Lol. I think Eadie is safer in the imaginations of anyone who’s encountered her, than on the streets of Seattle.
The same is not true of the Lady in Red or Mr Pepper (I’m sure).
I am prepared to Cosplay a jet-lagged Aussie, looking to break bread and share a laugh with some of the Flaxseeders I have interacted with on these boards.

It went great!!! They are actually doing an all day teaching on the Caspian Sea and the Surounding Countries soon.

PARTY UPDATE
We have a Cascade Room reserved for us by Sara Marie. Nomadical has done some leg work with us with the hotel and discovered that with hotel corkage issues we are going to have to do this as a “Bring Your Own Lunch”. A pizza or two delivered to the front of the hotel might be okay as is picking up your own to-go orders — but we cannot do a big group plan without the hotel wanting to cater it.
There’s also a sandwich place in the hotel. Plan on bringing your own meal (or meals for you and a couple friends) and maybe a small snack to share. We’re not planning on alcohol, but if you wish to have some, any booze needs to bought from the hotel’s own bars.
Apparently, the seminar in the room right after our lunch is the “Play-by-Post panel” so if any newcomers want to eat with us, they can then do the panel afterwards while the rest of you escape to your lottery events or other activities.
