Thank you for your response. You may say you are not customer service however that's probably the best customer service I have ever received! I have contacted my retailer and have downloaded the missing information so I can at least get started. Again thank you for your help and welcoming me to the community. I look forward to playing the game with physical cards and not just on the (amazing) app.


I just purchased the skull and shackles base set from a retail store and when I got it home and went through the contents of the box I noticed the charictor cards and fleet card were missing.

I'm really gutted because I have already put in an order for the second and third adventure add-ons and now I can't even play.

How do I go about receiving the missing cards? Should I go back to the company I purchased the base set from?
