My GM won't change the gold on the sheet till someone official make an FAQ change.

That's pretty clearly an error on the chronicle. It should be changed. If the GM is hesitant to do so, find the e-mail of your local Venture-Lieutenant or Venture-Captain and contact them with this issue. Make sure to give your GM's name and e-mail address.

Out of subtier gold is always the average of the gold earned in the low subtier and the high subtier (rounded up). The number is presented so that GMs don't have to calculate the average.

In the case of 7-27, the out of subtier gold on the Chronicle sheet is incorrect, and 2244 gp is the correct value.
