I haven't played PFS sanctioned games for like two years. I've been keeping up with Paizo on this site, and know there have been significant changes in how chars are tracked and documented. Can I still update my chars from 2014/2015 to the new standards so I can play them in official PFS (if so, how can I get some help updating them)? Or do I need to start over with all new chars?

If you only played a few years ago all your characters should all be fine. There may be a few tweaks that need to be made item and spell wise.

Out of subtier gold is always the average of the gold earned in the low subtier and the high subtier (rounded up). The number is presented so that GMs don't have to calculate the average.

In the case of 7-27, the out of subtier gold on the Chronicle sheet is incorrect, and 2244 gp is the correct value.

My GM won't change the gold on the sheet till someone official make an FAQ change.

I've been a four star GM for a few weeks now. But I don't have access to any of the four star games. Such as Serpents Rise.

I can't find how to get con boons.

I'm running a small event this weekend with nine tables. I know its too late for physical stuff. But I was hoping we could try for a few boon sheets.

I will be playing in a ninth level adventure

I was told I could not craft my own items when creating my character

IE: So as to save gold and get more/better gear

I looked around a bit and I can't find the rules on building a character not starting at level one or that say I can't craft before an adventure starts
