Yah, as a spell trigger magic item, I didn't think activating a wand required speech (or anything other than the knowledge of the spell being triggered). Kind of makes the whole attempt that much less effective. :/
I guess all that's left is rocket tag. :(
Biting off curses at the sounds of his own loud teammates preparing in what—to him—is a near-deafening audible level, Javi checks the door for traps or locks, then opens it and rushes invisibly through.
___________
Quietly open door (using same old Perception/Disable Device if necessary)
Then stealth-rush into the room (I'll pick a destination once we get a map for the next room.

As Flik goes to open the door, someone else beats him to it. The door opens to reveal a pale vampiric-looking man in platemail armor wielding a greatsword, and a a tall lanky tiefling wearing only robes and boots. He has two very long horns, about 8 inches in length each.
They beat you on initiative, so after they all act I'll post an updated map and you guys will be able to act.

Round 1
As Flik goes to open the door, someone else beats him to it. The door opens to reveal a pale vampiric-looking man in platemail armor wielding a greatsword, and a a tall lanky tiefling wearing only robes and boots. He has two very long horns, about 8 inches in length each.
The pale warrior steps forward, his hand glowing with a vile energy. He studies Jing Long for a brief moment, seeming to pierce his soul. The dhampir then lashes out before the Jing Long can react, and smacks him in the chest.
Fort save: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (6) + 11 = 17
Jing Long's flesh withers, but he fights off a sudden feeling of sickness that clenches his gut.
The tiefling spellcaster raises his hands and chants an incantation, summoning a large orb of fire into existence on top of Jing Long.
Reflex save: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
Damage: 3d6 ⇒ (6, 4, 4) = 14
It burns him badly.
Jing Long - You took 9 neg energy damage, but made a fort save (with a 17) to avoid being sickened. Then failed a reflex save (rolled an 11) and took 14 fire damage.
You guys are up.

Flik |

Invisibly, Flik springs into action, tumbling between the warrior's legs and deeper into their room, trying to get eyes on all of the opponents.
_______________
MOVE: Acro to tumble through the opponent's (-P.-2) square, then full-speed stealth around to square -N.2 (taking 10 as usual)
Acro vs 5 + tiefling's CMD: 1d20 + 21 ⇒ (7) + 21 = 28
Then a conditional action:
— If I can't see all three opponents, Flik will draw the Scroll of See Invisibility from his spring-loaded wrist sheath (SWIFT) and activate it with a whisper (STANDARD)). Then I'd love to have a description of the other two opponents (rough physical description as well as visible arms and armor, and specifically any arcane tools such as spell component pouches, foci, or scroll cases).
— If I see all three opponents, I'd love that same description of the remaining two opponents before I choose my swift and standard actions.

Jing Long |

I'm assuming that was a touch of corruption or something for negative energy so an Anti Paladin. Well 9 damage is impossible. It only 1d6 at level 3, doesn't get the other d6 till level 4 just like lay on hands. Remember I have a reroll for a save, but I wouldn't use it on a reflex save unless I'm low on health. Stats reflect fire damage after resistance. Need to know how much touch of corruption was for to adjust. I haven't been smited correct? You know if you have I will attack assuming I'm not.
Negative energy back to the abyss with you.
Jing rages and full attacks the Paladin with Pummeling Strike.

5'step Forward staring at caster as his meatshield lays bloody and dead. I hope :)

Flik |

Okay, then I'll go ahead and finish my round. Trying to lock down the caster was the goal, anyway.
Flik switches direction and steps adjacent to the unaware mage, pulling out one of his nets on the way ... which he quickly hurls at the tiefling, uttering a dark prayer at the same time.
________
Finish move in -O.2, drawing a net on the way.
Swift to cast Litany of Sloth on the tiefling mage.
Standard to throw net at him, with a +2 (for invisibility) against his flat-footed touch AC.
net: 1d20 + 9 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 9 + 2 = 23
Success means he's Entangled, and Flik is holding the trailing end.

DM Jelani |

Okay, sorry if this is coming off clumsily, it’s my first time dming pvp.
When Isaac cast a third creature appeared, a ratfolk, who zapped Isaac with a magic missile wand. He’s right next to the tiefling and dhampir in the middle square north of them.
Jing - You have been smitten which is where the extra 3 damage is coming from (he rolled a 6). Want to change those attacks to the tiefling? That’s fine if so.

Jing Long |

That make way more sense. No go ahead keep both on the paladin. Hope they both hit. Is he wearing a shield or just full plate? Was he detecting good through the door or did he just get lucky? Funny though if they didn't win init. This would have been almost over :)

Invisibly, Flik springs into action, tumbling between the warrior's legs and deeper into their room, trying to get eyes on all of the opponents.
Isaac raises his hand and casts a spell. As he starts casting a little ratfolk wielding a wand breaks invisibility and zaps him with a magic missile.
Take 7 damage, Isaac.
A ball of snow appears in Isaac's hand. He throws it at the vampiric figure. It shatters against the man's chest, freezing him badly.
"Negative energy back to the abyss with you," Jing says raging. He steps forward and pops the dhampir's head like a ripe melon with two rapid-fire blows.
The antipaladin is dead, -40. :P

Round 2
The tiefling wizard struggles in the net, moving his hands around to align them with Flik. He concentrates and a huge gout of flame shoots out of his hands and burns the net, and the goblin.
Reflex save: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9
Flik takes 3 fire damage.
The ratfolk quickly analyzes the Half-Orc and notes several flaws in his defense. He then take a quick step back, casts a spell and disappears.
You guys are up.

Isaac Kohl |

A bolt of freezing air and ice erupts from Isaac's hand as he strikes out blindly towards the last known location of the ratfolk.
Sending a ray of frost enhanced with Rime Spell at the square where the ratfolk was when he dissapeared.
ranged touch attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10 damage: 1d3 ⇒ 3

No flanking, I believe, since Flik's not wielding a weapon. but even without it...heh. SPLOOSH

Flik |

Flik's wearing a spiked gauntlet, so he should be threatening. Should he have gotten an AoO when the Tiefling cast his spell? It'd be nice to save the net and damage, if possible.
Flik giggles gleefully as a second long-legs crumples under the vicious whirling three-section staff. As the rat-thing vanishes, Flik ejects a scroll from his wrist sheath and activates it with a word.
Between his new invisibility-piercing sight and his arcanically-enhanced sniffer, he tries to locate the final opponent and point it out to his teammates.

Swift to draw Scrolll of See Invisible from Spring-loaded wrist sheath, then standard to activate it.
Using See Invisibility and Bloodhound (Scent), Flik locates and moves next to the rat-folk (and behind him in relationship with Jing, if movement allows), calling out his position with a wicked, "He's here! He's here! SPLODE HIM!"

A bolt of freezing air and ice erupts from Isaac's hand as he strikes out blindly towards the last known location of the ratfolk. It doesn't seem to hit anything.
Jing continues his rage after dropping the paladin. He steps up gaining a flank on the caster. His staff moves so fast that it cannot even be seen as it whips through the air towards the wizard's head and crotch. The blow creates a low WHUMP as the caster is bluntly bisected. His two halves spray outward from the force of the blow, painting most of the room in blood.
Flik giggles gleefully as a second long-legs explodes under the vicious whirling three-section staff. As the rat-thing vanishes, Flik ejects a scroll from his wrist sheath and activates it with a word.
Between his new invisibility-piercing sight and his arcanically-enhanced sniffer, he tries to locate the final opponent and point it out to his teammates. The rat has yet to vacate his previous position.
End of Round 2
Over to the ratfolk.

Flik |

Since we just got the round 2 wrap up post from Jelani, I'm guessing he just had a busy day yesterday. Though I guess its possible that Jelani updated the other team's thread yesterday, has only just now updated ours, and we actually have been waiting on the rat. That just seems less likely.

DM Jelani |

Round 3
"Screw this! A silly flag isn't worth dying for. I'm no threat to you and just want to get out of here with my skin intact. Leave me alone, and I'll do the same," says a small voice from the position of the ratfolk. Still invisible, the ratfolk then runs as far as possible from the opposing team.
You're up. He's still invisible, he's also only in range of Flik's darkvision at the moment (the room is dark).

Flik |

Flik scurries after the fleeing, invisible opponent, drawing his wicked scimitar and watching for traps on the way. ”Notting to have much reason to keeping mouse-man conscious,” he says in a singsongy voice. ”Butting to have no reason to making mouse-man 'sloded, either.”
Flik stops by the rat-folk and points directly at him for his teammates’ sake. ”Knocking him out?”

Perception (for traps in the room): 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (10) + 17 = 27

Jing Long |

Jing ends his rage and takes a few deep breaths.
Yes knock him out Flik, we don't want to loose because we were nice.
Besides isn't this some game being ran by some all powerfull types for sport so we are true reserected after each battle or something so we can do it again :)

Flik |

Ouch, Jing. Words hurt, man. ;P
Flik blinks as a bit of leftover sleepy magic washes over him. Then he gets to work pulling a length of silk rope from his pack ... which he tosses to the massive tiefling. "Tying mouse-man up. No reasons to be risking lies."
Then the goblin goes back to work, quickly checking this room for traps before looking at whatever doors this other crew didn't seem to go through.
Back to business as usual. Flik will be taking 10 on Perception and Stealth, activating Detect Magic as they move from room to room, looking for both the wandering monster and the flag.
I guess a map update would be nice, but at this point—since we're not racing the other party anymore—the path taken isn't as important so long as we're always exploring new areas. Let's just move forward with Flik on point, uber-percepting for traps, secret passages, and listening at doors for threats.
Also, altogether, how long have we been in the dungeon?

Jing Long |

Jing approached the goblin and feels around on the floor for the sleeping ratfolk.
uh... I have never tried to tie up anything invisible before I may be tieing legs to arms or what not. Why don't you take a moment to assist me and let my burns heal a bit while were at it. You know since you can see it.
Just want to use the 9 round remainging to rest and be at full HP for the monster. Too bad I only bought one charge of false life.
After Flik helps Jing tie up the rat, Jing rest as Flick checks the room. He hands the other end of the rope to Isaac.
There you go he should wake up soon... You can walk your new pet rat man. Besides it gives you something to keep in front of you when we find the monster.
Jing laughs.

Flik |

Hopefully the rat-man cast Vanish instead of Invisibility, but either way...
Flik nods and helps the massive long-legs locate and identify the different invisible appendages. As they work, the goblin looks up through red eyes ... first at Jing and then over at Isaac. "Flik is'ing glad to being on this team for first fight." The red eyes open even wider ... threatening to completely overwhelm his scarred face, "... not to wanting to have to been froze and smashed to bits like thosing long-legs over there."
Otherwise ... Flik waits for Jing's go-ahead before pressing on as I outlined above.

DM Jelani |

The rat appears after the next few seconds, and is subsequently tied up.
Flik spends the next minute looking around the adjacent rooms. It seems that they are all dead ends, which had already been opened and searched by the other group.
To be honest, haven't been keeping track round by round. It didn't seem necessary with both groups moving at the same pace. I'd say roughly ~15 minutes at this point.
