banner of the ancient kings / flagbearer feat with bards?

so ive seen a lot of people recommending you get the banner of the ancient kings, the flag bearer feat and using them on a reach bard.

now it sounds and looks awesome but then it occurred to me flag bearer and the bonus it gets from the banner of the ancient kings is a moral bonus just like a bard's performance so after realizing that why would you ever get flag bearer on a bard when your song won't stack with it?

the bulk of a bards bonuses, aka the attack and damage bonuses, are competence bonuses. Only the bonus to fear and charm saves is morale.

"An affected ally receives a +1 morale bonus on saving throws against charm and fear effects and a +1 competence bonus on attack and weapon damage rolls."

Inspire courage gives a competence bonus to attacks and damage, not morale

Invest in a Wand of Moment of Greatness as well. 750gp to Double a Moral bonus for the turn. Turns the Banner into +4 bonus for a turn.

Pair with just Flagbearer its +2

Moment of Greatness lasts a minute per level, however it is discharged for any particular ally the first time they use its bonus.
