My preliminary spell list for level 2 alone had 29 spells in it - MUAH!! I think I will have to end up buying scrolls anyway :/
"Sting" doesn't talk, he likes to keep for himself - Edeldhur has him because of the whole "he could not help it, it was...Ok, scrolls cost half if you made them, full of you bought them.
Ok, so any spell to be added to my spellbook besides those 4+Int+24, I should assume full price for the correspondent scroll, correct?

So String is a silent partner in your society... OK.I am still not 100% sure on my familiar to be honest - I am also very interested in the thrush, exactly because he talks - on the other hand he lacks the more somber feeling I would like in a familiar.
As a final consideration, the truth of it is that the bond to an item instead would allow me even more versatility, so nothing is settled yet - when I get to that part of my background I'll see about it.

Danath Medvyed
An excellent character for Kingmaker... I am imagining your followers as an elite military force, kind like Achilles and the Mirmidons.
Remember: the Cohort is a secondary character for you to use in a second adventure, at the same time as your primary one. You will be playing both adventures. If your cohort is a mount then that doesn't works. What happened to the Dinosaur-Riding Druid? I was started to imagine Plot hooks for it...

Ok, Dylos characters revision:
Venetia Medvyed
You are missing, in the character sheet, her 3 Hero Points
Where her stipend comes from? Parents, properties, bussiness?
You calculated the equipment with "normal" prices, you can use craft prices.
Followers information missing... I would recommend one of them is Tarina's nanny, since she was born.
Extra Magic Item: Instead of the Muleback cords you got a couple golden bracelets, each with a special symbol (your choice). Besides having the effect o the Muleback Cords you are able to feel the direction Tarina is, and how is she (emphatically speaking - cold? hungry? mad? hurt?). You can send a message (like the sending spell) every 24 hours.
Story feat notes: You will need to loose Tarina.
Tarina Medvyed
Intelligence 8? I don't like it... I would STRONGLY recommend you raise it to 10...
What is her Kingmaker trait?
Speak with animals should only be for only 2 kinds
Same issue with her equipment
What animal ally?
From where the Sailor profession?
Why 60 HP?
What was her story feat?
Extra Magic Item: The other bracelet. It detects Venetia. The "message" is 1/day between the two bracelets, if one of you use it the other can't send a message before 24 hours have elapsed.
All recommendations, all subject to revision with you. If something you don't like, please tell me and we will work it out.
Who is next?
Venetia Medvyed
I'll recalculate gold, tomorrow, added the Hero Points. Stipend, let me think on it. Follower information I will see about getting to tomorrow.
The magic item sounds interesting, can it count as a holy symbol, because it seems to make the holy symbol rings less useful.
Tarina has a regional trait instead of a kingmaker trait right now, this is her river kingdoms regional trait, which gives a bonus to sailor. The trait is mainly for survival in her case. I fixed the speak with animals. Her animal ally is a wolf, I need to stat it.
60 hp, what's the problem, her HD is 6d8 (48) with 12 con (+12 hp) her favored class bonuses are in skill points so that should be correct.
Her story feat, I never got it on the sheet, but it was discussed earlier.
This was her story feat:
Arshea's Herald (Story)
Early in your life, you were visited by Arshea in your dreams and she told you that she had great things in mind for your future. Now, you have dedicated your life to helping Arshea ascend to godhood much like Sarenrae did.
Prerequisite(s): Must be Tarina.
Benefit(s): So long as you maintain your Celestial Obedience, your form suggests the best traits of both the masculine and the feminine. Your lithe body is physically ideal with a flawless combination of lean muscles and soft curves. While your body is still far from that of Arshea herself, you consider any non-asexual intelligent creature as one who could be sexually attracted to you.
Goal: Help Arshea ascend to godhood. In the process of completing this task, you must decisively defeat a challenging foe that seeks to deny Arshea godhood.
Completion Benefit(s): ?
So basically her obedience bonus "Gain a +4 sacred bonus on Charisma checks and Charisma-based skill checks when interacting with an intelligent creature who could be sexually attracted to you." applies to any non-asexual intelligent creature.
The secrets sound good, I will work on possibly expanding on Tarina's, of course even with that she still is a polygamist :).

The secrets sound good, I will work on...
About the bracelets being holy symbols... Nah, they are family stuff, not religious stuff. Give the bracelets a cool name, BTW.
The Regional trait is OK. But it says Profession Sailor OR Survival... You are taking sailor? The story feat, sorry, I had forgot. Please, put all of that in the character sheet and/or alias for easy reference.
Flesh out the wolf. Some people don't like animal companions because they are weak at this levels, easy to die and hard to keep around.
But I like them. So...
My issue (and the reason I asked about the HP). I want the players to play 2 adventures at the same time, one with the main characters and one with the cohorts. But Tarina, being level 6, throws me off balance. I keep thinking she is level 5, as the rest. I want her to be level 5, like the rest. But fair is fair, so...
What about trading that last Tarina level for a better wolf? Something more useful and resilient?
Glad you liked your secrets. I concur in what you say about Tarina, in her case is more caring than lusting. I need to find a good object of her affection, one filled with Plot hooks.
Tarina
so it does the intention was to pick survival so i dropped the sailor bonus.
As to the stronger wolf, how much stronger are we talking because the difference befween level 5 and 6 is a spell level for oracles. Are we talking about a template such as celestial, advanced, or giant, or are we talking increased druid level? If I had wanted increased driid level I would have taken the revelation rather then two feats, except that I intend to multiclass Tarina, so the current plan for her is to take Boon Companion at 7th level.

I got it! I wanted those Oracle Curses to be there... and I know how:
- Tongues: You can't coordinate in combat, while in combat you only speak celestial
- Clouded Vision: I love this! Besides the normal hindrance, you have an extra one. You see ALL creatures as sexually attractive. You don't see ANYONE as ugly or repellent.
What do you think?
Tarina
You mean the 8 intelligence? I'll see, I'd have to adjust her other stats to compensate...actually what the hell, her PB seems off...
Str 12, Dex 13, Con 14, Int 8, Wis 12, Cha 18 seems to be a 17 point build if both the racial adjustment and the +1 stat at level 4 are in charisma.
So I can change it to:
Str 12, Dex 13, Con 14, Int 11, Wis 12, Cha 18 and it's a 20 point build.
I'm thinking I forgot the +1 stat from level 4 on her because
Str 12, Dex 13, Con 14, Int 8, Wis 12, Cha 16 is a 20 point build.
Consider her stats changed to Str 12, Dex 13, Con 14, Int 11, Wis 12, Cha 18.
The additional hindrance of clouded vision sounds interesting, especially considering that everyone would find Tarina sexually attractive too, I like it, perma-beer goggles.
The celestial dire wolf looks nice, but that's 3.5, would we use the same stats for pathfinder? And what effective druid level would that be at, because 6 HD would normally be a 6th level effective druid level, based off the Feat, Tarina should have an effective druid level of character level -3 so 3rd at level 6 or 2nd at level 5.
Tarina
Here is the pathfinder dire wolf, the celestial template gives it Darkvision 60 feet, Resist Cold, Acid, and Electricity 10, DR 5/evil, SR 9 or 10 and smite evil 1/day. That results in it being slightly different then the 3.5 one, note that both are large, despite that the 3.5 saying medium, it has a size modifier of -1 on AC. The pathfinder dire wolf has 5 HD, needing an effective druid level of 5th.

Her level would be 5. Effective, nominal, all of it.
The Celestial Dire Wolf would be a "boon" from Arshea , something especial, out of the ordinary. He would also be more "independent", because most of his power would be from Arshea directly (meaning: Yours to control, mine to use as a plot device). On a side note, the wolf can change his/her gender at will. So, we have a deal?

I am so glad you have the recruitment open until end of the month. Never again will I work 50 hours while starting a new semester. I am down to one job now though, so this should not happen again. On the plus side, my bank account is happy.
I'm reading through the posts right now, but if someone would take pity on me and tell what needs to be done right now, that would be wonderful. Should have paladin cohort stated up by midnight tonight.
Taking a look at the current roster of cohorts, it seems that we are still missing a dedicated arcane. Have I missed something?

And I am reviewing characters... Venetia and Arv have been reviewed, and I am asking for volunteers.
Ok, I will start the second phase. Check in detail the characters:
- Background / History
- Crunch
- Cohort
- Followers
- Story feat (Main and Cohort)
I will also, for each one, give you:
- A secret
- Plot points
- An extra magic item (more or less like Arden Darist secret identity "bird")
- Conditions for both the story feats (Main and Cohort)
So let me know when ready.
About the cohorts there are several missing, so it's hard to know what is missing. But there sure are divine casters.

Dylos and P33J... Just seen you are mastering games in the Pathfinder Society PbP "Gameday". Well done. Good luck for us all.

Still working forward with Danath's story, I will change his noble house as that name has enough people already claiming it. ;)
Seraph's Story is simple and I will expand on it after Danath is complete.
A fiery red head who stands tall at 6'6". She is blessed with a muscular body, honed through years of working the fields as a lowly serf. She is however unwise about how the world is and tends to let her emotions lead her to brash decisions. She wears ungilded field plate and nearly all of her equipment was crafted in the finest armories of Restove.
She was harshly judged for her crime against those in authority and was sentenced to forty lashes. She received only three lashes before the sentence was disrupted by Bein and his elite soldiers. They stormed the grounds, overpowering the meager guardsman of the remote village as he rode in astride a powerful destrier that seemed more then eager to run men down just for getting in its way.
He dismounted and cut her free all the while ignoring the pointed shouts of the Justicar who had been administering her lashes. Wordlessly he turned and challenged this Justicar and defeated him in the center of the town he resided over. As his opponent lay defeated he dropped a set of scrolls that had been tucked inside his armor. The described a number of accounts where the guard of this town had proved corrupt and that Seraph had been innocent all the long as the Justicar had failed to take notice.
Before everyone his soldiers had those corrupted men brought forward in chains, they received the remaining lashes from Seraph herself. When she refused she not only earned Danath's respect and his commission in joining the Order of The Sword in Restov. Since then she has proven an able Knight Errant, staying close to Lord Danath and learning from him as thy took to the field and when they joined court events.
In their time together she became more then his student, she became his lover. Despite the joy of this it was tinged with sadness, it is a thing best kept secret from the day to day of courtly affairs and the political gossip. As the news of such an arrangement could possibly destroy his credibility and may even cost him his title if his family disowned him to save face.
I will have Danath finished up tomorrow working 14 hour days at the moment so sorry for the slow posting. :/

Danath's Cohort, Seraph
Ok, I like the couple of knights, and the history between them.
But they have 15 WIS BETWEEN THE TWO OF THEM!That means strong naïveté ,child like attention span, lack of awareness and consequence understanding ...
I would strongly recommend to avoid having them those strong handicaps.
Danath Kirion
Numbering around 16 they are as dutiful and courageous as their commander, believing in Justice and Equality unlike many in Brevoy. These men, known as the Lionhearts, are sworn soldiers of the Order of the Sword and are command by Danath's Lieutenant Alastair Cadwallader. Known as the wall and for his bravery in the field.
They are known for enforcing justices in the outer villages of Brevoy in Danath's homeland. They strive to ensure the downtrodden and the weak are not trampled upon by the corrupt.
As a champion to the common folk, the down trodden and the meek. Danath seeks to create a more balanced nation. Whether from within Brevoy ro striking out and creating one in untamed lands. BUt first he would need a stronghold...
Stronghold
Drawback: Family Ties
Will determine extra feat when I get some time~ ;)
Seraph's story feat will be Champion as she takes her new life as a Knight Errant as a step up into being a Champion of the People.
Her only drawback is Doubt, having been born in poverty and lower class. Being raised to the status of Knighthood and dealing with the nobility further increases her doubt that she can rise above her once lowly station. THe only thing that has kept her from being consumed by this gnawing doubt is Danath's clarion voice and astounding vision of a brighter tomorrow.

Let me check:level 7+ 3 by creation guidelines, +1 natural born leader, +1 charisma = 12
That means 8 followers... Can you increase it so you have 13 in the leadership score and 11 followers? They equipment follows their own rules, but unless you want to do the accounting we will only assume they have the correct equipment for their job.
Speaking of which... Nice story feats,I will need to revise them with you.
About the story feat question the quick answer is yes. But maybe we need to talk more about it.
Danath Kirion
Oops! When i changed his changed around i messed up the followers my bad. Hmm i will get it fixed in the morning~
I tried to pick story feats that fit both characters i am not the best optimizer and as such some of my characters fall short but i like Rp more then killing everything. I look forward to revising them as this is sounding really fun. :)
With these two i can focus on team tactics and if it comes to a larger fight we can call in the followers for support. Which i will do the accounting and look over the rules for the followers to flesh out the lionhearts more. Granted they won't be the best support but they can use bows or so.thing. :)
Now with the cohorts are we doing a heroic stats or 20 point build as well? Forgot to ask~

Now with the cohorts are we doing a heroic stats or 20 point build as well? Forgot to ask~
Same creation rules as the main character (the cohort will work as a "secondary" PC so you will be playing two adventures at the same time, one with the Main Level 7 character and one with the Cohort Level 5 one.
- Up to level 5 - depending on your leadership score (you have the leadership feat, right?)Gold: 10,000 GP (including magic items)
Item Limits - Choose one, no mix and match, only one option:
1) House rule option:
1 up to 4,000 GP
3 up to 1,500 GP
All the rest less than 1,000 GP
Maximum 6 magic items (all prices ranges), not counting wands, potions or scrolls.
1 wands maximum
5 potions/scrolls maximum
2) Open Content Guidelines
Up to 2,500 GP on weapons
Up to 2,500 GP on armor and protective devices
Up to 2,500 GP on other magic items
Up to 1,500 GP on disposable items like potions, scrolls, and wands
The remaining money on ordinary gear and coins.
FOLLOWERS:
If you have "8 level 1 warriors", in game you will manage 8 level 1 warriors. And I will consider them as such.
If you make details for 1 and leave the others as "generics" that is fine too.
If you detail all, perfect, I'll see how to use them.
But those are not characters. NPC classes only, normal NPC rules. You won't adventure with them, but You can use them. Your own guard squad, your own think tank. Your own and loyal spies, diplomats, acolits, servants, concubines, messengers, heralds, stewards, traders, explorers, porters, squires, trainers, advisers, cooks, buffoons, assassin's (nah, forget that last one, we are all good here ;) ).
Equipment:
Level 1: 300 GP (including everything)
No magic items
Level 2: 1,000 GP (including everything)
No magic items except up to 3 potions or scrolls
Level 3: 3,000 GP (including everything)
1 magic item maximum, 1,000 GP or less, not counting wands, potions or scrolls
1 wand maximum
3 potions/scroll maximum
OR
Up to 750 GP in weapons
Up to 750 GP in armor
Up to 750 GP in other magic items
Up to 450 GP on disposable items like potions, scrolls, and wands
The remaining money on ordinary gear and coins.
If you are not "fleshing out" the followers to the "equipment" level, we will imagine they have the correct normal equipment for their job, with no magic items, except for 1 cure light wounds potion for level 2's and 3 potions for level 3's (2 cure light wounds + 1 of your choosing of 1,000 GP or less).
