Hi CS people
I placed some orders a while back which seem to have been spinning their wheels in the sidecart. Would you be able to look into them for me and tell me if they're ever going to arrive or if they're one of those "on backorder" things that don't really exist any more?
The items in question are the clear card sleeves (they've been there a peculiarly long time) and both dice bags - I kind of expect the last two to be non-existent, but I placed them in a batch of other dice bags and the others arrived, so perhaps they are real.
Any help would be appreciated!

In case it's useful, these are the items in question:
Dice Bag (this wasn't on backorder when I ordered it).
Second Dice Bag (this is showing as available, but I'm pretty sure I ordered it outside the 'should ship by' window).
Deck protector (this also was in stock when I placed the order. If these are discontinued, is there perhaps something equivalent I could get instead?)

Hello Steve,
We have the chainmail bag, but I am unclear if it didn't go into your order because we got it after the order was generated or if something kept it from moving out of your sidecart. If you don't see it on your April order please let us know.
I asked the webstore team about the other items as they are past the expected arrival time. They tell me that the leather bag is from a cosigner who is no longer active, so we will likely never receive the bag. They are currently taking down any of the items from that cosigner that we don't already have off the site. I have cancelled it from your sidecart. They told me we do have the smaller leather bag in the warehouse if you would like that instead.
The deck protectors are a backorder item. I don't have an estimate for when they may be available again,but as soon as Ultra Pro has more for us we will get them on the way.
