Gordon looks quite nervous before responding to Elros, not sure really what to say. "Happs.. Threw some alchemist's fire into the stables, where I had been caught by some roots that were twist round my ankles. Treacherous leader, he ended up being. Kressle, no, she's a human like me. Doesn't take well to other humans; rumour has it some bandits tried to kidnap her afore she get into banditry herself. They had some.. less than honorable intentions in mind, they did, but Kressle just lopped off their hands with her wicked axes she did."

loling at myself for admiring a bandit, but here goes

"Eh? Well I can't blame her if the bandit, wants to "you know what". I'd probably do the same, if someone wanna "you know what" me. So I'm guessing Happs' your boss then, what happen to him? Seeing as he tries to kill you too, I don't mind telling you, if I find him I'll do things to him, he wish he never knew it existed."

Elros grunts angrily, then at the thought of something, shivers and continues,

"So what your plan after you heal up from the burn?"

I know that the conversation is taking place far from the bandit, but Stellan wasn't part of most of the conversation, because he choose to stay in the guest house with his patients. Grendolynn came over and asked Stellan a specific question and Stellan replied (that part would have had to have happened in front of the bandit). Amoonrann would have had to follow Grendolynn near the Guest House in order to overhear Stellan's answer.

At Amoonrann's statement, Stellan answers, "Either you believe in redemption or not. Yes, there are risks but having a reputation of mercilessness also is a danger. I do believe he is not a cruel killer but I could be wrong, that a risk, but if not him, who Happs was ready to burn alive, then who? Can anyone claim repentance that you would believe? I don't think he'll go to those who would burn him for convenience, but without work he'll likely drift into crime again. I've made my answer and I'm willing to risk it but if your not, so be it."

Stellan hears Elros II talking, startled, he turns back and see Elros being chummy with the young man. "Well, Elros II, its seems you're too tough to die today, glad to see you alive."

Dragonic:
"I think you speak this, I've recalled some of what people have said about the school that trained you. If you are a summoner of devils or demons, don't let the Righteous One know. Bad enough he makes assumptions about me."

Stellan resumes a normal voice, "They're discussing the man's fate now, outside, should I call someone over to ask your views or would you rather rest more?" Stellan brings over some water for Elros.

Except I said "She nods to Moonie before walking over and peaking her head into the Guesthouse to call Stellen out. Once he's outside she says..."
Specifically so the bandit wouldn't overhear :P Wasn't gonna make a big deal of it, but since the DM noticed I'll go ahead. If Stellan stays in the guest house, she wouldn't have said anything.

OK, sorry didn't see that you meant to bring Stellan to the meeting out of the bandits hearing, if someone was available to watch the patients then Stellan would come out that far, if not he would stay with them or have to secure the young bandit, after all we are discussing killing him, so leaving him alone with Elros is not an option without binding him. Let's just say that everyone somehow said everything that needed to be said, if needed Triaxus could have told me what was going on every so often in dragonic and carry my replies back. Will that solve the problem and get us all on the same page?

Yes. Great idea. No retconning needed.

The bandit Gordon gives Elros a quizzical look, followed by a moment of understanding. "Right, you were already bleedin' out when that brute with the greatsword nearly cut Happs in two! That man inflicts some incredible wounds, you should be glad he's on your side, for sure. After I heal up? Well, er... Soundin' like your fellows want to put me to the sword. I can't say I blame them, no I can't. If I were in their shoes I would do the same. This life of banditry is not for me it seems. If I were to get out of here alive? I would become a holy man, I sure would. Always been enamoured of them woodsman - Gozreh's faith makes a lot of sense to me. Move my family out to the woods - fresh air would do my wife some good, oh it would. Learn how to sustain ourselves. Girls could learn how to pick berries and them things.." He trails off as he seems to start daydreaming about what he would make of his life, given another chance.

Triaxus looks at Oleg quizzically for a moment following his comment, then his face goes carefully blank. For just a second, a flash of absolute fury blinks across his eyes, before he shakes his head. "You're right. Honestly, Oleg, I owe you an apology; if it were Yuhei or Jarald at such risk, I'd hardly be arguing for this bandit's life at all. But if you think he's worth a second chance, after what he's done to you, I say he should have it."

Alright, that's Stellan, Oleg, Tri and probably El for letting him live, and Grendolynn and Moonie for kill. Roga still undeclared, either way the 'let him lives' win. So lets put the bugger into Oleg's hands and move on to planning our attack!

Grendolynn hearing the tide turn towards the idea of letting him live sighs and throws up her hands. Looking at Oleg she says, "Fine, you wanna take him in feel free! But don't blame us if he slits your throat in your sleep." To the others she says, "Enough worrying over his sorry hide, don't we have more pressing matters to discuss? Such as planning our attack? He gave us the information we needed, but time is of the essence."

"Fools," Amoonrann muttered to herself as she broke away from the group and headed towards the stables. She'd made her case, and the votes had turned against her. So let those bleeding hearts have their repentant man; their sign that there is 'hope for us all' and all that moralistitc rot. She tossed the heal kit she was holding onto one of the tables by the guest house as she walked away.

"Roga, speak to me when you wish your wounds looked after. Otherwise, I would appreciate it if the lot of you kept your distance from me," Amoonrann said with a dismissive wave of her hand. She didn't even bother looking back at them when she spoke. Though Stellan's words were echoing through her head.

Its not the concept of repentance I doubt, she thought, its his repentance I doubt. A free man who realizes the error of his ways can no doubt change of his own free will. But he must want to change. The change cannot be forced upon him in the name of 'justice' or other vague moralist concepts. And it certainly cannot be thrust upon him as a choice between repentance or death. Then the change is only ever illusory -- an appearance, a mask worn to appease those who would impose the death sentence upon him. The man's soul remains rotten.

Male Human, Kellid Paladin/1

After having heard the others arguments Roga stands still contemplating his final decision, He seems a little surprised by Oleg's statement but nods as Oleg speaks. "Oleg, if that is what your wish we will let him live."

Roga turns to the others and asks: "What should our plan be? I think we should head after the bandits when we have recovered from this."

At Amoonrann offer Roga turns his attention to her: "Your offer is most welcome, it would be nice to have the wounds tended. Where would it be easiest to do so?"

It surdently isn't an easy one this mission. Erastil must be testing me first a hobgoblin and now a winterwitch - a coulorfull bunch indead. Perhaps it would be easier to just roam the borderlands and work with the hamlets there? Stop it, focus on the task at hand, get better and find the bandits to proctect Oleg and Svetlana.

So what's going on? Is it just me and the bandit inside? and Stellan went out to talk to the group, or is everyone inside the guesshouse, except for Amoonrann? Who could I hear?

"A life in the wood ain't that bad, I was once a traveller, then one day I accidentally offended the king of Pitax and was rescued by a bandit, I wonder how's she's doing now, Faye you know about her? Anyway, I did once join them, and now I'm send by the Swordlord to rid this Greenbelt of bandit, I'd only wish that more bandits are like you, rather than the likes of Happs."

If Stellan are always inside the room, then I'd acknowledge his conversation to me in Draconic:

"Why thank you for a heads up, but just like you, I believe I am what I am, regardless of my profession or how I act, some may think you being a witch is evil, but I could tell you are good hearted."

Then switching back to speaking in Common,

"Thanks for the water and taking care of me, I owe you one."

HP: 9/9 | IN: 2 | F: 3 | R: 2 | W: 6 | P: 9 | Vanaras Storm Druid 1

Amoonrann stopped in her tracks as she heard Roga's comments. She closed her eyes and rather obviously inhaled sharply, her hands clenching as fists for a moment. She was clearly agitated. She turned around a moment later and started making her way towards the heal kit she'd tossed on the table.

"Normally, I would suggest we do it away from the prisoner, hiding our weaknesses and so forth," Amoonrann said as she picked up the heal kit, making no effort to hide her barbed tongue. "Somewhere with a bed and table would likely be best as you'll need to lie still to heal properly." She thought for a moment.

"The main house if you want privacy. The guest house if you don't care. And here if you want to partake in the raid discussions, though we'll have to walk you to a bed once the meeting is done," she said, and then she shot an angry look over to Stellan and called out loudly enough for all to hear, "unless we're inviting our newest 'friend' to sit in on that discussion? Him being so trustworthy and all." She was, of course, being sarcastic with that last remark.

I'm assuming that the healing is basically going to be just bandaging him up/disinfecting the wound/stitches and other basic medical stuff. So, really, he should be able to do that stuff sitting on the bench. I then assume that he'll basically be bed ridden for the rest of the day for the heal check to be effective? Is that basically right?

Grendolynn considers a plan briefly before speaking. "After we track them back to their camp, we could set up an ambush nearby. I can set traps, and the witch and the wizard can position themselves advantageously. I will ride through the camp, since they won't recognize me, and cause a ruckus to get them chasing me. I will lead them back into the ambush where the rest of you will be waiting to rain arrows and magic down upon them. Roga and Triaxus can block their retreat. Even if we only get a couple that way, it will weaken the camp proper. It'd be just like a drive hunt." She's obviously more comfortable talking about setting traps than she is about punishing someone for their crimes.

"Oh my a burn man, an half elf turn into tiefling, and a hobgoblin, what's next? A man with an extra long neck?"

Elros joked to himself, then realising it's not all that funny, he straighten his face,

"That's a fine plan miss... Miss... I don't seem to remember who you are, I probably missed your introduction before, my name's El, nice to meet you. May I have the honour to know your name?

Elros asked facing towards Grendolynn.

Assuming you hobbled outside, otherwise you wouldn't be talking to me.

"My name's Grendolynn, you were unconscious when I arrived. Glad to see you're feeling a little better" She answers with a smile.

As Elros leaves Stellan says, "I don't recommend leaving but a short walk might do your good, then right back to bed rest if you want to gain health! Right now a fly landing on you could be a fatal setback." Stellan gives Elros a faded grin as he knows that his statement is too close to the truth. Assuming the Stellan caught at least some of Grendolynn's statement, he makes reply as he helps Elros walk, "Elros is going nowhere until tomorrow morning, at the earliest, unless it's to his funeral. I think they'll attack here before we can go after them, that leader will be well-informed. Unless you intend to leave now, then I'll stay with Elros the barely alive, and my other patient."

Stellan takes Elros back to his sickbed before the idiot kills himself. "Trust me you're not as healthy as you feel, so much is broken it will take a while before the pain begins." Stellan doesn't have the best bedside manner ever.

Dark Archive

After a minute or two, Elros could really feel the pain coming from his shoulder,

"You're right Stellan."

At the help of Stellan, Elros moved back into bed and not shortly after trying to rest he felt asleep.

"I had assumed we would set out at dawn. You think their camp is that close?" Grendolynn asks Stellen as he emerges to help Elros back to bed. "If so I will set traps at the gate and be prepared to defend the fort."

Stellan thinks about what Grendolynn said. "He said a day away but that is not precise time we need more information."

After settling in Elros he turns to the bandit. "What is your name? I'm Stellan. We need you to tell exactly how long it took your party to get here. Did you ride through the night or leave in daylight and stopped to make a temporary camp then ride in, the morning or something else? Did you ride your horses hard or travel at a reasonable pace? Assuming the man that fled pushes his horse to a killing pace, how long would it take him to reach the camp and inform uh, Cressie? Kreckle?, whatever the leader? Who was the man that fled, what is he capable of? I'll stop with the questions and let you answer, take your time and give all the answers." Stellan will give the man a chance to answer his questions and will ask follow-ups as needed to get all the details.

Turning back to Grendolynn, assuming she followed him to the guest house, Stellan says, "I'm not sure yet, but I'd think the fled will reach the camp as quickly as possible and a decisive leader would attack but we know too little, let's see what this one says." Stellan turns back to the bandit, gesturing at him to go on and answer.

Stellan's after precise timing here, how many hours it took them to get here, how hard the pace was, how much the pace could be forced, so on. Vague answers (like about a day) will inspire very specific and detailed follow-up questions.

Male Human, Kellid Paladin/1

"Thank you Amoonrann" Roga says after she is done bandaging his wound.

Afterwards with some pain Roga walks out to the others and says: "As I suspected my wounds are going to need some time to recover, I won't be able to participate in a fight in the comming days unless it is strictly necessary."

In which case...Heal check on Roga to bandage/treat the wounds: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11

Sorry, I was waiting on you to tell me where the bandaging was going to happen and stuff and then go from there...not that I made the DC check on it anyways XP

Male Aasimar Ranger 1

Triaxus' eyebrows go up questioningly at Amoonrann's statement, but he resolves to ask her about it later. As Grendolynn lays out the attack plan, he nods agreeably, with the caveat: "I can't say I'm jumping up and down about you riding in there yourself; if they suspect we may be coming, and have a ambush of their own waiting, it leaves you out to dry."

He disagrees with Stellan's counter-argument, however. "I don't think another attack on the outpost, at least like we've seen, is too likely Stellan. Bandits aren't like soldiers; they don't frequently attack without at least feeling they hold a great advantage. They hit from ambush, or prey on the weak. Whatever the runner is able to relay to the camp, it tells them that an effective response has been made to their raids here, and just like we're speculating, they have to wonder who else could be following us. That kind of unknown would usually have brigands looking for softer targets." He then shrugs. "Of course, they could also just be that arrogant or desperate, in which case, scratch everything I said. You're right on needing more info."

While Stellan and Grendolynn go to get more information from the bandit, Tiraxus starts to follow, then hesitates, and turns in the direction Amoonrann and Roga had left in. Upon reaching the pair, Triaxus starts to speak, pauses again, then shakes his head and pushes forward. "Eh, Roga? I might be able to do something about your injuries, but it's a bit chancy. You being clergy makes it a better bet, but still...would you like me to try?"

The bandit looks slightly taken aback as Stellan begins bombarding him with questions, with no pauses to respond. When Stellan finally gestures for him to respond, he blinks a few times before stammering out "I'm Gordon, please to meet you it is even under such awful circumstances. Apologies on the whole attempt to rob the fort thing. I'd love to make ammends, oh I most certainly would. We left from Thorn River Camp yesterday, 'nd stopped to make camp so we could be here shortly after dawn, we did. I'd wager that if you rode without stopping, riding your horse no harder than you need to, you'd make it in a days time of riding. Kressle, the leader of the camp over there. And you best be watching what you say to her - she hates humans like us. She'd start lopping body parts off of you faster 'n you could scream, she would, getting her name wrong like that. How long it'll take him to get there? I have no idea, never ridden from here to there on a breakneck pace. Man that fled, his name's Ronald. Ordinary man quite like myself, 'cept he enjoys more of the traditional banditry aspects... Pillaging, stealing, and more unspeakable things. Evil man like the rest of them, he is.

Gordon comes off extremely sincere, and you get the feeling that he would not lie as he can sense that living may still be an option.

I warned ya!

Stellan takes in Gordon's well meaning but insufficiently precise statements. Stellan prepares for a multi hour step-by-step series of questions. Gordon knows the answers even if he's too stupid to realize he does but Stellan's getting it out of him if it takes all day.

First replying to Triaxus, Stellan says, "I'm not sure how this Kressle will react, it depends on too many things we don't know. I just saying that, right now, the initiative and the advantage lies with her. We need to change that."

Turning back to Gordon, Stellan smiles and says, "Glad you're feeling a bit better there, Gordon, and being so cooperative, that's helpful with some of our less forgiving members. But, please, tell me of a few points. Let's start with you and the other left Kressle and her camp, yesterday morning, right? And then you rode without pushing your horses, most of yesterday, made a nearby camp, broke camp at dawn, and rode here. Did I understand that correctly or is there anything to change or add to that?"

Assuming Gordon affirms Stellan has it right.

Stellan continues, "It's about two hours past dawn now, the sun is about this high above the horizon."Stellan gestures to indicate how high that is. "Now, think carefully, how high was the sun when you left, lower to the east horizon, higher? Take your time we have all day."

There are many follow-up questions to come. Stellan is taking his time, asking new questions and repeating old ones every few minutes. This could take hours.

I'm willing to handle this post by post but this may slow the pace of the game a bit. Bit by bit he will squeeze more accurate answers out of him. I don't want to take a month with this in real time but it takes what it takes.

Male Human, Kellid Paladin/1

Roga looks puzzled at Triaxus as the man speaks, he then takes a moment to contemplate the offer and asks: "What kind of help are you talking about, is it something I am not going to like?"

Please don't let this man be a cleric of some evil god, that would just ruin my day, he thinks silently while waiting for Triaxus' answer.

Male Aasimar Ranger 1

"It's a little trick I can do, but I haven't exactly worked out the way it works. Most of the time, it does nothing, but sometimes it heals. Mostly with people of, well, higher faiths.
Desna, Erastil, Sarenrae and the like, but even then, it's iffy. Once though...there was a merchant. It burned him pretty bad. Haven't used it much since then."

Male Human, Kellid Paladin/1

"So it seams good in origin? If you believe it to be I'll gladly give it a try" Roga answers after scratching his head thinking about what Triaxus said. Where would be the best place to try it? he asks.

I am missing lay on hands

Gordon starts to look a little frustrated as Stellan keeps bombarding him with the same questions over and over. He answers them all to the best of his ability. "We left yesterday before supper, set up camp just before dark.

He gave you everything you asked, and what I thought you were attempting to get at. He said the camp was about a days ride. You can assume a days ride is normal 8 hours of travel on horse. You may be asking too much, trying to find out roughly what "time" they left. For most people, I would assume the day to be broken up in larger chunks than we do now; morning, afternoon, evening, and night. Asking for details on time will get you nowhere.

And irrelevant, we can't do anything until dawn we have too many wounded. We set traps at the gate tonight, keep a watch if they are stupid enough to attack again we kill them here, if not we set out in the morning and kill them there.

In response to Triaxus' concerns Grendolynn says, "I planned on just galloping through and throwing a spear or two. Dangerous sure, but that's what we signed up for." She mills about while the others talk and Stellen is interviewing the bandit. After a minute or so her impatience gets the best of her, "I'm gonna go trap the gates. We can't leave until dawn anyway, too many wounded. I don't cast spells, and I can see perfectly well in the dark. I can keep watch if none of you can see in the dark, one night of no sleep won't kill me. Besides I agree with Tri, we're being paranoid. Even if that man rode break neck the whole way, it would take time to rouse the camp and set out, they probably wouldn't get back here till dawn anyway. IF they're even coming." She wanders off in the direction of the stables to retrieve her bear traps.

I will set the bear traps in front of the gates, leaving the gates open. After that I'll go up on the wall above the gate, and tie a rope around the frame so that I can swing down quickly if I need to. When that is finished I'll check back in with everyone and let them know to be careful around the gate.

I apologize for any offense I offered. You're the DM, what you say goes. Can we agree to disagree and move forward without hard feelings?

Stellan drops the matter, seeing it will lead nowhere.

"It's not paranoia if they are out to get you. But you're right we can't leave and what the bandits will do is out of our hands." Stellan looks pensive. "Even healed we can't leave, the bandits could raid here while we were away. Oleg and Svetlana would pay the price." Speaking to his patients, "Rest, both of you. Tomorrow I can heal you again, that should restore much of your health."

Male Aasimar Ranger 1

Triaxus shrugs and points his hand forward. "No time like the present, really." The extended hand is enveloped in white fire, which launches itself at Roga as a searing beam.

Hit points regained: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2

A brief expression of relief crosses his faces as a sword-strike begins knitting closed. "Well, worked this time. No much, I'm afraid, but it's the best I can do for now.

There was nothing offensive in your post? Don't worry so much :)
If there is nothing left the party would like to do, you can assume to skip ahead to the next morning!

After Grendolynn warns everyone about the traps, she will climb back up the wall where she tied off the rope and sleep there. She will tell the others to wake her when it's her turn to keep watch.

The gate is only 10' wide right?

page 2 contains a map I won't repost cause it's copyright material. The gate is a whopping 30ft, barrable from the inside, 2 doors that swing in.

Male Human, Kellid Paladin/1

Feeling the white fire surround him Roga is a bit sceptical, but as some of his pain subsides and one of the sword-strike closes before his eyes, he smiles and says to Triaxus: "I do belive this is good in origin, thank you for your help. It closed one of my wounds, but I have more and will go rest now so I might recover more quickly." And with those words and a friendly nod to Triaxus and Amoonrann he heads over to the quest house to sleep.

For my part I think we should move it forward to the next morning. I am currently at 4 hp.

Stellan sees Roga as he enters the guest house where the patients are. Stellan waves questioningly at the bread, water, and minor medicines he has laid out, but says nothing.

Advance to morning is fine by me.

Male Human, Kellid Paladin/1

Seeing Stellan's gesture Roga doesn't answer but nods to the man and walks over to the food, eats some and then looks questioning at the medical supplies. He turns his gaze to Stellan and pauses about to say something but decides against it. He walks a few paces and then turns towards Stellan and says hesitating: "Amoonrann said you were a decent healer, would you mind looking at my wounds, she and Triaxus have done all they can but some of the wounds are still leaking?" Roga looks as though he regrets the words as soon as he has said them.

Looking straight at Roga, Stellan says, "I'll help anyone who asks for it." Stellan calls out to the courtyard. "Amoonrann, if you're finished with it I need my kit back." Stellan turns ands says, "I can use mundane methods as any country healer or apothecary can. I could also use magic but I suspect that would make you ... uncomfortable."

Assuming Amoonrann returns the kit, Stellan thanks her. "And thanks for the compliment on my skill as well, Mother said I learned well but had no gift for physicking." Once Stellan has the kit he checks over what's been done and tries to care for Roga.

Heal 1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 4 + 2 = 17 Expend one use healing kit.
3/10 used. (I don't think Amoorann got the bonus +2 for expending the materials, if she did then 4/10 used.)

Well the bear traps are 5' in from either side of the gate then.

I am also down for moving things along

Moony hands the healing kit back to Stellan with a nod and, without saying anything further she made her way over to the stables and began training Arathiul to be combat trained. On her way, she made sure to grab one of the longbows and a quiver of arrows just to keep them aside for her own use in the coming days.

"Better than my sling," she muttered to herself. That and nobody seemed especially interested in either her or the loot anyways.

Moony trains with Arathiul for a few hours before seeing to his caretaking, as well as the caretaking of the other horses in the stable. She preferred them to her present company. There was something inherently noble about the beasts, unlike these men of who delude themselves with concepts of law and justice. Absurd notions, to be sure.

Once the horses have been dealt with, Amoonrann will see to the disposal of the corpses by burning their remains. She'll utter a few words that are customary in funerals of the Green, because while death is inevitable, the words often help keep that in perspective. It isn't so much for the dead that she speaks, as much as she spoke for the living. Balance in all things; what lives must die; and so on.

This, of course, assumes no one objects to her doing this. No one else seemed interested in what happens to the bodies, so she took the initiative to deal with them as she sees fit. She will go along with any alternate plans that do not involve desecration of the corpses, or displaying them in grotesque fashions. She will strongly object to such actions as 'barbaric' and 'unnatural'. With bo objections however, she does what she does and sleeps in the shed again. She prefers her solitude. And far too much had happened for her to sleep easy with others so close, least of all that bandit.
Handle Animal Check to train Arathiul: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5

Male Aasimar Ranger 1

Unless Amoonrann objects, Triaxus will join her in body disposal, borrowing a spade from Oleg if possible to dig a pit for the coming pyre. "Keeps everything a bit neater.", he'll mention by way of explanation. He digs a separate pit for Caelus, leaving his sword and such with him.

After the task is finished, he turns and mentions, "Saw you with a bow earlier, on your way to the stables. Was that from the bandits, or did you have it stowed elsewhere? If the former, I wouldn't mind picking one up myself."

on the previous page I think, Oleg has hung the bodies from the fort walls as a warning. He would likely be unhappy if you took them down.

Male Human, Kellid Paladin/1

After Stellan is done Roga mumbles a barely audible "thank you" and heads of to bed rest to rocover.

As the day progresses and the party mills about, expecting combat, Gordon says to the (likely) bedridden Elros "You know, if Kressle were to attack the fort she would have done it by now, yes she would. Waitin' for darkness is not her thing... That's something more what Happs did. I think for now this little Fort is safe. If'n you and yours don't mind.. I'd like to help start fixing the place up. Doing what I can before I go get my family, you know?"

Svetlana and Oleg let you know how much they appreciate what you've done for them, and you are welcome to stay as long as you like. Oleg feels the bodies hanging outside the walls (which he still would have done, even against Amoonranns request not to) was enough warning for those other bandits who would approach.

Svetlana hints to Amoonrann that she misses her wedding ring dearly, but says nothing more specific.

The end of the day will come swiftly and quietly, unless the party makes plans to do something, or plans to set out.

I think we're all set to leave in the morning.

Male Aasimar Ranger 1

Same here. But in the meantime...

Idle Chatter - Guesthouse

While prepping for the night, Triaxus looks up from his bag and over in Stellan's direction. "You know, Stellan, I have to admit, I'm slightly disappointed."

Stellan nods as Roga mumbles thanks. He keeps himself busy. At Gordons's statement Stellan says, "I'd prefer if you stayed in bed for today, burns are tricky. We'll see tomorrow about how you are."

Stellan spends the day fussing about and waiting for his patients to heal.

Idle chatter - Guesthouse

"Oh, Triaxus, given this days events, what could possibly only slightly disappoint you?" Stellan's words are sarcastic but his tone is wryly amused.
