The side cart items did not move to ship with my latest subscription.

Please correct this error.

Hello Rick,

The items didn't go into your subscription order because you added them to your sidecart after the order was generated. When the system generates a subscription order it looks in your sidecart to see if there is anything in there that is ready to go so it can pull them into the order. But it doesn't look at the sidecart again until the next time it generates an order. So if you put something into the sidecart after an order has generated, even if that order has not shipped the item will wait until the next months order is generated.

You can still add items to the pending order by selecting the "Ship with order xxxxxxx" shipping option during checkout. You can also let us know and we can move the items into the order manually. Since the subscription order has already shipped out I can no longer move the items into it though.


The selection for "Ship with order 7472880" is missing from the options.

Can you please move the items.

Hello Rick,

You don't see it because, as I mentioned in the previous post, order 7472880 has already shipped. You will only see that option when the order is pending. Likewise I cannot move the items into that order because it has shipped. Did you want me to move them into their own order and have that go right away?
