Nova not showing

Right now i am at 32 tables of credit for starfinder society but my second nova is not appearing.
This was never a problem with pfs stars or with my first nova so i have no idea why this is happening.

A glitch like that happened to me with PFS Stars before. Have someone else report you as playing in a game and see if that works.

Or it could be because the website has been super glitchy lately. I'll flag your post for the website issues Forum.

I too have lost my one Nova. 13 games reported, and none of my posts, account, or downloaded card show my only Nova.

Will see if me reporting my next table fixes it.

It's showing for GreyYeti now. It'll probably show for you soon.

I'll be earning my 2nd Nova at PacifiCon, and then immediately be using it to replay the Special. I plan on showing the GM the table credits on my profile + the sessions I just finished earlier that day, since I doubt reporting will get done before end of Con.

There was a hiccup with relation to how repeatable scenarios were being calculated. Looks like it's fixed now!

Nope, still not showing my NOVA. I have 12 SFS tables reported per my account, and yes there are several runs of 1-00. Maybe that's the problem?

Talked to some people, looks like the fix to resolve the issue caused some further headaches with Nova allocation. Our tech team is investigating.

I think that there are a bunch of CSS issues involving properly showing novas on different devices that the web team will eventually need to clean up.

I'm showing (correctly) as 60 sessions but my membership card still only has 2 novas.

Tangentially related, I still don't know what a Nova is supposed to look like. In the desktop view (Firefox) all I can see is a box with four numbers/letters (29BS?). Mobile view (Chrome) just shows a crossed box.
I have never seen the Nova symbol.

It should look like this but yes, I have the same problem.

It'll be a vector graphic on your membership card tho, looks similar to a planet with rings (like Saturn)

I just reported my own 61st session, and now my membership card shows 3 novas.

Someone on the web team may have written something like "sessions > 60" (greater than 60) instead of "sessions >= 60" (greater than or equal to 60)

Edit: looks like 4 of the 5 sessions of Into the Unknown I ran are not being counted, as they have some kind of warning that I ran it before.

I have those too. Its a general warning and should not affect a game being counted.

I do now have 5 novas showing op on my GM tab, did not have that before.

Yeah it's weird, it definitely says "You have 10 tables of credit for Starfinder Society." and clicking refresh does nothing. Maybe once I submit my 11th game after tonight...?

I reported an 11th table and my Nova came up. Maybe report a new table when you run one and it will come up?

Yes, it has been harder to get Starfinder tables going with PF-2 also in the works. The same people who are daring enough to try PF-2 were those daring enough to try Starfinder.

I feel like most locations can do 2 of the 3. But getting all three can be challenging.

Just got back from traveling for 3 weeks and still no second nova though my count says 30 tables. I will do another one soon (or hopefully the 5 from Cons in March and May get reported) and I will see if that changes things.

I have a similar problem. I have 5 Novas listed in my profile but only one is showing up on my card. I should have two since I now have 30 tables completed.

Any idea when this can be corrected/fixed?
