Andrea you realize that Signifer Verennie is no longer a mere mortal, for after she and her followers fled into hiding, she performed a blasphemous suicide ritual to attract the attention of the archdevil Mammon. You can see the statue is an idol to Mammon and the jewels and gems are worth 5000 gp. You figure it's best to remove the dagger and bring Ara’s remains to Paralictor Chard and Taranik House to see if he can figure out how to best dispose of the body and ghost.

It looks like she has decided to devote herself to Mammon by performing a suicide ritual. She points at the armor. that is no doubt why she is a ghost. I believe the best way to handle this is to bring her remains to Chard and have him determine how to dispose of her.
Andrea will help roll up the body and get it down from the attic and out of the house.

The tired and battled group's journey back towards the Taranik House is slow. several dottari guards look at you oddly with the lumpy roled up carpet. They choose not to ask too many questions as group presses on.
There's a frantic cry from the darkness as a battered goblin wearing Hellknight armor, but without his helmet, comes from an alley. "G...G...Ger'd, help Jinkoo. Danger the House is being overrrrrrr'n."
The goblin is covered with filth and blood.

Perhaps let them see we have their Signifier and that can break their morale. In any event, I am better suited for dealing with the living than the undead at this momment.

Jinkoo leads the party into the sewers which take a few usual twists and turns. Eventually he brings you near that secret Hellknight sewer entrance. You can see a soft glow of light ahead there are two thugs standing in the sewer. One is near Jinkoo's home and the other is near the cellar entrance.
Waht are you going to do? You are 40 feet away. I need to roll out perception checks for the guards and initiative checks when I get home.

Aurelio tries to pantomime casting a spell by moving his fingers in a complicated gesture and pointing to the thugs, then cradling his head in his hands as if he was sleeping to suggest disabling the thugs quietly.
