The Technomancer's Fabricate Arms Magic Hack can be used to temporarily make a set of armor out of magic energy. Whatever item you create with it usually comes into being already equipped. But what happens if the Technomancer tries to create armor while still wearing another set?
Does the Magic Hack simply fail? Would that still consume the spell slot?
Does one of the sets fall into a nearby space instead?
Does the normal set get magically sent into a temporary storage space until the Magic Hack ends?
Do both sets "overlap" and the character applies some statistics from one and some from the other (like wearing light armor while in a powered armor)? If that's the case, can one create a set of heavy armor while wearing powered armor and get benefits from both?
Or would it be some other option?

Well.
Fabricate Tech specifies that the item appears in your hands or an adjacent square.
Fabricate Arms adds 'on your person' to the available places.
If you're wearing armor, I'd say you can't end up with your magic armor appearing on you, but as far I can see via the rules, that's just my call. So I guess if your GM decides you can do that, then yes.
Other than that, no, the bonuses won't stack if you manage to have 2 armors on at the same time. Armor bonuses never stack. Best case scenario, you take the better of the AC numbers and the worse of the ACP, max dex, and mobility numbers.

Would Fabricate Tech allow you to conjure an item in an occupied hand? Would it allow you to conjure an item in an 'adjacent square' when there is no adjacent square?
The answers to both of those is obviously "no", its not going to magically bypass the concept that the destination has to actually be there, and open. Thus, it won't let you conjure a suit of armor on yourself, when you are already wearing armor.
