fay sorcerer with familiar-can I archetype

Lets say I am playing a fay-bloodline sorcerer and I have chosen the bloodline familiar option from the familiar folio.

Could I apply an archetype to this familiar? Could I apply an archetype to myself?

By RAW the familiar could take an archetype as the ability gain in an "additional ability", it added to it's 1st level list rather than modify/substitute.

The Sorcerer is trickier as the Bloodline Fmiliar modify your 1st level Bloodline Power and delay/alter your Bloodline Bonus Spell progression by "1 increment".

So the only archetype that doesn't modify the 1st level Bloodline Power nor the Bloodline Bonus Spell (making it legit by RAW) would be the Seeker .

Looking at the PFS additional Ressources and Campaign Clarification, both seem PFS legal too.

Like Andre says there isn't a general problem with additional Archetypes for yourself or the Familiar, the issue is simply the normal compatability check between Archetypes, with "Bloodline Familiar" altering your Sorceror Class Abilities. There doesn't seem to be any conflict with Familiar Archetypes because the BL Familiar just grants an additional ability, it doesn't modify normal Familiar abilities.

FYI, the Varisian Tattooed Sorceror Archetype in Inner Sea Magic also grants a Familiar at 1st level, which you can absorb into your body as tattoo at-will. It's a pretty good archetype that I've enjoyed with Fey Bloodline, basically getting 1-3 extra spell slots but you must "prepare" them ahead of time as Standard action (akin to using Pearl of Power but not needing to cast spell first), or for the daily SLA, make longer term decision at 9/15/20th level. The SLA and all BL Spells as well as chosen School of magic all benefit from Varisian Tattoo CL bonus.
