Hi,
Been trying to do what the Subject line says but I keep getting a message that my shopping cart is full, I am only about half way through the list of Miniatures I wish to buy. The cart is prompting me to contact you guys about if I want to add more items to the cart, is this possible? and if so whats the procedure here? I would prefer doing this in one order rather than splitting it over multiple orders if at all possible.

CS will have a more elegant solution, I'm sure. However, if you were in a hurry, you could do this:
- Start a subscription to the Adventure Path line - selecting "cheapest option" as the shipping method.
- Place your first order as it currently stands (choosing "ship with my subscriptions" as the shipping option
- Place the second, third, however many orders it takes (also choosing "ship with my subscriptions" for each of them)
- Go to the sidecart section of your account (a little ways down on the right - it should be listing all the minis you've just ordered) and select "ship as soon as possible". This should generate an order with everything you've currently got ordered and will ship it as cheaply as possible (it might break it into multiple packages as that is sometimes cheaper).
- Email customer service and ask them to cancel your AP subscription
I'm pretty sure that would achieve what you're trying to do (note that you won't get the PF advantage discount this way - if your order is large enough you may well find that the 15% discount is worth more than the $21.24+postage it costs for one instalment and that you should actually leave the subscription in place).

What Steve suggested would work. However, if you don't want to mess with starting the a subscription, you can try:
1) Submit multiple orders and we can try to combine them (ideally, I would recommend trying to do this while we are in the office (our phone lines are open from 10am to 5pm PST, Monday through Friday), so we have a better chance to combine them before the warehouse gets to them.
2) Move items to your saved for later section, and we can pull and submit them from there. You can either move everything to this section; or some of them, and leave some in your shopping cart and we can combine them.

Suggestion 1 doesn't work for me as I am in Australia (GMT +10) to be precise and with time zones and international phone calls. I have went with suggestion 2 which works better for me if you could merge my cart with my saved for later list I can fine-tune my order as I think I may have gone a little over board with my choices, this should also save me some money on shipping

It looks like Sharaya actually put all of the items into an order for you already. It should be on your Order History as order #1885845. You should have also received a confirmation email for it, but I'll go ahead and send another one just in case.
The order is suspended, so it won't send out before we are able to make all the necessary adjustments. Feel free to take a look over the order in either your Order History or the confirmation email, and make sure that everything looks right.
Currently, the order has USPS Priority selected as the shipping method, but I'll list the options below so you can choose a different one if you'd like:
2) USPS Priority: 1 package, 6 - 10 business days = $67.96
3) USPS First Class: 2 packages, 12 - 20 business days = $76.08
4) UPS International: 1 package, 5 business days, tracking information included = $78.58
If you'd like to change the shipping method, just let us know and we can change it to one of the options listed above. If you'd like to keep it the same, then we'll just need to unsuspend the order before getting it on it's way to you.
I also wanted to point out that a few of the miniatures are marked as unavailable, which means that we are unlikely to receive any more of them in the near future. I have canceled them from your order, and you have not been charged for them.

I will look it over and triple check everything ASAP. Shipping wise can we please bump it up to UPS International.
Quick question the three miniatures you listed as unavailable are showing up in my view of the storefront as still available, is this a glitch or something?
If there are unavailable can we please switch in Replacement for the free league ranger for the same quantity of them and we wont worry about replacing the others

I have switched the shipping method to UPS International.
As for the miniatures the issue is that we had one of each, you ordered more than one. I have uncancelled them and reduced their quantity to the correct amount. Since we had 1 in stock once they were cancelled they because available on the website again.
You will be receiving an updated email confirmation reflecting these changes. The order remains suspended until we get your ok to get it going.
