Update: finished three out of four papers. Semester nearly done. New case received, but not a "whodunit" and thus relatively light workload. Should have something up for y'all tomorrow.
Just to say I'm still here and following along, just not really got much to react to at the moment. I'd post something about life continuing aboard the ship, but things seem to be at a pinch point time line wise. Let me know if you have any suggestions DM Barcas otherwise I'll just read along for the moment.
Hey guys. A heads up from me here.
I'll be moving this summer, end of July most probably, so my internet might get hectic during that time but bigger news; I just got accepted into Reykjavik University where I'll be studying for a BSc in Computer Science for the next three years, starting august 19th. I don't know how that will impact my schedule or my ability to play play-by-post, time will have to tell.

I got a surprise subpoena yesterday to testify in court this morning. Sorry for not posting yesterday.

Life update: I finished my semester's classes. My wife is finishing her tests to become a dental hygienist, and graduates tomorrow. I will try to get some posts up soon, but the graduation stuff is in the way of that.

Ok. Major frustration here. Charter lost our connection completely last night. Now they tell us it is 'back up'. Back up apparently means it times out 3 out of every four tries. Suffice to say I'm not sure I'll be able to do much posting today.

Good evening all! I am back from my spring skiing trip and I will work up a post tomorrow during or after work. The question now is how to handle the rest of the combat. Would John retreat after watching Iakob and the captain fall? At least enough so that he could try to ambush a few more marines as they try to slip into the hold? Hrm...
Oh and Vrunyar, what healing are you referring to in your post? You can't do infusions yet and treat deadly wounds takes one hour.
Technically, John is at negative hit points. The badass killing spree is all that is keeping ol' One-leg up.
@ John, I didn't think about treating deadly wounds, which I forgot took an hour. I meant using the Heal skill for First Aid to stabilize you since you're close to death.
Your latest post was really good, and passing out from blood loss would be good characterization.
