Necrocraft scaling

Rules Questions

As a necrocraft gets bigger, should I increase its str and lower its dex? Also, as it gains hit dice beyond the base 4d8, should I increase its ability scores with floating +1's?

EDIT: I'm aware of the Extra Strength option, but this is something I'm thinking of for automatic (because Huge+ with only 15 str seems a little wimpy as a baseline)

You're supposed to use size/ attribute mods. I think Huge ends up with high 20 something Str.

Thank you. I'm a little fuzzy on where to find that, though.

(also, number of hit dice increases: more to stats, or not for this?)

EDIT: Never mind, I found the table. But does it count as increasing hit dice per monster advancement to use a larger version? I'm fairly sure Dragons just use flat increases without regard for size/HD except as they correlate to age, so I'm not certain about this; if it counts as advancement or just a larger version.

I'm not sure for necrocrafts, but when adding HD to a monster (as a GM), you increase a stat at 4, 8 etc.

Yup, increases it to large. Should be in... I'll try and find it.

Necroing this. Bestiary 1 size adjustment I /think/ applies. (Chart under the same section as increasing hit dice) So +8 Str, -2 Dex (except for the jump to gargantuan and collosal) and +2 Natural Armor per size category, not including what you give them for CP.

This makes sense with a few of their abilities, like increased strength which can be taken only twice, as at collosal size, the dex would be reduced to I believe 5. Just above the bare minimum to move. Now that said, as far as I can tell Necrocraft don't get the normal ability score at 4, 8, 12, or 16 hit dice, as they don't level. As a player you're simply making a new one with new CP and size stats.

If someone could correct me on this, that would be lovely, cause it makes sense but I can't seem to find confirmation.
