Hi Paizo

Would you be able to cancel the three player Companions in my sidecart, please?

I’d also like to cancel two of my subscriptions to the Starfinder RPG line.

Finally, there’s a few PFB figures sitting in my sidecart which I understand have actually shipped (?) I don’t have a confirmation email for that, but if so - would you be able to scrub them from my sidecart, please?

Hello Steve,

I have cancelled the 3 Companions that were in your sidecart. I have also reduced the Starfinder RPG subscriptions by 2. You shouldn't see the miniatures in your sidecart anymore.

I have some questions about your sidecart. I recall you called and we moved the deck protectors to an order so they can ship out. But I see them all in your sidecart now. Did they get put back into the sidecart or I am just remembering incorrectly? If they did get put back was that intentional or did you still want them in a separate order? I think it was in that same conversation that we talked about the miniatures already being fulfilled.

You're kind of remembering right - it was the D&D book we split into a 'ship immediately' order (and that happened). The deck protectors we thought we'd leave there and see if they get swept up in the June subscription run.

They're a weird one - I think it's nine months or something since I ordered them, so the fact they haven't fulfilled in one of the intervening subscriptions is peculiar (they can't be THAT exotic!) I'll watch the upcoming subscription run and see if they behave as one would expect. If they cause a delay or anything, I'll let you know to get the tech people to look into it maybe (?)

Irrespective - everything is good from my side now.

Although actually (now that I look at it) those campaign coins have been there a while too - would you mind investigating them and seeing if the copper piece "backorder" status has changed to "no longer available"?

The gold pieces are apparently available, so the fact they haven't shipped yet is also peculiar. Perhaps the fact I have multiple copies of the same thing listed individually is the glitch? (as opposed to Coins (4) which I've seen from time to time).

Anyhow - any light you could shed would be appreciated!

Thanks for clearing that up!

We're running the auth right now, so we should see about the deck protectors very soon (I had the warehouse do a physical check just in case our system just wasn't admitting we don't have them, we do). If they don't please let us know and we can manually move them and ping the tech team.

I spoke to the webstore team about the coins (the gold coins aren't in either) and they told me they have a very large order with Campaign Coins in the process of being fulfilled. So we are expecting to have them both in soon. I also let them know the website isn't indicating that we don't have the gold coins in our warehouse so I think they will be updating that soon.

Thanks for chasing down the coins for me. Once more I discover that the main source of problems with my account is not your store, but rather my patience. :)

While you were digging through all this for me I was speaking to Katina, so I'm not sure where things are with the following (it might all be sorted):

The deck protectors didn't spawn with the June subscription (although they now list as all lumped together as one item, rather than listing multiple times, so perhaps next month will be fine).

I'm not in a rush for them - shall we leave it until July and see if they get swept up then?

My sidecart is getting all tidied up bit by bit. Thanks to you all for your ongoing help.
