Thanks for letting us know, turns out that was indeed an error :D It looks like our system was having some trouble calculating, since it was trying to fit everything in one gigantic package. Since the minis ship in their own packaging, I've moved them to their own order to try to un-tangle things. It does look like that did the trick, since now both orders are displaying shipping costs.

I'll go ahead and send you a confirmation email for both of them, so you can look them over to verify that everything is correct. Just let me know if our system is doing any more wacky things!

The order splitting worked fine (I even get the $10 shipping discount twice now!), however there’s still a couple of glitches, I suspect:

The non-minis order is going standard mail (where I have my subscription shipping method set as USPS Priority). Would you mind amending that, please?

The minis order says it’s going UPS International to a P.O. Box (and they won’t deliver to PO Boxes). My preference is getting the minis to the PO Box (which has been possible before). However, if that’s not going to work and UPS is the only option, could you let me know please? I’ll have to figure out an appropriate shipping address.

Hmm, one final thing...

In this post, Diego suggested the chain mail dice bag in my sidecart should have shipped last month and that I should let you know if it doesn’t ship in April.

It appears to be stuck there again. I’d be reaaally keen to see this sooner rather than later, if at all possible.

Here’s the dicebag in question.

It’s on backorder now, but apparently there is one in the warehouse somewhere..

Hi Steve,

Sorry for all the confusion! It looks like there may be a problem with shipping calculation after all, so I might hold off on making any changes to your minis order until we know what's going on. We'll be letting warehouse know to not start shipping until we know what's going on.

In the meantime, I have canceled the Worldscape book from your sidecart and moved the dice bag into order #4905774. I'll send you an updated confirmation email for that, even though we may be able to change it later once we've got stuff all figured out.
