Skull & Shackles charictor cards missing :(

I just purchased the skull and shackles base set from a retail store and when I got it home and went through the contents of the box I noticed the charictor cards and fleet card were missing.

I'm really gutted because I have already put in an order for the second and third adventure add-ons and now I can't even play.

How do I go about receiving the missing cards? Should I go back to the company I purchased the base set from?


Hey James. Welcome to PACG. Customer service doesn't open for a few more hours. In an attempt to help, I can tell you that typically in this situation, Paizo will ask you to first try to return the product to the store for an exchange. The store can get a refund from their distributor, who can get a refund from Paizo. If the store is unwilling or there are problems, then Paizo customer service can help you out. (I've never seen anyone not happy with the end result in this unfortunate b situation).

I'm the meantime, you can access some PACG resources. There are character sheets so you can see their characters. I think there is also a fleet card PDF in the Skull and Shackles character sheets.

Thank you for your response. You may say you are not customer service however that's probably the best customer service I have ever received! I have contacted my retailer and have downloaded the missing information so I can at least get started. Again thank you for your help and welcoming me to the community. I look forward to playing the game with physical cards and not just on the (amazing) app.

If you've already gotten help from the store, awesome.

If not, since it's a small number of cards, we can help you. Just send us an email with your shipping address and what cards are missing, and we can send you replacement cards at some point (please note that we are really backlogged right now, so it might take awhile to get to it).

James, if you do end up getting replacements from Paizo instead of a new box from your store, you can find a card list here. And if you are interested, you can pick up some of the promo cards, including a character that Paizo has for sale.
