Gaelden the Lost
Gaelden cracked his knuckles, and then began to stretch in preparation for the coming fight. The metallic Aasimar looked ahead intently in anticipation.

Right on Grumbaki, that's kind of what I figured.
Let's start this a different way then.
The party has been tasked with killing an evil necromancer in a crumbling ruin. She's a major NPC, so she's going to be Gestalt like you are; I'm going to do the typical "good at one thing" build for it, and you know this, because she's been terrorizing the countryside with her minion horde.
I'll plop you right outside of a building. You have had time to cast your hours long buffs and prepare; anything shorter than, say, 20 rounds, should be tracked, everything else'll last more than long enough. And note that I neither expect this to take 20 days, nor will I be waiting 20 days to get started on the real campaign; Kingmaker's not combat-intensive unless it is, so we have time to get the momentum going again before I need to worry about mechanical fixes.
So buff up. I'll snag a map right quick like, and if your tactics include anything aside from "run in and beat s*!~ up," let me know what you scouted and such.
Krafnik Thorgrappin
Krafnik starts bard song giving all +1/+1 and casts allegro and then casts vanish and moves in stealth for 5 rounds scouting the area at half speed
stealth: 1d20 + 30 ⇒ (20) + 30 = 50
shot 1: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (16) + 9 = 25
crit confirm: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (11) + 9 = 20
damage 1: 3d8 + 15 ⇒ (6, 2, 2) + 15 = 25
point blank, bard song, STR bow, whet stone sharpened arrow
rapid shot: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (11) + 9 = 20
allegro shot: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (10) + 9 = 19
damage 2: 1d8 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
damage 3: 1d8 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10
Not including smite evil but if I do it gets alot better.
Zilybar Gnaz
Zilybar prepares himself for the moment that that move in to encounter the necromancer. Not sure what to expect at this time, other than it is an evil necromancer, he goes with his base defense.
Casting Invisibility on himself just before the door is opened, to make it last as long as he can. Once inside he will try to add more defenses to himself as he moves into the shadows to hide. Taking 10 on Stealth for a 24 with invisibility and moving 44. Standing still with Invisibility 64. If i read the spell correctly.
Gaelden the Lost
Will cast Bull’s Strength on himself, lasts for 4 minutes. Moving forward, looking for something to punch or kick.
Lady Ionnia Orlovsky
With a necromancer and if we knew that is who we'd be facing I would have prayed for different spells. Ones focusing on Curbing the undead.
Gonna slowly move forward and prepare a few spells before I enter, one is Hide from Undead
