It seems like a few people haven't posted in at least two days. There's no way anyone would get anywhere with a second campaign at this rate of play. In fact, it would kill this campaign - two posts a day isn't going to happen if one post per day isn't happening. It's taking us going on three days now to pick up a few pieces of treasure.
I think, when there's no clear objective, that everyone is waiting for someone else to post or make a decision. You check the thread, see if anyone has made a decision or done something worth reacting to, and they haven't, so you don't either. Don't do that. If you're in that situation, make a decision (for yourself, or even for the party). Keep things moving. Do something, say something, think something. Post. Post every day. Everyone. Everyone post every day. That is to say that everyone should post. On the thread. Daily. Once every twenty-four hours, say. With the posting. On the thread. The Gameplay thread. The Gameplay thread that everyone needs to post in every day. Daily, in other words.
Hooking, remember? If it helps, read your Play-by-Post guide again.
We all need to post every day.

It can be tougher to post in-combat when it isn't your turn, yeah, but we seem to have as much or more trouble outside of combat getting everyone to post every day. And, really, in-combat dialogue is super, super easy (and super common in action movies and fantasy stories).
There's advice in the PbP guide about posting when you have nothing to do. Actually, it's a major theme in the guide. I'm not entering condescending-teacher mode or I'm-the-boss-because-I'm-the-GM mode when I say "read the PbP guide again if it helps;" I cribbed (and massively condensed) a lot of that guide from forum members who wrote really good guides on the forums.
Aside from that, don't be afraid to make a decision when the group is dragging its feet. Don't be the fourth player on any given day to decide to wait for someone else to make a decision or do something.
With regards to jobs; I have a couple myself. I've also been known to sleep, as one does, on a routine basis.
The problem is that, for example: last Saturday only two of five PCs posted. Last Friday, last Thursday, and last Wednesday, and last Tuesday only three of five PCs posted. We're meeting minimally more than half our posting obligations.
I did some math recently: we started the campaign almost exactly three months ago. We had pretty good steam at first, but have slowed down progressively since.
Since April 23rd, the party has made a little less than half a level. Assuming that the campaign goes to about 14th level (which is typical for APs, I am told), then - at the rate of half a level every three months - we'll be finished with the campaign exactly seven years from now (two levels per year for seven years equals fourteen levels). And that's if things stay at about the average rate for the past three months (which is slower than our current rate, being that posting is slowing down in recent weeks). If it slows down more; maybe ten years?
Granted, to a degree I do like the idea of a big campaign spanning a few years of real-world time, but I'd like to be done in less than a decade. Substantially less, really.
(Much) more importantly than that, though, is the fact that a campaign is - in addition to being a fun, time-killing, mentally-stimulating pastime - also a social obligation. As much as being a member of a softball team or bowling league or something. It's a group activity, and a team activity, and other peoples' enjoyment of the game (and how much they get out of it for what they put into it) is dependent on you. "You" being no-one in particular, but anyone reading this paragraph.
We all stated an ability and a willingness to post once per day. Planned absences are going to happen, obviously - and like it says in the guide and on the first page of this Discussion Thread, this is the place to post in advance any absences you anticipate. Outside of that, though, we really all need to be meeting our obligations to one another so that the game that we're all investing time and effort in keeps moving, and keeps being fun and productive for everyone playing - just like any other structured, team game or hobby. Ideally in a fashion that brings us to a satisfying campaign victory this side of a decade. It's a matter of doing the adult thing and making time even when it's a little difficult to squeeze that extra three minutes out of your day to make a post. Not because the game is important - it is definitely just a game - but because respecting other people's efforts and expectations in any team setting is important.
If anyone would like to browse the forum-based guides mentioned above, here are a couple of links. (I'd recommend browsing them in that order.)

Okay, well I posted that I was opening that door in the bedroom, so, whenever that happens I can post in gameplay about what I'm doing next.
As for everyone else, Sarn get to interrogating so we can be done with that and rest. You wanted that goblin kept alive so do something with it.

Posting is really at rock bottom.
Are we feeling like we're done with the game, or what? Are we bored? Should we retire the campaign?
I can put the time and effort to use elsewhere if we're just not feeling it anymore; no hard feelings. I can even run a different game for another group, if some, most, or all of you want to drop out.
If you've just been busy or out of town, please remember to post planned absences here in the Discussion Thread. Adults' hobbies with adult groups require some measure of an adult's consideration for other people's time, guys.
Everyone who IS definitely interested in continuing the campaign please post here in the Discussion Thread tonight or tomorrow.

Well considering EVERYONE posted within the last 24 hours I think everyone is still good. We can't just all sit on the computer posting every couple of hours. We all knew the game would be slow going, and maybe it will pick up speed sometimes and maybe it'll slow down sometimes. The biggest thing I don't like about it is that every other day you're freaking out about people not posting.

Spoke with Tom. His computer has been completely non functioning for days now..he is hoping to have it fixed shortly. He asked to have knowledge rolled for him on the boat (not inspired unless it is one of his specialties) and then head back to town. He also wanted to inform everyone of the number of skeletal things in the caves and suggests after going to town we take care of them and the witch.

Who has the goblin ears? I don't see them on anyone's character sheet (might just be missing them).
I think there were... 16? 1 from Nopog, +14 more from random goblins (the fifteenth got away), and +1 from Gutwad.
EDIT:
@ Mirasha: I don't know if I ever got a confirmation from you about which (if any) of your relationships were rivalries (as opposed to friendships). It really only matters for PCs that you intend to take all the way to the highest relationship level. Shalelu is obviously (I assume) a friendship, and you don't seem to be going for Diplomacy or Intimidate, so the others probably won't matter (it's very hard to bring two relationships to max level without a good score in one of those).
Still, you can get bonus party XP, if nothing else, from achieving lesser levels, so let me know which kind of relationship you'd prefer for Amieko, Koya, and Sandru. I guess insults are generally easier than gifts (though gifts don't actually have to be worth anything, gp-wise).
@ Brigitte: You might want to change that Koya relationship to a friendly rivalry, since you don't have Diplomacy (the skill that gift-giving friendships depend on). Rivalry doesn't mean "dicks to one another" (though it can); in your case, you might have a theological difference of opinions (which Desna and Gorum certainly might) which you both enjoy debating and arguing about. Rivals aren't enemies, remember.
@ Everyone: Since there are no Action Points, make sure to buff everything that might help a skill check, and/or ask for Aid Another attempts from allies before attempting a check to improve a relationship score. You only get to try the check once (though the DC starts off preeetty damn low... it's equal to your current score; Brigitte's DC with Koya is literally DC 1). Then again, you want to beat the DC by 10 every time if you can.
Also remember that you can't give each NPC a gift (or insult) each level - only one. And - again - it doesn't matter if you "miss" a level; you don't need to be level 2 to give your level 2 gift (or insult).

So this is interesting, if anyone wants to play with it.
https://www.heroforge.com/
It's a website where you can build a custom mini of your actual character (instead of a mini that you happen to own that sorta looks like them), then have it sculpted and printed and shipped to you... but you can also play with the 3D Model Editor and save screenshots of your character without paying anything.
If anyone wants to build their PC just for fun, I'll link an image of your character to the Campaign Info tab.

After I sell everything and start to divide up the cash how are we handling the things that we taken as gifts? taking it out of their individual share all eating it as a group for thems what took stuff and junk?
Two things to remember: 1.) Everyone gets a share of the xp for a PC hitting a new relationship level; but also: 2.) Giving gifts with gold piece values is not mechanically better in any way than giving free gifts (except that experimenting might reveal new gift types that the NPC likes).
EDIT: I posted the four major NPCs known likes and dislikes (for gifts and insults) to Campaign Info. Each NPC has three of each. You can discover them by experimenting, or hanging around them, or just asking.

As a heads-up: I won't be home or near my laptop from about 6:00 am tomorrow until god-knows-how-late-at-night, so chances are pretty good I won't post. Everyone else should keep up with the thread so I have things to respond to the day after, though.
Like:
- Does anyone want to buy anything?
- Are we staying in town for the day and leaving in the morning? Sooner?
- Is anyone else visiting any other NPCs to give gifts / insults? (Remember aid another and skill-boosting spells and abilities; you always want to beat the DC by 10 if you can).

15-leather armor 75g
Light wooden shield 1.5g
Chain shirt 50g
Short sword 5g
15-Short bows 225g
14-dogslicers 56g
Gutwads composite(+?) longbow ??
6-Shuriken 1.2g
Cleaned chest Appraise: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (16) + 9 = 25
Small Firework Appraise: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (20) + 9 = 29
4-Sky Rocket Appraise: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (1) + 9 = 10
4-+1 Animal bane arrows 320g
these are the numbers I came up with. Just wanted to check with glorious leader before trying to rob an old lady. and need some clarification of fireworks/composite longbow.

Abandoned Arts RPG Superstar Season 9 Top 32 |

Those all look right.
Gutwad's composite longbow has a +1 Str bonus, increasing the value by 100 gp, to a total of 200. The bow will sell for half that, or 100 gp.
You appraise the worth of the chest at 150 gp, which is what the merchant offers (art, gems, and trade goods sell for their full values).
You appraise the worth of the small fireworks (Desnan candles) at 5 gp. Each will sell for half that value; the merchant offers 2 gold 5 silver for each.
You fail to appraise the skyrockets; the merchant offers 25 gp for each.

There have been six player posts in the last five days, counting today, thus far? That's an average of about one player per day. If we were on initiative it would take us about 9 or 10 days to finish a single round, at this rate. That's roughly one month = one (short) combat encounter.
I feel like I should ask again: are people bored, or just not enjoying the play-by-post format? Or Jade Regent in particular? I can put the time and effort to use elsewhere if we're just not feeling it anymore; no hard feelings. I can even run a different game for another group composition, if some, most, or all of you are wanting to drop out but just not posting instead of saying so. In five days we should've had twenty-five player posts (5 days x 5 players); but instead we have six.
I think it's safe to assume that isn't "slow posting," it's "something is wrong or some people aren't enjoying the game." Are there broken computers / family emergencies going on? If so, please post planned absences here in Discussion. If not, let me know what's going on.
