I don't doubt your tenacity Andrea, but as you can imagine this is not my first sewer or den of filth! Your weapon may kill one, but there are hundreds and the mass of them overall is not affected.
We need something that blankets the area. Affects the mass or masses. We could probably outrun them, but then... We wouldn't unlock the secrets of this place.

The dining room is in shambles with the table and chairs collapsed and apparently worm-eaten. There is nothing of value in either the dining room or the sitting room. There is door just south of the archway that leads into the dining room. The door is not locked and when Gerard open it he discovers a small privy.
