A perhaps stupid question regarding mythic spells

Rules Questions

Hey pathfinding people!

As I understand, mythic spells are generally souped up versions of regular spells, only available to characters with mythic tiers.

However, the books which introduced mythic tiers, also introduced some brand new spells, which weren't versions of old spells. In Mythic Adventures, these are introduced with the following text:

Mythic Adventures wrote:

The following are new spells that affect the mythic rules

or mythic creatures in some way. Unlike the mythic spells
presented earlier in this chapter, you don't need a mythic
tier to cast most of these spells.

In the Mythic Origins, there's a spell called Elemental Bombardment, which is super cool. My first thought was, that since it isn't an upgraded version of a regular spell, this is a spell you don't need mythic tiers to cast, since Mythic Origins references Mythic Adventures for rules on casting mystical spells. However, it seems kinda strong, and on d20pfsrd, it's listed under mythic spells. It also has a mythic component, which allows you to enhance it, if you expend a use of mythic power.

So my question is - these spells from Mythic Origins which aren't mythic versions of regular spells, are they available to all characters, or just those with Mythic tiers?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can clear this up for me.

Based on the fact it belongs to the same set of spells as Ascension I would assume it requires mythic because a none mythic creature granting mythic power makes 0 sense to me. That's me drawing a logical conclusion not having a RAW answer though so take it with a pinch of salt.

That's a good point, but it's also kind of what made me go the other way. Because ascension appears directly underneath the text, which says that most of the spells in the set don't require you to be mythic. Also, to be fair, unless you use mythic power, you need a minor artifact as a focus so you could see that spell being a way for non-mythic characters with accees to an artifact, to buy (10.000 gp materials) access to some mythic fun, for a time.
