The Kings advisors begin talking among themselves and all came to agreement. "Yes we think that is a great idea. We can distract them in the front while you enter the back. The tunnel leads straight to the throne room. One of the men can show you the entrance. We should probably disguise the King and keep him safe with a few guards as well."
King Randall looks over to you three, "Why would you help us in such a dangerous matter?"

"Our village just got wiped by what seems to be the same people holding your castle, and I doubt they will just stop at that. Our surviving friends are headed here, and it would be unfortunate if they arrived, only to find their refuge occupied by the enemy," Lucas said.

Tazo Stalgrero |

Tazo looks at Lucas and Korg, "Should we go around night fall? That will give us some prep time if we need it." Then turning back to the King and his advisors, "Can you give us a layout of the castle? Is there anything beneficial we might find in there?"

A woman walks into Joe’s house, she carries a katana, shortbow and a wooden shield. She greets the King with a hug and they speak in private for awhile. After some time, King Randall leads the woman up to you three and introduces her. ”This is Lia, my adopted daughter. She has been working hard to get the people of the land to safety and has nominated herself as a guide for you. She is a very skilled warrior.”
The woman steps up, ”It is my honor to serve my kingdom father. Now to business. I will show you the back route through an abandoned well. Don’t worry there is a ladder to climb down. Then we will ascend up a tunnel and this will lead us to a hidden door right into the throne room. I know my way around the castle and can take you anywhere when inside.”

Late during the darkness of the night the four of you stealth your way to the well and climb down it. You find yourselves in a wet tunnel, but it doesn’t take long before the passages stone becomes smooth and you see steps leading upward in a gentle slope.

The blue merfolk lifts herself out of her pool of water. Her upper body is similar to that of an elf or fey, before tapering into a fishlike tail that is surprisingly adept at moving along the land, almost like a naga. She wears the colors of Camlon on her clothing, which seems sturdy enough to act as armor.
"Lia, thank goodness you've come!" announces Elise, recognizing the samurai. "These wretched creatures trapped me here, I think because they thought I was a curiosity. In fact, there's a water elemental that comes here to bother me."
Elise looks to the others. "I'm Elise, the King's alchemist. I don't know who you are, but if you've come back to take the castle, I can help you! I may not be warriors like you folks, but I have water and ice under my command." To demonstrate, she summons a pool of water onto the ground, then causes that same pool to dry up. Basic Hydrokinesis.

"Pleasure to meet you, Elise," Lucas said, looking at the snakes and groaning a little in pain, "Bloody hell, we need to fight a whole castle full of these? Well, if anyone's got any healing available, I could sure use some..."

Tazo Stalgrero |

"Greetings, Elise. You're the King's alchemist? Well we can use any help we can get to take back the castle. Especially if there's more of these things."
Knowing Lucas and Lia are hurt Tazo says a quick prayer and Channel's Positive Energy.

Lia leads you up the stairs and to the secret door. She hushes you as she pushes the door open. Lia steps into the room and you can all hear a males voice, ”Finally you arrived. I’ve been expecting you. Come in, come in.” Lia turns to you to seek advice on a plan. She looks like she is ready to fight but willing to wait.
