4 points total and make a Fort save vs. DC 15. C5 does not have a chance to enjoy its brief moment of victory, though, as Bea neatly slices it in half lengthwise. Jacyn and Branko both miss.
End of Round 2, barring actions I've missed.

Bea |

Bea grits her teeth and steels herself against the pain.
1d20 + 3 ⇒ (13) + 3 = 16 Fortitude save
Round 3 action:
Bea steps forward, using her momentum to slice at another centipede. 5' step west
1d20 + 5 - 2 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 5 - 2 + 2 + 1 = 18 Attack C4
2d6 + 4 ⇒ (2, 1) + 4 = 7 Damage

Havrin Stahl |

Round Three:
"I hear more mites behind us," Havrin announces to his companions in a loud whisper. "Doesn't sound like they're coming to investigate, though."
Still unable to join his companions in their battle, Havrin holds his position and keeps watch to ensure that the party is not surprised by any mites that may come to investigate the sounds of battle. (Ready action to attack any mites or other enemy creatures that may approach from the west.)

DM Carbide |

Round 3:
Assembly time: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
C2 attack on Adam: 1d20 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 2 + 2 = 18
C4 attack on Adam: 1d20 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 + 2 = 23
Damage from C4 on Adam: 1d6 - 1 ⇒ (6) - 1 = 5
C3 attack on Jacyn: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14
Branko attack on C2: 1d20 + 2 - 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 - 2 = 4
Adam goes to total defense just as C2 and C4 attack him, getting flanking bonuses. C3 scuttles up and attacks Jacyn. Adam skillfully blocks C2, but C4 gets a solid bite on him. Take 5 points of damage and make a DC 15 Fort save or take another point of DEX damage. C3 scrabbles at Jacyn but fails to penetrate his armor.
Jacyn, you don't need to close with C3 to attack it, and you easily dispatch it with a quick slash. Bea does likewise with C4. Branko, however, misses C2 cleanly.
ETA: UPDATED MAP

Jacyn Frestarn |

I didnt realize it was going to go before me, and I was trying to give other people room to move into the room. This works just as well, I guess.
With the last of the centipedes falling to Bea's blade, Jacyn moves further into the room, taking cover behind the wall that nearly splits the room in two, and peers around it, searching for the ugly little thing that ran away.
Move action to move 1 square down, and 2 right. Delay Standard action.

DM Carbide |

Adam, you only have to make one Fort save; DC increases by 2 for every dose of poison you take. I'd link to the SRD, but it's blocked at work.
Round 4:
C2 attack on Branko: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
DC 11 Knowledge (Nature) check for Havrin: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20
With Adam down, C2 attacks Branko and misses completely. Bea deals with it summarily, and everyone else moves into the room. Jacyn, in the light from Retsiji's staff you can see a tunnel opening curving down and to the southeast from the east end of the chamber.
There are a few things of interest in the room. It appears that the mite was sitting on a small stool until it heard you approach. There is a large bowl on the floor next to where it was, filled with a paste that smells unpleasantly of rotted meat. The mounds you saw from the entrance are rotted vegetation and excrement, and five are studded with small spherical objects. The sixth has a single, much larger sphere on it.

Oh, okay. For some reason I put the poison had a frequency of 1/round. I guess thats only for really powerful poisons.

DM Carbide |

Oops, I misspoke. You still make one poison save per round, but you don't make individual saves per round per bite--the save DC of the one save you make increases by 2 per bite.

DM Carbide |

Round 5:
Simn, I'll assume that you cured Adam on Round 4--you had the movement to get to him and still cast the spell.
Adam, make another Fort save vs. DC 15 or take 2 more points of DEX damage.
Nothing else is apparently happening at the moment. What do you do?

DM Carbide |

Round 6:
Perception check vs. DC 20: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (20) + 7 = 27
Everyone can hear high-pitched shouting coming from the tunnel to the southeast. It's hard to tell how far away it is, but apart from the initial burst it doesn't seem to be getting any louder at the moment.
Adam, make another Fort save vs. DC 15 or take 2 more points of DEX damage.
