Hey GM- based on my past perception rolls, about how high would you say the ceiling is above me and the psycho woman?

Only about 12 feet or so in here. Why?

Well I originally thought Marco had gravity control capabilities, but that is Calista, not Marco.

If the room was high enough I was planning on deactivating gravity, floating to the top of the room, and then telling Marco to turn gravity back on for fall damage. Zero sum game and all that ;)

If someone were to cut off gravity here, it would certainly make for a much more interesting encounter.

Actually, when you are grappling you take a -4 penalty to your Dexterity bonus, you don't lose it altogether. You also take a -2 on attack rolls against everyone except for the person you are grappling and are not considered threatening the squares around you.

If you get pinned however, that in when you lose your Dexterity bonus to AC.

Also yes, the crowbar is effectively a 1d6 club improvised weapon. It does not have the improvised weapon penalty though, if you are proficient in martial weapons.

And I'm running very late on meeting some friends till later this evening. Probably won't be back on till 11 or so tonight.

My sneak attack bonus thing is 2d6 for sneak attack additional damage.

Haha Cool. Just mentioned it because you will be surprised the amount of people who don't know about it.

Of all the archetypes to come out, I've found that one to be one of the most rogue like. At least for Rogues in my mind. It just makes more sense to me why the iconic Rogue would use a dagger as their primary type weapon.

I do like the idea of Rogues using Rapiers but the Knife Master is one of my favorite Archetypes for the class. That and the Charlatan Mage one.

I'll probably end up reading the "Ultimate Combat" stuff by the end of this summer, then.

Pretty sure that is the next step before understanding wtf Unchained is and does.

Unchained just fixes some of the classes. Like Summoner and Barbarian are a lot better now, due to Unchained. Summoner is more balanced and the barb is a lot less tedious maths. OH! And a lot less likely to die by falling unconscious while Raging.

It also introduces Background Skills, which are kinda boss.

Yep see that whole "Background Skills" thing sounds like a FOURTH FREAKIN' NAME for pathfinder "feats/traits/ racial feats" *passes out*

Adventuring skills refer to skills that have very little use, outside of an adventure. Like Perception. Sure people can see things but in a day to day situation, you don't have to be on the lookout for traps or monsters.

Background skills refer to skills that basically govern your hobbies, how you earn money, your profession and the like. So Crafting, Knowledge Engineering and stuff like that. Things you would usually not do in the field. Like learn a new language, like Linguistics.
