Cousin to dragons, wyverns are known for their poisonous tail stingers. It swings unbelievably rapidly at Jax's neck...

Move? Nope. Jax has 2 level 1 spell slots left and does have shield, as long as his ac isn't beaten by 5. They came up on me Jax warns You all shouldn't have come this close burning hands: 3d6 ⇒ (3, 2, 1) = 6 which hits the bugbear and the wyvern dex 14 for half
Err, he would roll close to minimum at the one time I would need just 2 less than average, I was hoping to kill at least the bugbear

nevermind that rider I don't think hasn't been touched wasn't the one that had 8 HP, still Jax regrets nothing.

The rider points at Urth next, uttering "N'tasha...flame warden..." and with a *boom boom boom* the wyvern advances towards Urth, lashing out with its poisonous tail stinger, for taste...

Ostensibly in finality, Molok tears off the side of its head with his rock force and the wyvern lacks the brainpower for a coherent scream in death, getting out little more than a gurgle.

Jax then altruistically pummels the carcass with ancient arcana, hoping to keep his friend happy.

The hobgoblin doesn't look happy about this "You...I've raised that worm since he was wee. I'm gonna kill all of you a*#%~%$s."

Moving from the corpse of the wyvern, Molok walks towards the hobgoblin, raising his maul and bringing it down on the rider.

Moving a bit closer to the beast. Seeing Molok being so close Dymm would like to inspire him. "You got this buddy!" Not sure if we can retcon him using this in this round for one of this attacks, since they were so close to hitting. Reactions and inspiration are tricky in combat like this vs at the table.

A quick glance to your flank reveals the perfect small cleft to disappear behind with the hobgoblin. Most of the field has had its trees uprooted, and some of the remaining pock marks gather together in natural trenches.

Although the enemy would see precisely where you go, perhaps you could fake them out somehow.
