As a bit of advanced warning, it's that time of the semester when my posting may become very sporadic. I need to bury myself deep in my studies to wrap things up and survive the final. I will try to check in on a daily basis, but I make no promises. Well, I make one promise: I will be back.

Okay- my part of the plan here was to silence Hudak so that his radius silences Mokmurian once he gets in melee.
That will prevent inspire courage on those within the radius so I'll offset that with good hope on everyone before we go in.
Outside the radius, I could run inspire courage so that I can cancel it to cast saving finale (granting a second save with a bonus if he casts and one of us fails).
Other than that I'll haste and plink away with the bow.
So for me before we head in:
Good Hope 11 minutes
Mirror Image 11 minutes
Silence 22 rounds (extended)
Haste 22 rounds (extended)

The alarm spell indicates he's close. If he's smart he'd put another room of guardians between himself and the alarm spell to give himself time to prep, but either way I'd assume there's a tough fight in the next room.
Elisile has at least 7 or 8 minutes duration left on most of her current buff spells; she'll cast Flame Arrow, Fly and Mirror Image on herself before we go in. Does Hudak want enlarge person?

Good call on the silence Mothy. That's where I was going this turn.
Huh. I confused myself with good hope and inspire courage. They do stack on attacks since one is competence and one is morale. Vatts applied it that way for Hudak and I was about to say they don't stack only to look it up and find that they do. So that's real nice. I'll bump it with the badge next turn and we'll have +7/+7.
Fly would get Hudak out of reverse gravity right? I don't have it, but someone else might.

A bit like last time, I'm not sure this will work for non-UK listeners, but here's the Radio 2 tribute to John Williams.

If my turn comes up and Mokmurian is still out of range for my spells throw down a secure shelter over Illes, Elisile and Sef if possible. It will grant total concealment to all in the sphere for anyone outside. Won't help vs Fireball, but it will prevent him from targeting us with save or die spells while we can still target him fine.
If he is in my range I'll give pugwampi'S grace a try.

Can dispel magic (or greater dispel magic) end a baleful polymorph? I assume Illes is all out of spell slots to case another Break Enchantment, not sure if Alwyn still has some dispels left?
Ok, do we go back room by room and try to find Mokmurian? Or do we quick search and then hot foot out of here? I would assume to end the threat of the giant army we either need to kill Mokmurian or publicly humiliate him so that his followers lose respect for him – so I guess if he has gone back out to rally his army we have one chance to attack and defeat him there (and hope his army is so disgusted with his defeat that they forgo tearing us limb from limb after) – but I kind of think he won’t go back to his giant army clearly having been run off by adventurers; it seems more likely to me he’s either holing up somewhere to heal or gathering allies from this dungeon to come back and finish us off. EDIT: Demiarchos can track by scent, so may be able to pick up his scent if we manage to get close enough to him.
Either way, we probably need to heal, but might need to do it on the go?
Oh, and Elisile's haste spell probably has a few rounds left if we want to take advantage of that in some way.

I would assume that some are - probably too big to easily snatch and grab though. Damn ... I wish we knew whether we're likely to get back here anytime soon.
We did have a bag of holding or portable hole at one point, I think it may have been Vathrens (or he was the one who carried it).

We can probably take the papers, I'm not sure if we can take the rest without an extra dimensional carry bag, a thief to quickly get the chest open and limited time. It's probably more important that we track Mokmurian down to finish him off (or flee before he comes back with an army).
Any ideas?

If we made a beeline for the library, we didn't see many of the rooms where he might have expected to find now-deceased friends. Or he could have teleported vertically to another level that we aren't aware of. But if he was bouncing out to bounce back with friends, where do you think he would drop in? Odds are that there is a limit to how many he can find quickly or how many he can deliver.

It's funny, I was looking back at the Eberron game Discussion thread for 2010 (like you do) on Saturday night - that was a very busy year. I was reading my comments on James, who was born that year (among quite a few other children for this group, it seemed). Brought it all rushing back.
